I really hate leaving bad reviews, but this is a serious problem. People get pretty upset when you hurt their dogs. This is the worst groomer! I bring Layla and Roscoe in every 3 weeks and Eric has been grooming them for about 10 years. They groom my entire families dogs. That said, my little Layla is super sick. She went to vet, they said her anal glands had not been expressed in at least 8 months. In addition she has a severe ear infection in both ears from cross contamination. My vet bill was $100, and I should be reimbursed. Ever since you've decided to sell this business, everything is awful. I left you messages and you didn't even have the courtesy to call me. Typical AZ companies, lazy and do not care about retaining long term customers. read more

When I got there, they were loving and talking to other peoples dogs when the owners weren't there as if they were their own (taking pictures, telling them how good of a boy/girl they were) so I knew Chimi would be in good hands. After telling me to come back in a couple hours for my dog, they could sense I was very nervous and uncomfortable with that wait time. At first, I was a little hesitant to take my dog here because the area seemed a little sketchy. However, I am impressed with the service and the groom my dog received. My dog would come back scooting for days from the last groomer I went to so I expressed my concerns to the employee here. I wanted him to take great consideration on the way they shave around the bum area because I didn't want her to scoot. They had availability within a couple days which was convenient. They did an overall great job! They went beyond my expectations! I took my two small dogs to Shedding clean. They are small and the white and black one is very hyper so it's hard to get an even cut with her. The two precious groomers I used were expensive and gave me my pups back with uneven hair cuts. Shedding dog was reasonably priced, got both my dogs In the same day I called to schedule an appt, did an excellent job with their cuts and even put bows in my girls hair and a bow tie on my boy. The shop is clean and organized and has a very calm atmosphere, which is a big change from some of the other grooming places I have been into. Next time I'll ask about hypoallergenic shampoo though and my dog did break out in hives a few days later but they went away within a couple weeks.
