We started our training with Denise as soon as or baby Rottweiler was old enough. Denise is amazing with the does and the owners. She's professional and patent. I so happy she help us with Elijah

Harvey with his Trainer Mike.

Harvey, our 4 year old Yorkie, is a very loving little guy with a huge personality. After 2 failed attempts at training with other vendors, we did our research and chose OLK9PHOENIX for the 2 week board and train. Harvey was matched with Mike Myers as his trainer. Our biggest concern was Harvey's reactivity to people, animals and bicycles. The program taught Harvey to enjoy his walks, greet other animals and people without aggressive behavior. Harvey also developed a bond with Gizmo, a French bulldog who was also being trained. It was great to see both of them interact. This was a step up for Harvey. From the initial hand over to the last day of training, all questions were answered. Nightly emails included photos, comments and a video of that days activities, trainings. A big thank you to Mike Myers ( and his wife Beth) for taking great care of my Harvey. And giving us a well behaved boy.

We're you a bit nervous dropping your dog off at a park, not knowing where he is?? We meet kendall in Chandler this am, for a two week board and train.

I would feel very comfortable leaving my precious Rosie with these people. I was able to observe how they interacted with dogs in board and train and was pleased at how gentle and caring they were. My experience was with the off leash program at… Read more

When we got our Dori a 5 mo mastiff back we knew right away something was wrong. The life in her eyes was gone she was scared of every noise every person and every dog. She threw up all night the first night. She was skinnier than she was when we dropped her off. She always slept thru the night with us now she is waking up growling at who knows what. She never peed or pooped on the patio now she is. Which tells me she was not taken out enough. Every morning she would sit with me as I had my coffee she now lays curled up in her bed with a scared face a sad face. They stoled her innocence. They hurt my baby girl. The saddest thing is I paid for this and forgiving myself is hard. I am reminded everytime in the car we pass a big truck how damaged the experience left her, she shakes like a leave from fear. This was not the sweet gentle pup I intrusted to them. I'm not asking for my money because I was deceived I'm asking my lord to bring a reckoning to them. Find someone else to train your dog or take the time to do it yourself. Please.

Kristie helped us get this under control, so we can now have an enjoyable walking experience with our dog. While we were working on this, Kristie also helped us with some basic command refinements with all 3 of our dogs. Kristie is clear in her instructions to the humans and is patient with answering questions and modeling how to give commands and corrections. For dog sitting, in our home, we've used Michelle several times now and she is great. Our 3 dogs love her and she clearly loves them too. We have 2 Great Danes and Beagle/Boston Terrier mix who are getting up there in age. Our male Great Dane has a number of health issues and Michelle handles it all so well. There's a laundry list of medications for the dogs and she does a great job keeping up with it all. She doesn't mind when I'm that helicopter dog mom and I check too often on my sick boy. Regardless of his illness, Michelle sends many pictures and text updates on how things are going with all the dogs. As a very protective momma, I trust Michelle completely with my furbabies and home. We love having Michelle take care of our babies... so much so that when we were planning the August trip we just completed, she wasn't available on our original dates, so we moved our trip to make sure she was available. I appreciate the freedom Kristie and Michelle offer us to get away several times a year. I completely trust them. Give them a shot!

A colleagusuggested that I try a dog trainer named Bob Solomini that he had used in the past. His passion and confidence in Bob convinced me and even though I was very skeptical and worn out I decided to give it one last try. I am excited to tell you about my invaluable experience and what I learned from it: -my dog was only a small part of the problem, but the majority of the behavioral problems stemmed from me. Dogs aren't born knowing how to behave the way humans would like them to, so we as responsible dog owners need to teach them. -we don't automatically realize what we are doing wrong and unless a true professional who really cares can teach us the correct way we can't be sure that we will ultimately have a happy relationship with our pet. -after four years of pulling my hair out and stressful walks with my dog I wound up moving to a new neighborhood, and my dog was totally out of control when I walked him. When he saw people with dogs, he went crazy and I could not stop him from barking and pulling. In fact, he pulled me down a couple of times where I sprained my ankle and another time where I hurt my knee. In fact, most of my neighbors walked the other way when they saw us and complained about my dog's bad behavior. After the first lesson, I immediately knew that I had found something different. Humane, focused,, professional, and results driven. I am so lucky that I found all American K-9 and especially Bob Solomini. I love walking my dog now, and all of my neighbors have praised the incredible transformation that they see. This was literally a life-changing experience for my dog and for me. I am so thankful that I found somebody that really knows what they're doing and really cares -not only is Bob a great person, but also the Best dog trainer that I have ever met. I highly recommend this trainer and business to anyone who is serious about having a great dog!

My puppy screamed in pain and the "trainer" started yelling at me to "get out!" and as I carried my screaming puppy out he mockingly shouted to all the other owners "She's just a drama queen!" My puppy would not bear weight on the injured foot. X-rays showed there were no broken bones, so the veterinarian bandaged her leg and we waited a week until the bandage was removed to find out if she needed an MRI to assess ligament injury. Fortunately when her bandage was removed she was no longer lame so no ligament injury. We had an almost $500 veterinary bill from her injury at the Zoom Room and the owner/manager never contacted us. The "trainer" said he would refund our $25 puppy play group fee and did not.

We were impressed with how clean the place smelled. Most places involving dogs, there is always a faint or not-so-faint smell of dog, but with zoom room, you never could tell dogs were in there when it came to smell. Also a bonus is their amazing selection of dog treats and toys! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We met Colin, the owner and trainer, for orientation and he was awesome at explaining everything from training to their philosophy to what is expected of dog owners and what we need to do to see results with our puppy. With our schedule, we have been mostly in training classes with Ray (sorry, if I misspelled that!) and she is amazing! Gatsby loves her and so do we! We and Gatsby are always learning something new with each class that we never would've picked up from online or trying to train by ourselves. The trainers are very passionate about dog training and it definitely shows in classes. The best and most important part about Zoom Room, that we love the most, is their philosophy on only using positive training techniques and avoiding negative ones at all cost. We highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, safe facility with friendly and kind staff, and passionate trainers for your pup!
