    Lobster Roll
    Steph A.

Love the building and quick, casualness of the restaurant. The meals we had were all excellent. The service was quite fast at busy 6pm dinner on a Monday. We had a Lobster roll, a 3 piece fish and chips and a kids chicken strip basket. Everything was notably quality and some of the best we've had. The lobster was decadent, melt in your mouth. The fish and chips were airy and light. The chicken strips were dense and perfectly breaded. Way to go with this home run for Everett. Yes like most of the reviews the prices are a bit steep but that's the economy we are in and you're getting a fresh, real quality product here. *Oh Hi- I have an Elite Fish N Chips badge so I know what I'm talking about when I say this is one of the best of the best. ;)

So glad Port of Everett is bringing so many new restaurants and eateries. We tried this one and everything seemed fresh. They also have fresh seafood for sale.

Spectacular addition to the expanding Everett waterfront! Everything we've tried thus far has been a 10/10, including their market fresh seafood by the lb. Only drawback is that it can get quite busy, and if dining in you may need to wait for a table. Their serves are so on it though, clearing tables and making room...very attentive service. I'm hoping they open up some patio dining when the weather is warmer! Highly recommend this place.

In short Brand-new waterfront development, tons of new restaurants, tons of parking. This place nails the seafood. Their fish case is spectacular (and expensive), but the restaurant delivers super-high quality for a reasonable price. In long We love a late lunch, and that's what we got today. Best time to catch them, 'cause it was never more than half full. They usually get packed. There's absolutely no acoustic baffling of any kind in here, so it must get uproarious when it's full. It's all concrete, hardwood, and glass. Sometime this spring, they'll open a big patio overlooking the marina. You park behind the building, which is cool because they can roll up the huge garage doors and you'll look at the marina without having to look at your dirty truck. In front, big double doors open up to a little gift shop off to one side, then drinks in a cooler, and order at the counter. One of the owners came out and got us right to a table since my wife uses a wheelchair these days. Nice touch! The staff were in a relaxed period between mealtime rushes, and we saw lots of cleaning and pretty much everybody said hi and asked how everything was. They're super friendly and on top of it here. No surprise that they clean when they have a second--everything in here is spic and span, which is super comforting anywhere, but especially in a fish place. The seafood case has lots of shellfish and a little finfish. Crab and lobster were $70/lb today, scallops $48. Too rich for my blood, even on shellfish night, but they looked sparkling fresh and guaranteed to make a nice meal. Drinks We had a bottle of Flowerhead rosé, and learned that all their wines are from different Mark Ryan labels (Flowerhead, Board Track Racer, Mark Ryan, etc.). They had half a dozen taps behind the counter and I'm sure I at least saw a Georgetown handle. No cocktails, but the drinks are local and of excellent quality. Soups We had a cup each of the clam chowder and crab bisque, and both rank in the top 3 or maybe best ever for each of those soups for us. Clean, fresh, lively flavors with firm chunks of fish in every bite (of the chowder, at least). Really good stuff with nice chewy sourdough toast. Lobster roll Fresh, briny, slightly sweet lobster, served hot, tons of melted butter. Soft and chewy brioche toast. Wonderful. Cod and chips Light, flaky batter and cod slices. Homey, comforting fresh-fish flavor. Awesome fries with a little crispness on the edges and fluffy chew inside. Tartar was solid. I could have easily asked for another dish of it and finished my fries, but I was already full. Bonus points for a fresh, crisp, light slaw on the side. None of the annoying gooey cream or oversweetness or sogginess. Slaw without flaw! Maybe even better when scooped up with a forkful of something else, which it does well. Nice neutral flavor profile with just enough life to it. We've all had so much crappy slaw that we don't even realize how rare it is to find a good one, and this is a great one. The desserts sounded amazing, and the sun coming in through the floor-to-ceiling glass was wonderful. There'll me live music 75 feet away in the summertime. The EVT waterfront really is a nice place to hang out now. 15 years ago you would have laughed if you heard me say that (probably because I'd've been laughing if I said that back then. 2 entrees, 2 apps, and a bottle of wine were $115. Not the cheapest lunch with drinks in town, but one of the best in terms of kitchen, setting, service, and wine.

Love the space, light and airy right at the water's edge. Excellent service... you order at the counter and they bring you the food. The stand out characteristic is that the seafood are all super fresh. We had the bisque, which is delicious though on the salty side (a bit too much for me) and had minimal crab. Doesn't really stand up to my favorite bisque at Bazille in Lynnwood... that bisque is creamy and full of crab for $2 less. The salmon fish and chips is a seasonal offering, and while the fish is clearly incredibly fresh and cooked perfectly, the breading is unseasoned and bland, and a bit on the greasy side. Probably not worth the $30 price tag. Saving the best for last: the miso sablefish is perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked, and the side beans are also perfectly seasoned, but the two flavors clash a bit with each other. It's not Nobu or Ray's, but it's significantly less expensive. Overall a great experience. Given the cost and the flavor profiles, will probably only come back for special occasions.

Menu upon ordering. There are printed versions on the counter.

I will start by saying it's worth a try. Has potential to be better. Looking forward to trying it in the summer but..... It is pricey! We spent $160 for 4 people. We ordered the buttered lobster roll $34, Beecher's Mac n cheese $19, two cod fish n chips $24, the Beechers cajun fries with cheese sauce and bacon $14 and 4 Diamond knot root beers. Get here early the line gets long. Seating is first come first served. We waited in line for about 10 mins to order at 5:15pm on a Thursday. It took about 20 mins to get our food. The Mac n cheese was lukewarm. It was decent but quite salty with the bacon. The cod and chips were quite oily as they were beer battered. The fries that come with the Cod were good. Salty but good. The lobster roll is small. I was told it was almost as good as a Boston lobster roll. My expectations were high. My fault. The roll was over buttery and soggy. The lobster was filled the size of ball park hotdog. Thankfully the lobster was good. The cheesy fries were good. Cheese was great, bacon was super salty. Sadly the highlight was the canned Diamond knot root beer. We will give it another try during the summer. It has potential. The staff were all very nice and the restaurant was clean. We are hopeful.

We visited on a Friday afternoon and it was pretty busy but we got through the line and seated very quickly. The restaurant is decorated nicely with a lively but not overwhelming ambiance. The service was outstanding!! I love me a tasty lobster roll with lots of lobster and not heavy on the extras like celery, mayo, onions, etc. Theirs did NOT disappoint. The roll was soft and tasty with lots of lobster and a warm, brown butter sauce. I do wish the hoagie was bigger because the roll is over $30 and only comes with a coleslaw shooter. It doesn't come with fries. I also ordered a bowl of lobster bisque, which I did dip some of my sandwich in. It was a little salty but the roll toned it down some. I was very happy with everything I ate and left full. I'd love to bring my husband but I don't think the lobster roll would fill him up. I will most definitely be back and work my way through the menu!

Pretty excited that Seafood restaurant by the Everett marina is open. The restaurant door is on the streetside there are more stores in the building still under construction phase. The place was packed at lunch time with people of all ages and military personnel due to navy base nearby. The staff assisted customers in line immediately that I was able to ask all kinds of new customer questions. I ordered 3 pieces halibut and chips and a cup of crab bisque for a takeout. The food was good but the halibut pieces were small, the bisque was salty to me and a couple of crab meat lumps that was a little disappointing. There were other attractive food on the menu, I'd definitely like to try and this will happen in the near future as it's so close to my h

Great food and even greater service!!!! We went there with high hopes and to treat my wife for her birthday and were not disappointed! I know I'm gushing but everything that we were served was hot and delicious! We had: bacon mac n' cheese, lobster shed fries, lobster 'po boy, chicken tenders. I could not find fault with anything. Oh, and the extra nice touch was that they served a dessert and helped sing happy birthday even though it's not something they do. They went the extra mile for us and I so appreciate it! Go for yourself and try it out. Happy eating, -Fj

My daughter and I stopped into the new Marina addition The Net Shed for dinner. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Family friendly. Reservations are not accepted. Indoors seats around 60 people on a first-come-first serve basis. There is not a hostess to greet you so seat yourself. The larger tables in the back are communal. As seems to be the trend everywhere nowadays, orders are placed and paid for at the counter. If staff is walking around, they can also assist by placing orders from the table; however, standard practice appears to be counter service. Logo paraphernalia as well as seafood themed items can be purchased. A refrigerator offers a variety of alcoholic drinks choices that can be purchased and consumed onsite. Local beer and hard cider are on draft as well. Bottles of wine can be purchased as well as wine by the glass. There is a refrigerated display of crab meat, lobster meat, jarred oysters, salmon (fresh and smoked). I'm unsure if these food items were for sale or for visual appreciation only since there was no literature on these items anywhere that I could see. Food prices are standard for seafood, with a few items left unpriced at "market price". It would be helpful if there was a blackboard listing the daily "market prices"; similar to how crab boil joints list their "market prices". During our visit, I had a glass of The Chief Cabernet Sauvignon for $12. My daughter had the draft 2 Towns Cosmic Crisp for $8.50. My daughter and I decided to share everything we chose so that we could sample more items during our visit. We started with the Cheesy Lobster & Crab Toast for $16: Beecher's cheese sauce, cheddar, scallion and Parmesan on garlic parmesan bread. Served with a lemon wedge. We both really enjoyed this appetizer choice. We each ordered an Oyster Shooter for $4 each: cocktail sauce, lemon and chives. We both thought the sauce tasted (consistency too) more like tomato juice rather than cocktail sauce. Neither one of us would order another Oyster Shooter in the future. We shared the 1/2 Pound Nola Wild Shrimp for $21: blue pacific shrimp (qty 16), white wine, tomato, scallion and Cajun butter. Served with two slices of local bakery bread. We were also asked if we would like to add pasta to this order. We declined the pasta; however, it's nice to know this is an option to soak up every last bit of the delicious NOLA sauce. The quantity of 16 shrimp for 1/2 pound meets the standard quantity when purchasing this size fresh or frozen in the grocery store. We shared the Cod Blackened Fish Tacos (qty 3) for $20: bacon, slaw, basil jalapeno aioli, tomatillo and cod. Each taco is served on a single 3"-4" flour tortilla. The cod is meaty and well-seasoned. The bacon is a bit different; not bad, just a different flavor profile for fish tacos. Lastly, we shared the Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie for $5. We asked if the cookies were made in-house and were told "yes". The cookie was gooey, chocolatey and comforting. I personally liked the addition of baker's salt sprinkled on the top. I love sweet and salt. All the staff members were friendly, excited and proud to be a part of this addition to the Marina. I look forward to visiting often and witnessing all the kinks being worked out.

Another successful spot on the Everett Waterfront. Nice modern atmosphere, if a bit loud. Friendly service. It was pretty packed at 6pm but emptied out by 7. We had 5 in our party and they found us a table after we ordered our food. Everyone loved their choices. I had the New England Lobster roll, yes it was expensive, but it was the biggest lobster roll I have ever had. Loaded with lobster. My son loved his poke bowl. My friend loved their Tuna and steamers. All around a successful meal. We will be back.

Port of Everett is doing so much and adding so much to our community. The Net Shed is a blessing, can't wait till summer and they can open the bay doors and sit and watch the sunset or Thursday night concerts! Oh BTW this place is not a sister of other Net sheds in the PNW. They are associated with Tapped

This place is the latest addition to the new Everett Marina Entertainment District. This is a casual place with walk up ordering and food delivered via table numbers, no waiters. It's a perfect combo of amazing fresh fish options without the formal environment. Love that you can come with little kids or in your workout gear and get some amazing fish options. The "bowls" are all so fresh and have a ton of flavor. The service is prompt and very friendly. Being new, there is quite a buzz and some lines to order. Management does a great job of keeping things moving and getting people served. Can't wait for Tapped and Menchies to open this summer! Come down and enjoy some great food and views at the Port of Everett!

The location is excellent for a spot to walk outside while waiting or after eating. The food here on the other hand was not great. I think the fusion flavors did not meet my pallet one bit. I was lost in all the sauce and wonder of what was trying to be accomplished. The sauce for my spicy wontons tasted like its been sitting in cornstarch and flavor for a bit, and the clams I had was a confusing flavor. The walnut shrimp wraps were just okay and pork shumai was the only decent thing I had there. I would not come here for food again, but they have their location and setting on point. The service was just okay. Our waiter was nice, but I felt as if they were rushing us. We were there for about an hr and I felt a little bit rushed. They close at 11pm and at the time it was 9:45. Would i come again? Probably not, I love the location but there are so many other places nearby to try in the future. I would love this place to suit my pallet, it just does not. 3 stars are just for the atmosphere alone.

This is a smaller neighborhood Asian grocery that really does a pretty good job with providing the necessary ingredients you won't find at Safeway. Yes the bigger proliferating giant Asian markets might be worth the drive for larger needs. I shop at them regularly. But this place has specialized produce, meats, seafood, and packaged goods to solve your list needs. I noticed that they have large pork belly portions for when you want to do a Lechon roast. I'm getting one of those soon for me rotisserie. I'm looking forward to ordering a Bahn mi or at least taking home some of their fresh baguette soon. Last night I was too full of noodles to care. BUT the fresh made kimchee is amongst the best I've had including local restaurants and H Mart!!! It's exceptionally heavy in garlic and seasoning without being too spicy. Koreans may not care for this but it's my version of Asian crack! Can't quit eating it day and night when I have done and I notice there is none left over later to make soup with! At $4.99 for a standard tub it's affordable and really tasty. Even as a cooking ingredient.

However, we were impressed by the variety of Chinese medicine they carry, and some items were quite cost-effective, such as the turmeric powder. The facility was not as new, clean, or well-decorated as T&T or H-Mart, but it was a good place to shop for Chinese herbs. Parking was easy, as there was a parking lot.
