This may be partially our fault because we were late and maybe they were rushing to finish my hair messy dogs. Anthony was great and understanding when I gave him a call about us running late and they could still get us in even though we were probably about 15 minutes behind schedule gals at the desk for a really nice and very apologetic for scheduling us at 2:30 AM Instead of 2 PM. We typically got to the other location and have had a great experience thus far. Kanga and Roos cuts are just uneven and choppy half of poor Roos head is one length the other half is longer by a bit. Not so sad about Roo because he has a MASSIVE amount of hair and we pre-cut him each time so the groomer doesn't have 5 dogs worth of hair to deal with. I ended up fixing that myself at home. Kanga has a spot where it looks jagged one of her big back spots. Still a great place and will still be going here just a bit sad for it to not be done with as much care as their other location. Overall the dogs are happy and are ready for summer. read more

We arrived 20 minutes later only to see a terrible hair cut and our pup was still damp! And received the wrong haircut! As a local resident, I was excited to support this new groomer in the neighborhood. However, my experience was extremely disappointing. My 6-year-old Labradoodle, who has been professionally groomed his entire life, received an unsatisfactory cut--so much so that people asked if I had groomed him myself! The groomer seemed new, which I didn't mind, as I'm not overly particular. However, I do expect a complete and consistent groom. When I arrived at the designated pickup time, the groomer admitted that the shaver had "slipped," leaving my dog shaved too close. While I'm fine with a short cut, it should at least be even. She then asked me to return an hour later, yet when I did, he still wasn't finished. After another half-hour wait, I finally picked him up--only to find that while his body was shaved, his legs, head, and tail were left nearly untouched. Given that I paid $120 for this service, I called to see if they could finish the job. The manager informed me that it would cost an additional $60 because I had surpassed the 48-hour window (I had to travel for work the morning after the groom). They also claimed that a "new groomer" would have to complete the work--as if that were my responsibility. Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

I'm extremely upset, I feel taken advantage of. I payed $180 for a deshedding package for my pit and Chihuahua. Not only did I tip the girls $50 but I bought them both coffee. I called to speak to a manager, whomever answered the phone said she was a manger. With some persistence on my end, and after I told her I'd leave a review on yelp, she finally says that the other manager above her would give me a call, when she has time because she's very busy. Blamed the shedding on my dog's allergies. read more

the person working on my dog needed additional help the other groomer working kept answering the phone. i have called and left messages. I ended up helping when the other person could have assisted . I wasnt satisfied with the service. called to discuss it and was completely brushed off . I have been grooming my dog for years and have had great experiences.
