Upon our first visit to America's home (Paw Dazzle) for grooming due to Covid19, I told America I lost a dog due to a groomer poking her eye so bad we had to have it removed and the dog died. I am picky when my dog gets injured. The visit before last my dog came home with a patch of fur missing and prior to that we noticed both dogs groomed by America had dry fur, especially along the spine. Bella began scratching out of control. I noticed a dry patch on Bella's side and it began scabbing up. I have been doctoring my dog for weeks since her last grooming with America Ortiz the owner of Paw Dazzle. Bella has had many groomers that love her and my vet will admit my dogs are well taken care of. I have had the same vet since the 70s, he is very well known. We tried to walk away quietly since we had enough going on with Mom in the hospital dying of Covid to die on 11-28 and then we had to plan her burial so we chose to go elsewhere and walk away until America showed her true colors, after calling us to set up next appointment. That's when we asked if she cleans the clippers and scissors between dogs after seeing videos of unkempt dogs she grooms. Seems like a legit question to me now that my dog has a skin irritation she has never had in her 4 years of life. Our point here is you will never get the truth when you ask how your pet got hurt in America's care. Ask her about the dog that died in her care. To answer the lies America spews is an ever ending task so I will end it here or in court. Ask her for facts and check her accusations. I have a yard man and have no weeds in my yard and I have no foxtails or burrs. Up until Covid19 myself and my dogs are known and spend a lot of time in public so your lies about my dogs care can be disputed by every groomer before Covid including West at Shampooch and others. My vets love us we have had 2 surgeries since Covid, a teeth cleaning and a lump removal. So your description of the care of my dogs can be disputed by my vet. I have used the same shampoo on Bella since she came home to us 4 yrs ago. I have all my dogs records and since you keep threatening us of stating facts. Do you have your tax id, or business license, insurance policy for the said business and your certificate of completion for grooming? I haven't changed anything on Google by the way. Let your customers check your accusations and realize this is what happens when America losses a good paying customer. She will attack them!
Our Paw Dazzle experience was top dog from start to finish. The space is clean and inviting. America has a real passion for what she does, and our dog had a great grooming. As you can see from the pic our pooch was happy. He's now a Dazzle Dog for sure.
I took my baby in this past Monday and we absolutely enjoyed our visit! My baby was scheduled for a surgery on Wednesday and I wanted to get her professionally groomed before the surgery. America and her daughter took really good care of Chyna and listened to what I want for her. Most importantly I was not expecting they could take me right after I called in the same day!! They also sent my baby home a very cute doggie bib. Highly recommended!!
We take our puppy Kobe to Paw Dazzle for baths and grooming. America and her daughter are always super friendly and very passionate about dogs. Kobe always leaves looking fresh, clean, and happy. Paw Dazzle's prices are amazing and the service is unbeatable.
I am so glad I found this place. America did such a nice job on my dog, Jinx! She came home smelling so good and her nails never looked better. It was also such a fair price. (And I looked around a bunch before picking Paw Dazzle.) America was so sweet and sent me a beautiful picture of Jinx. 10/10 recommend.
America is always caring and patient with our puppers, she fixed this baby right up for us. He is gorgeous
America Ortiz has built an unbelievable grooming business, and is one of the most professional yet personable small business owners I have ever met. My sweet Maggie is an older girl with failing vision and hearing, and she received the most incredible bath, deshedding, and de-matting treatment with America. America is so unbelievably caring, she has continued to stay in touch with me since I brought Maggie in for grooming, just to check in on her and see how she is doing. Her pricing is SO fair, her grooming and bath area is incredibly clean with everything nicely organized. You can tell she truly cares about her business and ensuring her customers receive the absolute best care. She fit us in last minute, SAME DAY, and spent almost 90 minutes with my Maggie. I will continue to go to her for years for any grooming needs, and will be referring everyone I know to her as well.

Paw Dazzle is hands down the best groomer around! My dog has been going here since he was a puppy, and he absolutely loves it. The staff is so kind, patient, and genuinely caring--you can tell they truly love what they do. Every visit, my pup comes home looking fresh, clean, and happy. They do such a wonderful job with the grooming, and I always feel at ease knowing he's in good hands. It's not easy to find a place that both pets and owners trust, but Paw Dazzle has been that for us from day one. If you're looking for a groomer who treats your dog like family, this is the place. We are so grateful for Paw Dazzle and wouldn't go anywhere else! read more
