In and out within minutes. Not sure what nails were trimmed, but didnt seem much was taken off. Nails were less sharp, but still way too long. Will not be coming back. Edit: Yours is the first "office space" when you walk in through the small gate on the left side. Pretty sure I am referencing the right service provider. When I arrived to pick up my doggie (normally a nervous nelly) he was literally calm, smiley and so handsome. They even shared with me the type of products they used as well as tossed a super cute handkerchief around his neckline! I have two golden retrievers that have never been groomed before, one of which can be a little skittish. When we arrived the dogs were so excited to be there which really put me at ease. We talked for a minute about what to expect and when to pick them up, which was approximately 3 hours. I was in a pinch to get my pup groomed before his surgery I had planned and timed everything out (grooming Friday 10am, vaccine Friday 5pm and surgery Monday 7am) and was refused by petsmart due to my pup not having his Rabbies (which was planned to be done that evening at 5pm appt but no one informed me I had to have it before our next appt or I would have planned so) anyways...scrambling to find anyone to shave my puppy down as much as we could due to knowing he wouldn't be able to get groomed after his knee surgery THAT Monday. I called everywhere and was recommend to look into the fur district. The Dapper Doxie was the 1st pop up Tiffany answered the phone and heard me pled for help she was the sweetest person I have ever met and was so willing to help us out. She made room for us and told us to come in on Saturday. We made the 40 minute drive and she did not disappoint. She was extremely careful with Teddys leg and him he was not anxious whatsoever (which he usually is) he had a blast and was in such good hands. Tiffany sent me photos throughout and was so loving with our fur baby! She shaved him down and here we are 2 months later ready for his 1st groom post op. She is worth the drive for us and we wouldn't trade her for the world! On top of that she texted us the day before surgery and after to check in on Teddy she is an angel! And because of her we created our puppy Instagram. Thank you Tiffany for what you do and giving us fur parents ease. We love you!
