The Now Stores is an amazing nail salon! The manicurist Monica is my favorite. She is professional, efficient and talented. The owner Kelly is professional, sweet and super accommodating, the shop is very clean and welcoming! I've been coming here for 2 years and always receive compliments on my nails. This is my go-to salon for manicures.

My friend and I have been coming here multiple times for manicure. I am satisfied with my nail design. They have a book of little stickers you can choose from (that's what I did for the Chinese new year nails!), and their stylist is pretty experienced with different designs.

My manicure - French ombré with a little sparkle on pinky finger (gel)

I went to this place because it was close by and had a really eclectic and fun interior. It always seems busy when I walk by. Monica was my technician. I asked for an ombré French manicure and just a plain gel pedicure. Monica did exactly what I wanted, and they turned out beautifully!! Even better than what I had hoped. Monica's own nails looked amazing (she told me she did them herself.) I saw the sparkle on hers, and I asked her if I could add that to mine. They look so chic and pristine. I absolutely love them. I didn't really get a massage of my arms or legs, however, she was probably the most careful and meticulous nail technician I have ever had. I would definitely come back here if I lived in town and had an event and needed to look fire

The ladies here are excellent with their services! Kelly is the most detailed oriented person. I usually find nail art inspiration photos and show them to Kelly and she is able to recreate it 100%! The ladies here are kind and hardworking folks, I strongly recommend giving them a try! They also have a really cute plushie wall.

They really take their time with prep, shaping, and making sure everything looks clean and perfect. Every time I get my nails done here, the finish is flawless and feels like a mirror. At other salons, you never really know how it's going to turn out, but here every single person I've had has done amazing work. The quality is always consistent, and everyone is so kind and professional. You can tell they care about what they do. I'll only trust this place from now on. It's truly the best, and I always leave feeling so happy with my nails.

It pains me to write this review because I have been going here for years…read more I got a gel manicure last Friday. The front desk girls were nice. The initial first half of my appointment was fine. Things shifted towards the second half of my appointment. I accidentally dipped my hands back in water after my nails were filed and buffed. The tech I was working with (Lily) seemed visibly annoyed with me. I felt very awkward for the rest of my appointment. After that happened, she was weirdly pushy and abrupt with my hands while curing the gel nails under the LED light. That wasn't even the worst part. During the gel application, I saw this girl wipe her cleanup brush with extra alcohol directly onto the granite countertop, then use the same brush directly on my skin to clean the excess gel on my hands. I have always seen techs here use a paper towel (or another white towel) for this. I was so grossed out. To top off this experience, the hot towel and hand massage at the end of my appointment was super rushed and not thorough at all. So disappointing. I hope this was a fluke, but sad to say I will probably be going elsewhere.

I found the reviews here on Yelp and immediately knew this was the place. She was so warm, friendly, and communicative - and responded right away to my inquiry. She got me in so fast, and I could not be happier with everything. Her space is *pristine* - I have never seen a nail space so clean. I'm talking hospital-level clean. It is so clear that she is passionate about what she does, and her skill level is next level. She shaped my short, natural nails perfectly, and even identified some high stress areas (I work with my hands) and filed in such a way to reduce future breakage. We did a beautiful semi transparent pink polish that complimented my undertones, and she suggested a subtle French tip which I absolutely love. The end result is a super subtle, super beautiful "my nails but better" look that I adore. My only gripe? - that I live in Philadelphia and she's in Seattle and I can't see her every two weeks. Seriously the best manicurist and esthetician I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. And I can't wait to book with her again the next time we're out this way.

I'd never had a dry pedicure before, but my feet felt so incredibly soft and smooth when she was done. Not to mention looking fantastic! Leila is highly responsible around cleanliness, and she autoclaves all her instruments to sterilize them. She can also do couples, and very graciously ensured that I could get in and out of the parking garage. I will definitely be back, and highly recommend her to any and all.

The staff were sweet and quiet, which I didn't mind My pedicure turned out great, but my gel manicure was rough - it was still tacky hours later, and had a messy streak on my thumb that I didn't notice until I got home. It turns out that my nail beds had taken a beating as well - two toes and a finger had small cuts to heal from being pushed too far from the finger. I did see the owner doing another appointment that looked fantastic, and they fixed another girl's peeling dip nails for free, but the fact that her dip peeled after one day makes me think the quality here is hit-or-miss. Convenient location, but I wouldn't go back.

Not sure who is rating this place so highly but there are far better places to get your nails done.

I select a color and take a chair. I love that she confirmed the color on my toe before continuing because it turns out it was too light and too opaque so I went for something more vibrant and somewhat gauche. Great spot, super affordable and I went next door to grab egg rolls and bubble tea before getting back on the train. I wish they offered tea or water. I'll be going back soon! Maybe Mother's Day!
