Patty was fantastic! I walked in 30 minutes before closing and she did a great fill for me. She got the shape perfect - I like a soft almond, and I usually end up with rounded or stiletto shaped nails. But she knew exactly what I meant and gave me precisely what I asked for. I would give it 5 stars. But, the price she told me and the price I was charged were very different. Also, she was a little rough with the e-file. I came here on my lunch break after popping in to around 5 other salons that were full. This salon was completely empty and that probably should have been a warning sign. The place was huge but not very clean and obviously not sanitary either, in fact the woman doing my nails used the file she used to shape my nails on herself before using it on me. She was really sweet, but that's just super gross. My nails looked great in the salon lighting but after leaving I realized there were dust particles that had gotten trapped in the top coat of my gel mani, meaning there were little specks all over the top of my white polish. To make things even worse, the woman told me she was charging me $30 plus a $5 tip, so $35. I told her I would rather tip in cash and handed her $5 bill, but my bank statement says she still charged me $35. So I paid $40 for a bad and unclean manicure. Yuck. read more

Update my review from 2 stars to 1. I originally said that the end product of my nails (mani/pedi) is nice, but the experience was lacking, however, it is 4 days after my mani/pedi and almost ALL 10 fingers have chipped. Overall terrible experience. I went to this salon after making an appointment with two friends. I got a mani/pedi. The woman doing my pedicure was just ok. She skipped the lotion portion, and barely did the massage scrub--the parts that most people look forward to the most. I chose a somewhat transparent polish, and I have a small bruise underneath my toenail, and they couldn't make this polish work. (It has literally never been a problem any time I have gotten a pedicure in the past 15+ years). They become visibly frustrated and tried a few options but nothing worked, so I offered to choose a different color. A friend was getting a mani at the same time as her pedi, and the woman dumped the dirty nail water into the foot water, before her pedi was complete. Unsanitary and gross. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I hate to write a bad review for this place, as I know they just opened 9 months ago, but I will never go there again and the public should know. real simple: They charge $10 for a polish change and don't even file your nails. There's a few overpriced salons in Seattle, but if I'm paying $10, you better believe they're getting filed. The conversation just got better from there: Me: "I have never paid $10 for a polish change, and not gotten a file." Them: "I do this for you this time, as a favor." (OH THANKS). We charge $10 so you'll upgrade to a manicure." Me: "Ok. . . .weird. . . .how much is a manicure?" Them: "$15." Me: "Oh, alright, do you have a deal or something if you buy a mani and a pedi together?" Them: "No." Me: "ok. . . how much is your pedicure?" Them: "$40. (insert gasp from me), or $42 if you get the liner, and you should never get a pedicure without the liner, totally unsanitary. People from the hospitals come here and are so thankful we have the liner, because of all the things they see from pedicures." WHAT?? Ok, first of all, you're ruining your chances of me ever coming back here again, but if this is true, WHY even offer the $40 option? Why not just charge $42 for everyone, and ensure a sanitary environment? But wait, $40 for a pedicure only?? Save yourselves the attitude and money - QUEEN BEE on 2nd Ave has a great Mani-Pedi COMBO for $25. I go there all the time and they are awesome. The only reason I even gave them 2 stars is because the polish change wasn't awful. It was like every other $5 polish change in the city. read more

Classic Nail is the absolute best nail salon I've ever been to. I've been getting my nails done for a while now and nobody has made them look EXACTLY how I want but this place. The customer service is great, and they make sure to get it done right and exactly how you want them. As shown in the pictures I uploaded, I get LONG acrylics with shellac. It's a hard long process. I go to Patty. She's the manager and will take careeee of you. I've gone to other girls and they are just as good too. 10/10 would recommend and I will continue to come here. read more

I walked in for a pedicure during the week. There is a lot of space so bring friends because you can get your toes done at the same time. The place was clean. They have a lot of colors to chose from and I am a fan of the massage chairs. The girl who did my pedicure did a very good job. I got a nice exfoliant, foot/leg massage with lotion and spent $27. Giving it some stars for the color selection and quality of chairs and cleanliness. Other than that the ladies are not friendly. I don't need to sit and chat but you can look up and make eye contact when someone walks in. 5-10 min = 30 min and they rush the treatment to just cram people in. One person did our two pedis and just rolled back and forth. Not worth it for the cost. read more

I went here last minute to get me and my step moms nails for my baby shower which was same day. The woman seemed on edge and irritated but understandable as it was nearing the end of her work day. She did an excellent shellac full set for my and my stepmom and we really enjoyed our nails. I loved it and I will be coming back for sure ! read more

Visiting Seattle I needed an eyelash fill. I am very experienced in lashes professionally and wearing them ( toot my own horn). Well this was the best experience. I do not recommend blindly walking in to a salon you haven't been referred to for lashes. Especially a nail salon. However, i was pleasantly surprised. Youn was very gentle, quick and skilled! It only cost 45.00. It has been a few days and so I know that the set was applied as good as I thought. I also was able to call and walk in because she had an opening. I have been to this nail salon a few times and they are always so wonderful! If you come in the afternoons on a weekday, they typically will have just a few customers or if you're lucky, you'll be the only one. I don't know her name but that woman I assume is the manager is so fun and chatty, always offers me tea or water and makes me feel so welcome! The last time I went they removed my gel extensions (that I got at another salon) and did a regular gel manicure and it was great! The original color I chose was too thin so they helped me pick out another color and we even added sparkles and I LOVED how it came out. The women are just so sweet and really treat you well and the prices aren't bad either. I think my removal and gel mani was $45/50 so definitely not bad compared to other places. I also want to note that if you're the only person in there the women usually go on their phones while waiting for the gel polish to soak, for example. So if that bothers you this might not be the salon for you. I want to reiterate that they will always make sure you're taken care of before going on their phones or anything though. I love this place and will continue going back as long as I'm in seattle! read more

I would definitely disagree with the low rating on here. I have gone here about 6 times and every time I have had a great experience. The only thing I will say is they are a little over priced, but I think that is because they are new. Their pedi's are NOT $40, I just got one and it was $27. A fill is also $25 I recommend this place a lot, they are all so nice and very sweet! read more

Getting a manicure shellack took over an hour. The shape was off, and pretty expensive for what was given.

Patty is kind, and sharp as a whip. She runs a tight ship, and the place is very clean. The liner in the tub is the only way to get a clean pedi, and is worth the $2. My shellac lasts for weeks without chipping, and the pedicure is always great. They also have a great polish selection. Patty does my brows, and she does a way better job for about half the price of the woman who I used to go to. If you want to be in and out in 40 minutes, make an appointment. Walk-ins can take a little longer. read more

I'm hesitant to write about this place because it's a little of my hidden gem. My nails have never looked better ... the SNS dip (helps promote natural nail growth ) paired with shellac lasts up to a month on nails! Every time I leave my nails are perfect. Everything is done to a perfect detail and time is taken to make sure it's flawless. I get stopped multiple times a day about my nails. Couldn't be happier I found this place. read more

My daughter and I visited twice. The first time we both got a mani and pedi and it took about 2 hours with inconsistent service - she got a massage and I did not. We then went in for a manicure for me and a fill-in for my daughter. I liked my manicurist, but again had inconsistent service from the customer sitting next to me getting a manicure - she got a shoulder rub and a UV light to dry her nails whereas I was not offered these amenities. But the kicker is that it took a little over 2.5 hours for my daughter's fill-in with 2-3 different people trading-off to work on her. And, in the middle of her service, the person working on her stopped completely to wax a new customer's eyebrows who happened to walk-in and which required us to sit and wait at least another 15 minutes for her to return. My daughter also had to ask 3 times for one nail to be filed to match the others. This was our second and probably last time visiting - it was unacceptable for a fill-in to take 2.5 hours long, service is inconsistent, and I was disappointed by the disregard for our time and prioritizing a new customer over finishing with an existing customer's request. read more

I had a great manicure and a pedicure and a leg,foot,arm,and neck massage all for $42. They were very kind and efficient. It was more than worth it, These women work hard and aren't paid a lot. They also deserve a good tip. Would any of you do this job for low pay? read more

It may look a little sketchy, but once you're inside you are well taken care of by Patty in the waxing department!

They stopped helping us as soon as white women came in. We wanted to leave without them finishing because they were so mean and rude. Then the ignored us while we are trying to pay. But we did pay because I don't want them to feel at all right about what how they treated us. read more

Patty does a great job and is a perfectionist so sometimes it does take a little extra time. My nails always look beautiful when I leave and my manicure and pedicure lasts far longer than any other salon I have visited. Her waxing is extremely reasonable and although I have very sensitive skin, I have never had a redness or irritation problem. Highly recommend! read more

I have to agree with the person who wrote that this place is overpriced. I went there for the first time. They're open later than other places in the neighborhood, so that's a plus. Throughout my manicure, I thought to myself that they were doing a good job and were very thorough. However, when I left, I was charged an extra $5 for removing my shellac manicure. Now, I totally understand that if I had walked in off the street and asked to get it removed -- or if I needed it removed and was getting a basic manicure. But, I was getting a shellac manicure! The owner claimed every place does that, but I get shellac manicures on a regular basis and have never been charged to have the gel removed when I'm getting gel put back on. The policy makes no sense -- it punishes, rather than rewards those of us who would come back on a regular basis. Unfortunately, I left with a bad taste in my mouth and am not sure I'll return. read more
