However, at the end of the appointment, I was told my hand massage would be skipped because she was running behind for her next client. This was disappointing, especially since the same thing happened during my previous visit with a different technician. The technician was very kind, but she appeared to be new and frequently needed assistance from another staff member. What confused me most was the pricing. According to the salon's website, Tier 2 includes French tips with chrome, which is the design I received, yet I was still charged for a Tier 3 service. Overall, while the final nails turned out fine, I was disappointed by the inconsistent pricing and not receiving the full service that was included with my appointment--particularly on two separate visits.

The initial first half of my appointment was fine. Things shifted towards the second half of my appointment. I accidentally dipped my hands back in water after my nails were filed and buffed. The tech I was working with (Lily) seemed visibly annoyed with me. I felt very awkward for the rest of my appointment. After that happened, she was weirdly pushy and abrupt with my hands while curing the gel nails under the LED light. That wasn't even the worst part. During the gel application, I saw this girl wipe her cleanup brush with extra alcohol directly onto the granite countertop, then use the same brush directly on my skin to clean the excess gel on my hands. I have always seen techs here use a paper towel (or another white towel) for this. I was so grossed out. To top off this experience, the hot towel and hand massage at the end of my appointment was super rushed and not thorough at all. So disappointing. I hope this was a fluke, but sad to say I will probably be going elsewhere.
