Had a great experience bringing our dog here. In and out in less than 3 hours. We have a golden doodle and her hair was long and haven't done a good job with brushing. They had to go short but we're able to keep her cut at the same time....other places have not been able to do this. Zero complaints! We will be back soon!
I've been coming here for years and have sent countless friends and clients. They are simply the best! Jackson, my teacup Pom is my world and I'm very protective of his beautiful coat. He needs to be done with all scissors and it can be tough to find someone that truly knows how to cut a Pom. Yuri is the only person I trust to cut him. Thank you for always making my boy look handsome!
Very professional and friendly place. They did an amazing job on my antsy 6 month old puppy. It was his first professional groom and he looks amazing. Puppies can be a challenge to groom to begin with. The prices are extremely reasonable and it was each to get right in. The fact someone gave this business a bad review because they only accept cash or Zelle/Venmo is absurd. Try being a small business owner and see what corners you would cut to stay profitable.
I cannot believe, or start to tell you how excited I am to have found this new place. I really didn't think anybody could do as good job as my groomer back in Colorado but I had to replace her with somebody and it's going to be at the salon! Yuri (pet stylist) is amazing. I dropped her off for the first time and he took some time to ask me questions and familiarize himself with my little girl. Not only was the place clean, the people that work there were friendly, and the boutique is great. They do offer other things there for your pet as well as take care. Yuri, I am so excited to have found you, you took care of my little bundle of joy. By the way thank you friend for calling me when she was done, it was less time than you originally quoted, and I do appreciate that. Buffalo loves her new sweater but for now, her house guest gets to wear it. I WOULD love to RECOMMEND him and I will. I know something when I do that, they get so busy that they don't have time to get me in, but, I know my friend Yuri knows that I will be a loyal customer, right?
I moved here at the beginning of September and I brought my dog here for the 2nd time yesterday. I'm not happy with her cut. They completely ruined her beard around her face. Cut the bottom all the way off and it's super short and uneven. The pic with the bandana was the first time and she looked good. The owner cut her the first time. He did not the 2nd time. I should have requested he cut her. My last groomer in San Diego was the only person who ever cut her from the first time I took her so figured it would have been the same person. I wasn't going to post but I didn't have the most ideal experience the first time either because when I took her they told me it was $120. Which great, that's what I paid in San Diego. Then when they called me to pick her up he tried to charge me $40 more saying she was a lot of work. Which she's always taken 2 hours and this is exactly how long she took the first time here. my last groomer always did a great job and never said she was too much work or she was matted or anything. I also brush her often because she gets a lot in her fur from the dog park. She also gets a bath and blown out and brushed on average twice a month at Petsmart because she gets dirty at the dog park and I don't want her getting my place all dirty. So to charge me an extra $40 because "she was a lot of work" is BS. It didn't take you longer than usual and she was not matted. He also told me I need to bring her in every 6 weeks. I take her every 8. Again have never been told I need to bring her in sooner or there's anything wrong with her because I brush and bathe her often. But he did text me after that he would honor the $120. I still wasn't happy but he did the right thing by honoring the price he told me and should have given me. And I did think he did a good job so I took her back. Was also told today, "remember every 6 weeks!" If I don't want to groom my dog for 8 weeks, I won't. I don't need to do anything. Because once again I still take her for baths and blowouts and I brush her often. My dog has never gone to the groomer matted. And maybe I like my dogs hair a little long. Lots of dogs coats are long and kept up. The Zelle thing is a bit weird too. If you're going to run a business you should have a credit card machine. I won't be going back.
I am so happy with the grooming my dog gets from this salon. At the beginning I told them what I like and want with the cut and it was done. I can't say enough wonderful things about Yuri and his staff. When I look for a groomer, I look for a professional owner,clean environment and most of all a caring groomer. Yuri is all those things and more! He takes extra care with my Luna, a sweet goldendoodle, who gets very anxious about her spa days. I can take comfort in knowing Yuri pays extra attention to her needs, and she always looks amazing when she's done! Yuri is easy to schedule with, and is quick to get my fur baby back to me within a reasonable time. I love The Pet Salon! Thank you Yuri for running such an amazing business!

I am so happy with the grooming my dog gets from this salon. At the beginning I told them what I like and want with the cut and it was done. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with The Pet Salon. For doing good grooming, I would rate a solid 4. However, the following leads to a low rating. I am going to simply list the facts and you can decide whether to use their services. * The prices are reasonable. * They did a very good job grooming my dog. She is very calm and easy to work with. * I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days rather than weeks and months. * They only accept cash payments (Zelle, when it works). Although inconvenient, it makes sense for small businesses to keep their profits rather than paying credit card fees. * The staff seemed friendly and competent. * When I picked up my dog, she seemed okay, and our trip home was uneventful. * After removing her from the car, I found some blood on my arm. I looked more closely at her body and found a puncture wound on her right side that was not there when I left her at The Pet Salon. (assuming non-blunted scissors) * She sits in a puppy seat that is padded and is not exposed to sharp objects. * Accidents happen, but no one at the Salon told me about her injury. This wound would definitely have raised a yelp from my dog. * Despite having done a great job with her grooming, I cannot trust someone who does not tell me about any issues or accidents during a visit. I can understand not wanting to have to tell someone about an accident, but without proper treatment, the wound could have become infected. They should have told me... I considered discussing this matter with the owner, but I decided that it would be a wasted trip... I had already made up my mind that I was not going to use this salon in the future. Since the staff did not mention this matter when I picked up my dog, how could I trust any assurances from them about the future? It is really disappointing... They provide a good service, but ... btw: I cannot imagine how my dog would get a puncture in the middle of her right side, where groomers would only need to use an electric shaver... read more

We took our puppy Toy Aussie Poodle here for his very first grooming and we were very impressed! They bathed, groomed, and did his nails all for $75 which is really affordable especially when compared to other groomers in the area. Yuri, the owner, is super nice and they have a cute little store inside with dog accessories and toys as well! read more

Deserved 10 stars if we could! Yuri got us in on Sunday which was super convenient for us when our Persian kitty Nyusha needed a spa day. They did amazing job and treated Nyusha very well. We are incredibly happy with The Pet Salon's great service! Yuri was very helpful from the very beginning. I really appreciate how communicative the salon was. As soon as our dog was done, they called immediately. It's always nerve racking leaving your fur baby in the hands of other people but with The Pet Salon you can rest assured as they are a kind team! What a difference! My Golden was so overgrown and hadn't been cut properly in years. So happy to have found groomers who really know what they're doing. It's like the difference between Supercuts and an upscale hair salon. You get what you pay for and this was so worth it. Thank you! read more

Yuri is AMAZING everytime we go my little boy is taken care of with so much love from the time we walk in the door until I come back to pick him up. His haircuts always look great he will do what you want to a tee. Pricing is absolutely reasonable and overall the best groomer I have ever been to, he treats all of the pups like his own. read more
