Great place. Ambience is classy, and the place is always insanely clean. I always sit at the bar and the service is top notch. Great liquor selection, no alcohol beer available, and decent beer list overall. The chicken parm sandwich is my fav, but I've had their pizza and salads and everything here is good. You simply can't go wrong. Additionally in this day and age the prices seem really reasonable for the quality of food you're getting. I have to mention the service again as you're simply not going to receive better. No matter who has waited on me they've always been phenomenal. Definitely not something to get as take out as it got soggy on the ride home. The seafood was fresh and tender. Pasta was al dente. Pesto chitarra was my favorite. I love a good rich, nutty pesto. Spaghetti and meatballs was classic. Wished there was more meatballs though. Heirloom margherita pizza was okay. I've eaten here twice and done pick-up once. Their pizzas are finely made, with fresh artisan ingredients. I'm used to more basic pizza fare, and their upscale topping options leave me a little confused as to what I want to get, but I've yet to be disappointed. The mushrooms and olives are not what I'm used to, but they're also really delicious. Last time I got a pizza that my friend said looked more like a charcuterie board and I can't disagree, but it was amazing too. Probably my new favorite. The only issue I had was once I was dining alone and was finished eating, got a to-go box for my leftovers, put the leftovers in the box and then went to use the restroom. When I returned to the table, my box was gone. I asked the staff and a manager told me their SOP is to wait 10-15 min before tossing a pizza that appears "left behind" but in my case a mistake was made. They offered to make me a new pizza and though I felt bad getting a whole new pizza, I had been looking forward to the leftovers for dinner so I agreed. They did a good job making up for that mistake. I appreciate how they handled it and I'm more careful now not to leave my pizza where it might be taken for abandoned. :) read more

Picked up 2 small pizzas and their burger for dinner tonight after a great day at AmericaFest 2025 in downtown Phoenix and loved them! I got the hot honey pizza, a bacon pizza, and my son got a burger. Pizzas were great and the burger was decent. I also got a side salad which was delicious. Our food wasn't quite ready when we got there but only took a few minutes to grab the burger and salad from the back. I'm giving this rating because I rate on the pizzas since it's a pizza place. The restaurant looked pretty cool but we as te inside our hotel room so we could watch the big game on TV. Great dinner spot! We came on a Thursday night and had about a 15 minute wait. The arancini appetizer was yummy I wish it came with more sauce though. The pizza was so good and of course we dipped it in ranch. The pesto pasta we split, you can tell the pasta and pesto were both fresh and homemade. I'd probably try a different one next time but it was good nonetheless. My gin drink was so so good, gin is my favorite and it was a nice summer mix. Our waitress was super friendly. One of my favorite restaurants to go to any time! I love their spaghetti and meatballs as well as their pizza. Love their warmed olives and their flatbread for appetizers. Service is generally good here though it can take awhile to get a table as they do get busy! Wish they would take reservations to be honest. There is a bar area where you can wait and have drinks or choose to eat in but we prefer to eat in the main dining room. They also have a patio but it's too hot past April/mid-May to sit out there. Burgers and fries here are also very good. This is one place I'm always recommending to friends when they ask me where to go. read more

I did not check the box when I got it in the car, but I will tell you it was almost ICE COLD and we are only a five minute drive away I called the order in in the afternoon and said I would pick it up at 6:30 PM so I think they made the pizza at three in the afternoon and had it sitting on the counter until 630 . We started with the Fritto Misto, which had Fried Calamari and Shrimp with a Romesco Sauce. I'm not a big fan of calamari (there were also some squid included), so Hubby ate that and I ate the shrimp, which were lovely. Also, the sauce was delicious! For our entrees, Hubby went with the same thing he had last time, Lemon Ricotta Ravioli. He loved it as much as he did before. I wanted to try something different, so I had the Lamb Agnolotti over a Parsnip Puree. It was delightful! I've never had a parsnip puree before, but it was really good!! As usual, the pasta is light and fresh (made daily). We also got an order of Focaccia to sop up any sauces left on the plates. Everything was wonderful!! Like before, we ordered a few pizzas to take home. I really wanted to try their Funghi Pizza...roasted mushrooms, goat cheese, truffle oil and chives. It looks amazing and can't wait to dig into it. So I went here for the pizza because I LOVE good pizza and was told to try The Parlor. So I sat at the bar, super cute vibe! Everyone was laughing and just throughly looked to be enjoying themselves. I was immediately greeted and given water and menu. I have a weird thing for wine glasses and they have the best! The white blend was very good! I was told I had to try the lemon ricotta ravioli and I by no means regret this decision! Soo good!!! I also had the chocolate cake which was delicious! Don't pass on the dessert! We had trouble deciding between two pizzas and unfortunately they are not able to do a half-and-half pizza, so we ended up getting a 10" barbecue chicken and a 10" autumnalle pizza. We also had a small raddichio salad. Everything was delicious! I would say that The Parlor is on the pricier end here for what you get, maybe $2-3 more than I think it's worth, but overall very good food and great service. I've been wanting to come here for a long time. Today was it and the drive was definitely worth it. The pizza was delicious. The chicken bbq pizza was spot on with layers of flavor. The crust was nice and crunchy with chewy interior texture. The beet salad was also perfect. The dressing was light yet satisfy. I would order this again. I wanted to come here after seeing this place on the yelp elite's top 100 pizza spots in the US. We walked in without a reservation on a Thursday night and had to wait about 25 ish minutes for a table. This place is super trendy and hipster with big open windows that let the fresh spring air flow through the restaurant. After we were seated, a waitress came by right away to take our drink order. They have a pretty big selection of craft cocktails so I was interested in trying one. I am a huge mezcal fan so I ordered the scarlet letter. Super tasty cocktail! Someone else at my table ordered the theodore after our waitress recommended it and I have to say... one of the best things I have ever tasted! SO SO GOOD. A PERFECT DRINK! We were actually really looking forward to having a couple of drinks while we waited for the food but our drinks ended up coming out AFTER our pizzas which also took a long time. Additionally, our waiter did not ask at any point if we wanted refills. For our pizzas we ordered the heriloom margherita, roma, and autonnale all in small size. The pizzas were good, but they all came out room temperature. Luckily, we were starving so we did not pay much mind to it. I was looking forward to a colorful pizza with the heirloom margherita pizza (as it is advertised that way) but ours were just red - although they were indeed very juicy! My favorite was the roma - loved the prosciutto on this! For dessert, we ordered tiramisu and fior di latte gelato. It was my first time trying fior di latte gelato.... so interesting how it actually does have a mozzarella after taste. I loved it! For 3 cocktails, 3 small pizzas, and two desserts the tab was ~$100 which I think was a great price. Overall I think this is probably a great restaurant and we just visited on the wrong day. Service was really slow, and our food was room temp so I cannot rate it 5 stars but it definitely has potential. read more

I just purchased my wife a $22 salad to go for her to go to work with. Parlor gave a 45 min wait time for the salad, then I picked the salad up and gave it to her. She got to the place where she was going to work and opened the bag to find NO utensils and no napkins. She is at a place that doesn't not have utensils, so it now becomes a huge deal and a huge waste of time to go find a utensil to eat this $22 salad with that Parlor could not at least ask her if she needed.
