Do not go here!!! They will NEVER get my business again!!! The owner of Woof Gang was horrible to me and my golden-doodle. Today he decided to turn us down at the door after he personally scheduled us. He claimed I should sedate my dog for grooming before appointments because he's a difficult groom. He did not have the decency to give me a call, instead had me drive there, take time out of my day, then turn me away. I never write reviews but Julia has been an absolute lifesaver as I navigate grooming with my new puppy. As a first-time dog mom, I was honestly nervous, but I'm so grateful I found this place and Julia specifically. She is beyond patient, incredibly kind, and clearly cares so much about the dogs she works with. My puppy is now totally comfortable with her to the point that he was literally falling asleep during his groom. She even sent me a photo with my receipt which was the cutest touch ever. When I came to pick him up, he was sitting on her lap waiting for me. They are totally bonded. After talking to the owner, who messaged me immediately after I wrote this review, everything has been cleared up and the person that did this apparently no longer works there and she's taking this to a meeting with the other employees in hopes, this doesn't happen again. It's unfortunate this happened because we had a great experience the other two times we came here. I'm not sure what happened specifically with this individual on this specific occasion. I do not recommend this place! I accidentally missed and messed up an appointment because a family member who was in the hospital and I scheduled it one day and I meant to schedule it for another day (which I explained) and I was just under a lot of stress and someone (a female) called me and literally accosted me and went off on me how I'm not allowed to miss appointments and their charging me 50% of the appointment. It was scary the way she was talking to me and was so beyond unprofessional. Mind you I had been here a couple times before and never missed appointments. It was a complete accident on my end but to be yelled at and talked to like this I do not recommend this place. read more

Our supposedly 30 min appointment turned into 1 hour 40 min. We went here for years and it's recently gone downhill. I used to be able to drop my dog off at the appointed time and have her worked on right away. On our last appointment, we booked for her to be groomed at noon. We showed up and was told that it will be 1h30 minutes before she's done. What was the original appointment time for then? Yes, groomers run behind, so they need to call and let you know BEFORE WE SHOW UP. Also, running 15-20 min behind is understandable, running more than 1 hour behind is because of overbooking. So I dropped my dog off and came back 1hour30min later to be told they needed 10 more mins. Fine, i can wait another 10 no problem. As i was about to sit on the chair they have in their lobby, they told me to step out. Mind you it's 110 degree outside and I showed up just at the time they told me to show up. Again. All of this happened because they "run behind" for more than an hour and fail to communicate that before our appointment. You don't expect to wait 1 hour before seated at a restaurant if you have a reservation. You don't expect to wait 1 hour before meeting your hair stylist if you have an appointment. What is the justification here on top of the rude attitude? read more

We recently switched groomers after my dog Stevie (a medium-sized goldendoodle) started experiencing some anxiety at her old place, and wanted to try Fluff Bar after reading the great reviews. We were not disappointed - I just picked up Stevie from her groom with Alyssa, and she did a wonderful job with her! I expected Stevie's groom to be a challenge not only with her anxiety, but also after she had a lengthy period without grooming due to some other serious health issues. After multiple vet visits over several months and waiting for her health to stabilize before grooming her, she had a very uneven coat and some matting - we did our best to manage with her at home with daily brushing and home baths, but we weren't able to fully avoid some chest and feet mats showing up. Alyssa and I walked through her current health and grooming goals at the beginning of the appointment, and she was able to give Stevie a very cute groom in just two hours! After an emotional several months working with Stevie's health, it made me so glad to see her looking clean and much happier with a shorter cut. I'm looking forward to working with Alyssa and the team at Fluff Bar with consistent baths and grooms to maintain Stevie's coat and hopefully improve her anxiety with grooming over continued visits! Today, my dog and I just said goodbye to Fluff bar after 5 years of going to Kristi. I've been going to Kristi since around 2018, long before Fluff bar was born and I can't think of a better person to entrust your dogs with, which says a lot because I don't trust anyone with my sweet cupcake. She is so passionate about her job and really looks after/takes care of your pet. I'm moving to NC and I wish I was able to take Fluff bar with me Kristi loves her job so much and forms such a special connection with the clients. Kristi is so kind! When I first got my puppy I searched for a solid 2-4 weeks looking at every grooming salon in the valley, researching and reading every review. Fluff Bar was the only one that blew everyone away. I had never had such a small dog before and wanted to make sure his first few times at a salon that he didn't become traumatized. I heard such great things about Kristi, and only wanted the best for my little man. She took such great care of him despite being so busy running the rest of the business, I'm truly amazed and thankful that she doesn't sacrifice quality or care because of it all. Even the small hiccups we've had here in the beginning, Kristi has always made it right and honestly I'm just so happy and relieved to find a place where they truly treat my dog with love and care, he's always much happier and not stressed when I pick him up. We were searching for a groomer that our dogs would love going to, is locally owned, and is in a good location so we could explore while they are groomed. Fluff Bar is exactly what we wanted/needed. We have one large purebred (AKC registered) and one medium mixed breed. They can be a little shy with strangers, but they immediately matched with Kristi's kind energy and she brought out the best of their personalities. The more shy one is in the picture, he loves going here. The location is perfect, lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. You don't have to sit and wait in a lobby or outside, you can go grab a drink or have a quick date.
