If you're looking for someone who is not only incredibly talented at cat grooming, but also loves and bonds with them, Deisha is your groomer! Our Persian Saki looks gorgeous and was well cared for at every level. Even when Deisha brought him back inside the house, he stayed by her side until she left. I highly recommend her and wouldn't trust my cat with anyone else. We've tried a few local groomers in the past and Cookies & Clean is hands down the best!!!!! read more

This may be partially our fault because we were late and maybe they were rushing to finish my hair messy dogs. Anthony was great and understanding when I gave him a call about us running late and they could still get us in even though we were probably about 15 minutes behind schedule gals at the desk for a really nice and very apologetic for scheduling us at 2:30 AM Instead of 2 PM. We typically got to the other location and have had a great experience thus far. Kanga and Roos cuts are just uneven and choppy half of poor Roos head is one length the other half is longer by a bit. Not so sad about Roo because he has a MASSIVE amount of hair and we pre-cut him each time so the groomer doesn't have 5 dogs worth of hair to deal with. I ended up fixing that myself at home. Kanga has a spot where it looks jagged one of her big back spots. Still a great place and will still be going here just a bit sad for it to not be done with as much care as their other location. Overall the dogs are happy and are ready for summer. read more

What an amazing difference a caring groomer makes! This was my first visit with Cookies N Clean for my two miniature schnauzers. I was extremely impressed with the care attention to detail and communication I received about the grooming experience my two dogs had. their haircuts were done with care and perfection. Their coats were shiny and soft. I am going to go back there again and again and refer their business to all that I know. read more

Had such a pleasant experience with groomer Rae today. She did a fantastic job on our little rescue,Brandy! Our little dog had never been to a groomer and was very scared so I was nervous about leaving her. Rae was so understanding and was even holding Brandy when we came to pick her up. And she looked beautiful! We will be repeat customers for sure. read more

Cookies N Clean - Aspen after grooming. She looks great! - Pet Groomers Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Love Melissa and so does Gaby, our affenpinscher. Melissa cuts Gabys face like she is creating another Mona Lisa...each snip is precise and perfect. She gives her fluffy eyebrows and artfully highlights her eyes. Looking at her afterwards is to notice the care and detail put into her grooming. Yay Melissa, you rock!!! read more

They have a new groomer on staff . I didn't catch her name because we were too disappointed at the Service they provided! They texted us to say our pup was ready. We arrived 20 minutes later only to see a terrible hair cut and our pup was still damp! And received the wrong haircut! We pacifically told the groomer what we wanted and she did just the opposite I would not recommend the service to my worst enemy read more

As a local resident, I was excited to support this new groomer in the neighborhood. However, my experience was extremely disappointing. My 6-year-old Labradoodle, who has been professionally groomed his entire life, received an unsatisfactory cut--so much so that people asked if I had groomed him myself! The groomer seemed new, which I didn't mind, as I'm not overly particular. However, I do expect a complete and consistent groom. When I arrived at the designated pickup time, the groomer admitted that the shaver had "slipped," leaving my dog shaved too close. While I'm fine with a short cut, it should at least be even. She then asked me to return an hour later, yet when I did, he still wasn't finished. After another half-hour wait, I finally picked him up--only to find that while his body was shaved, his legs, head, and tail were left nearly untouched. Given that I paid $120 for this service, I called to see if they could finish the job. The manager informed me that it would cost an additional $60 because I had surpassed the 48-hour window (I had to travel for work the morning after the groom). They also claimed that a "new groomer" would have to complete the work--as if that were my responsibility. Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

I took my dog in today for a bath, brush, and trim. Very pleased with the service. They stated the business is under new management and I am happy to see some attractive changes. I got a whole bag of treats for just $5! Great deal. read more

I would give them a minus zero if I could! I will never use them again! The belly and pads of my dogs feet are red and raw! She is in pain! Don't use this butcher shop! read more

I'm extremely upset, I feel taken advantage of. I payed $180 for a deshedding package for my pit and Chihuahua. Not only did I tip the girls $50 but I bought them both coffee. I called to speak to a manager, whomever answered the phone said she was a manger. With some persistence on my end, and after I told her I'd leave a review on yelp, she finally says that the other manager above her would give me a call, when she has time because she's very busy. Blamed the shedding on my dog's allergies. read more
