In order from best to worst, I'd rank them carnitas, pastor, and asada. The former two had really great flavors and the meat was tender. The asada was chewier than I would've liked, but still a solid rotation of tacos. I like that they are served with onion and cilantro, and that the salsa and crema are served on the side. These provided a kick and were necessary for the tacos. All in all, it made for a great bite. I just wish it was a more substantial bite!
