Then the lady who started my daughter's manicure and I discussed what I had booked. She talked me into to a different service and quoted a price. I confirmed several times and put the cost in my calculator for the two services before I left so there wasn't any confusion. I returned at time appointment was expected to end (90 mins later) and when it came time to pay, three hours later, two other ladies were now working and rang me up for more than was quoted. I questioned why the price difference and showed what was quoted to me multiple times. The lady who provided the service and told us the prices remained quiet and the lady who might have been a manager just said sorry for the mistake and made no effort to unqire or ask what she had said. From running late to not honoring or intentionally misquoting prices prior to services being completed, to taking much longer than expected, we will be going elsewhere. Too many great options.

She got me in so fast, and I could not be happier with everything. Her space is *pristine* - I have never seen a nail space so clean. I'm talking hospital-level clean. It is so clear that she is passionate about what she does, and her skill level is next level. She shaped my short, natural nails perfectly, and even identified some high stress areas (I work with my hands) and filed in such a way to reduce future breakage. We did a beautiful semi transparent pink polish that complimented my undertones, and she suggested a subtle French tip which I absolutely love. The end result is a super subtle, super beautiful "my nails but better" look that I adore. My only gripe? - that I live in Philadelphia and she's in Seattle and I can't see her every two weeks.
