Breakfast Croissant

Delicious food for a great price! Staff were very kind and service was very quick. Breakfast diner with Mexican flare and decor. Would definitely come back. My boyfriend & I each got the croissant sandwich with parkway potatoes as the side.. great choice.

Passing through town and saw Mexican breakfast being offered here. Yes, please! I got the Mexican Hash Browns. SO filling and flavorful with the green chili. Mike got the Migas Cuatro and couldn't finish his either. We both left full and happy!

Parkway is a little off-the-beaten path but well worth trying to find. Weʻve been coming off and on for years and itʻs one of my BILʻs favorite places. Today we had the special barbacoa benedict that came on blue corn sopes. It was delicious. Also, on their menu they have a section that allows you to have breakfast your way. You can choose from several set selections with 1-3 options from the sides or even have all sides. This is a lot of fun and you can get a variety. This is still a place that is great for breakfast/brunch. Service is excellent. The restaurant is really cute and has an outdoor patio. Parking is a little tricky, you can park on the street, though.

This is the best food we had on our trip to Denver/Boulder. We ordered the chilaquiles and the special Quesobirria Tacos and eggs. We also got a side of green chili and the house potatoes. This food was unreal good. Extremely large portions, the food itself was perfectly (not overly) spicy, seasoned well, and just straight up tasty. This is a diner at the end of the day , and everything you can expect from a local diner will be here. The service was amazing, food delivered quickly, and it was crowded with the typical weekend diner atmosphere that I always look for when dining at these types of restaurants.

Solid breakfast spot with the classics and reasonable prices. Diner feel with outdoor seating and a Mexican flare to their food/decor.

Denver omelette with hash browns and mini waffles

5/5! The food and service was great here. We got the breakfast burrito and Denver omelette. The omelette is a deal because it comes with two sides (I got the hash browns and mini waffles). If you can get any side, the mini waffles are a must. The serving size is great for the price. They have lots of indoor and outdoor seating. We were worried that there would be a wait on a Sunday morning and limited parking, but we were seated immediately. Overall, great experience.

Mexican hashbrowns with added sides

This was absolutely delicious. The green chili had a nice mild spice level and was rich and super flavorful. Eggs were done perfectly and the service was excellent. Good coffee. I added the veggies and beans as sides and it was great this way.

Steak and eggs, my post run favorite!

A 'hidden' true Boulder delight. Nothing fancy just good food and great service. And they have gluten free bread :)

Breakfast tacos

A 5-star diner. The menu is very good, the food is very good, they serve it quickly and the servers are top notch. It's a somewhat odd location, quasi industrial but, I'll come back whenever I can.

A perfect local spot. Anyone is welcome, but it's nice to have somewhere that will always have a table available.

Is the green chili vegetarian?

No contains pork. Best damn green chili though!

Are they're gluten-free options available? Yes or no will suffice minus any unnecessary assumptions please.

Only if you build an omelette that way. This is not a new age or trendy type of place. It is an old school greasy spoon diner with diner folks and working people as regulars. If that it what you are looking for this place is solid and authentic. If…

It has been years since I've eaten here, and since we had friends in town, we decided to stop by. We found free and easy street parking nearby, and after a 20 minute wait, we were seated in the front sun-porch area. We ordered beignets to start (comes with 4 per order), a latte, 2 eggs Benedict, and 2 po' boys. We also got 2 cups of gumbo. Everything was delicious, and we loved the biscuits that came with the gumbo cups! The issue was that we asked for one of the po' boys to come without mayo, and our server did not hear that request. Now, it's totally fine and understandable to make a mistake, not hear something, or even forget. However, what was particularly strange and frankly inappropriate was that when the food came and we gently pointed out that we had asked for no mayo on one of the po' boys, our server got upset with us and said "no, you actually did not say that." We thought she was joking or trying to be funny, so we uncomfortably looked around and gently told her we had asked, and all of us remember the request being made. She then rolled her eyes, laughed under her breath, and then smiled sweetly and said "alright, we're going to have to remake one po' boy, no mayo." The name of our server that was on our receipt said Nicole, and they had a large tattoo of what looked to be a pinecone on their right forearm. For the rest of our dining experience, our server made really uncomfortable remarks regarding the po' boy (ex. "Is this po' boy better for you?") to the point where it really soured our experience. I can understand having a bad day or being overwhelmed in the middle of a busy shift, but being rude to someone is truly never acceptable. Whether you didn't hear a request being made, forgot about it, or even if it was a last-minute request, being in a customer-facing role means trying to accommodate those requests to the best of your ability, NOT being mean. Other diners also noticed this and told us they had heard us specifically ask for no mayo, which was validating to hear. Really not sure if we will ever go back, which is a shame because the food is tasty.

We came for a weekend brunch around 11 am and got seated immediately, but by the time we finished our meal, the restaurant was completely packed and it looked like there was a bit of a wait outside. I started off with their peach oolong team and love that all their teas come served in a pot. My husband and I split the Palatschinken, which are Austrian crepes stuffed with sweetened cheese and topped with an apricot cherry chutney and candied walnuts. Reminded me of a fancy blintz and I'm here for it! It was on their small plates menu so came with two small pieces, which was perfect size for us to wet our appetites. For my main course, I got the Lapsang Souchong Benedict. The tea flavor throughout the dish was light, almost an aromatic note. My husband went with the classic two eggs, potatoes and a biscuit. All done very well and tasty! The building itself is gorgeous. It's a gift from Boulder's sister city in Tajikistan, and the entire structure was handcrafted by Tajik artisans before being shipped over. The ornate decor inside with hand-carved pillars and ceiling paintings is just breathtaking. You'll feel as if you've been transported straight to Dushanbe. I also loved the variety of their menu that features dishes along the Silk Road spanning from Central Asian to South East Asian. Definitely a memorable stop and lives up to the hype. Highly recommend to check this out, but come earlier to beat the crowd.
