Valentines dinner at Anthony Woodfire grill last night!! Great first time experience! Restaurant was clean, people were so very nice throughout our entire time! We had a great view of the boats/water/night atmosphere of the marina!! Our waitress I unfortunately didn't get her name she was absolutely wonderful! Answered all our questions even went back to the chief to ask to see how something was prepared! They service you bread and delicious garlic butter! We started with a side Caesar salad. Moved into the Valentine's dinner menu they had. My BF order the Steak Oscar (unfortunately I didn't obtain a picture as he had already started in prior to me snapping) and I ordered the Steak and lobster ! Both meals were delicious and served with garlic mashed potatoes which were very flavorful and my dish came with the greenish broccoli I had ever seen!! Thank you for a delicious meal and a great first time experience!!

Even when parking is huge, we battled to get a spot near. I was very glad to notice there was parking security doing rounds. Anthony's was crowded and didn't receive walk ins. So we decided to go to their second best option which was yards away. We noticed this location wasn't that upscale as the first one. This one got more kids. They sat us on this part. It was pretty noisy. We couldn't even hear our server. View was beautiful too :) Food wasn't that good or interesting. I had the jambalaya, and my party salmon and pasta. We also had some fried seafood. Server was slow but tried to keep a good vibe. I don't know if it's worth the price, but it is for the view. Staff was very helpful letting us know that we could use the ramp on the back :) Use tables outside on sunny days :)

Michelle, you ROCK!

Our server, Michelle, was an absolute delight, very responsive, conversational, the epitome of excellent customer service. Really, the 1 star ding is because although the bread was wonderful, freshly baked and warm, it was disappointing that the butter was rock hard. Photos of our meals and Michelle attached.

The food was delicious, the service mostly friendly but a bit slow, and the ambiance is upscale casual. The hostess sat us and asked if we were there for a special occasion and we said a birthday, but she was basically walking away before we could finish the word. They have a few vegetarian options, and a full bar available, but the majority of my party prefers the alternative Anthony's location across the way.

This is a great place to eat if you are in Everett or working on the Everett Navy Base. Ambiance: Very convenient and close to the base. There is plenty of free parking and the views of the bay are beautiful. The bar area is warm and cozy, with a nice fireplace to warm up. Service: Excellent service from our waitress. She took our orders quickly and accommodated our request to have a short lunch since we needed to return to the navy base in about 1 hour. Food: The menu is simple, but has a good variety of seafood and sandwiches. My fish and chips were delicious, panko crusted. My friend's burger was average at best. We came here for lunch and it was a very good experience. If I am back in back area, I will order the rotisserie chicken for dinner. Looks tasty!

The location is excellent for a spot to walk outside while waiting or after eating. The food here on the other hand was not great. I think the fusion flavors did not meet my pallet one bit. I was lost in all the sauce and wonder of what was trying to be accomplished. The sauce for my spicy wontons tasted like its been sitting in cornstarch and flavor for a bit, and the clams I had was a confusing flavor. The walnut shrimp wraps were just okay and pork shumai was the only decent thing I had there. I would not come here for food again, but they have their location and setting on point. The service was just okay. Our waiter was nice, but I felt as if they were rushing us. We were there for about an hr and I felt a little bit rushed. They close at 11pm and at the time it was 9:45. Would i come again? Probably not, I love the location but there are so many other places nearby to try in the future. I would love this place to suit my pallet, it just does not. 3 stars are just for the atmosphere alone.

Our dining experience began with cold appetizers, including a mixed black fungus dish with a satisfying crunch and tangy vinegar flavor, alongside pickled lotus root vegetables with a garlicky and subtly spicy taste. For our main courses, we opted for the Deep Fried Fish Szechuan Style, which was filled with cod fish, had a lighter batter coating, and a pleasing crunch, but beware of its savory and fiery flavor, which intensifies after several bites. We also selected the Szechuan Hometown Tofu, which offered our taste buds a savory flavor, enhanced by chili sauce, a crunchy exterior, and a soft, silky interior. On the side, we ordered a bowl of steamed purple rice and white rice. This exceptional culinary experience combines the perfect balance of crunchiness, chili spice, garlicky freshness, and sweetness, rich flavors of Szechuan cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant for an authentic Szechuan-style dining experience.

It is a huge portion but it is completely devoid of any flavor whatsoever. Usually onions add something but that did not help. I don't know how you can mess up noodles but no one in my family would eat them and there is one person in my family that will manage to eat almost anything and they refused. The sweet and sour chicken was drowning in sauce even though we asked more than once for the sauce to be on the side. We liked the bell peppers and onions in the sauce. The chicken pieces were of decent size. I did not care for the sauce. The white rice was well made and fluffy. The rice was probably the best part of the dish. About an hour later, we ended up throwing up the food. A complete waste of $31 dollars (which is pricey for what was supposed to be a lunch special). Also, vegetable chow mein and chicken chow mein is the same price which we found out after we had paid. Lunch is pictured and mention to include soup BUT you only get soup if you dine in. The place looked clean the the people seemed friendly. We may give them one more chance bc of the friendly service.

There was four of us that had dinner last night. Two of us ordered the mushroom risotto with chicken added. And two of them ordered the salmon dinner. Sorbet was an interesting flavor and the duo cheesecake was two tiny pieces. Drinks were just ok. Two them ordered the rye cocktail and one ordered the purple people eater. She said it tasted like couch medicine. Not a good way to describe her drink. And she also ordered coffee that took 30 minutes to get to our table. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. Food was definitely better this time around. I opted with the seafood salad, which was what it sounded like. The one thing that stood out to me were the smoked scallops, which I could have just ate a whole plate of. There was a fair amount of seafood amongst the plate. Tip: Mondays are half price bottled wine, which was probably the best deal of the night. Now for my salad and bowl of soup I think was around $50+. I'm not afraid to spending money, but I can say you must be paying for the view, and I get it. But the overall price we paid. Idk. The service was a glaring issue, in which I think there were a total of maybe 10 tables that were taken in the whole restaurant. The server was nice enough, but not attentive at all. Now I'm not going to lie the birthday boy set up his dinner for 7pm on a Monday. We did not know that Ivars closed at 8....and no one even told us at any point. I get this was to be polite, but had we known we probably would have been out of there a lot earlier. We did end up leaving at 10 to 9, but probably could have been gone a lot earlier had anyone mentioned that they closed at 8 or we didn't have to wait for our bill for 20+ minutes. I did feel bad after knowing we stayed so late, but like I said there was a definite lack of communication. Also one last thing. Charging for the bread, I don't know if that's new, but seems rather silly to me. I feel like I'm being generous with the 4 star review, in actuality closer to 3.5, I just feel bad making them stay until after close.
