We should have known when every other restaurants had waits and this one was mostly empty. First our waitress was really unfriendly and inattentive. Second my husbands fettuccini tasted like straight white wine. It was so watery and when he mentioned something, not even an apology just "that can't be because they use fresh cream and cheese". My wife and I have been trying the restaurants on the Everett waterfront lately and tonight we're giving this place a try that we found on a walk we took after an earlier dinner. There's a bunch of restaurants down there by the waterfront that are within walking distance of each other with a nice park setting . Alright this restaurant is located in a hotel and can accommodate large groups if needed but also has a nice bistroish area inside but also has a really cool garden type of atmosphere for the outside dining, which is where we asked to be seated. Our server got us our water, we also ordered the bread with assorted butter while we waited for our entrees, which for my wife was the roast chicken and I selected the Grilled Octopus. I've been waiting to get to eat here for one reason the Grilled Octopus and wow it didn't disappoint, it had a little char on it but it was perfectly cooked in my opinion with a good chew but not rubbery. The flavor of the octopus itself is mild which the chef compliments with an olive oil herb infused drizzle it's so good. My wife's dinner was very good as well, I got to try a bite, she passed on sampling mine lol. My side was a mix of roasted small potatoes and beans while my wife had a mix of roasted potatoes tomatoes and onions all very delicious. Not to forget the bread that started this meal it was good not sure what all the different types of butter that came with it were but it was good as well. Torn between a 3 and a 4 on this place. Mario is a great reason to go during dinner hours. He's so much fun! We were in Everett on grim business - death watch at Providence which resulted in one dinner. Sad for two reasons, not just one. I had the chicken fettucine for a whopping $26. I guess you come here for the convenience of eating where you're sleeping if staying at the Indigo and for the ambience of having almost the entire dining room to yourself. There were only two other tables occupied during any of the meals we had. (Fisherman Jack's a very short walk away had a waiting list pretty much from the time it opens until it closes.) I only took a pic of one of my brunch items, the Jetty Benny. Service in the morning is a lot more sporadic. One of the ladies had a very low stress tolerance and was easily flustered. The other two were -well- normal. Lol. None of the meals were in any way spectacular or worth the colossal price point, but they're open fairly late, around 9 or 10 and that's not a statement you can make about a lot of places surrounding the hospital. The view of the waterfront is probably the other selling point. I did see at least one group that drove in to eat and were not staying in a room so maybe this is considered great dining in Everett, WA. read more

First we had a great breakfast here, love their sourdough served with my made to order fluffy tasty 3 egg omelet with spinach and cheese served with a huge helping of home potatoes. Since we were staying at Horel Indigo, we also had a delightful dinner on the patio. Great cocktails served with a flourish, including our grandson's mocktail. The food was mediocre at best. Over priced. Very small portions. My husband had the lobster fettuccine and it was the smallest bowl of pasta I'd ever seen and it was on the big plate menu, the way he explained it was he either had a mouth full of lemon or a mouth full of tomato. No good mix. It came with nothing on the side (generally when you order pasta you get garlic bread) at $50 a plate, it's the least they could offer. I had the mahi tacos and they were incredibly dry and flavorless. That was a small plate so the portion was exactly what I expected. All in all, we will not be back. We would not recommend this restaurant to our family or friends however I'd rave about it to my most annoying co-worker. read more

The bar at Jetty bar and grill was the only place we could get drinks and food without reservations on Valentines evening. We were thankful that they had seatings on Valentines night. Service was pretty good from ordering drinks and food. That's where it kinda went South. Drinks canes fast and our food took over 30 minutes to get to our table. Two farm salads with steak, salmon chowder soups, hamburger and shrimp Scampi. Burger and fries and shrimp and filet mignon was barely Luke warm. It should have came hot to the table! Once our food finally came to the table. Our waitress disappeared and never came back. We sat at the table for a long time before we went to the bartender to ask if we could get our bill. Place was nice and clean. I understand they were very busy in the restaurant, but they need to attend the tables in the bar area not leave us abandoned. Terrible service, and for the price of entrees I just simply expect more. We watched two other tables come in after us and receive their meals before us, we were a two person table and watched a family of five get their meals before us after being seated 10 min after we came in. Not checked on throughout our meal, the bartender ended up bringing over my Bloody Mary herself and waited 20 min for my daughter's orange juice. My serve only had two tables, wasn't a busy Saturday, won't be coming back which is too bad as this is a local place for me. Apparently this place likes to host themed dinners for holidays? They need to stop doing that. We had 7 PM dinner reservations for Valentine's Day. They had a set Valentine's Day menu, $25 non-refundable deposit per person for a total $95 meal. We got here at 6:58 PM and were told our table would be ready in a few minutes. We ended up waiting until 7:40 PM (!!) before we were seated. It wasn't just us though, there were at least 5+ other 7 PM reservations crowding up the lobby waiting to be seated. When we were finally seated, it took another 12 minutes for a server to come back with one (1) fountain soda. We finally got our appetizer at 8:20 PM, 50 minutes after we were seated. The appetizers were barely warm. Entree surprisingly came out 10 minutes later. I was getting nervous sitting and waiting. We noticed not a single table had food on it - I didn't see anyone eating. I did see plenty of people looking grumpy and hungry though. By the time our food came out, we were starving. And you know how when you're starving, everything usually tastes good? This food was still NOT it. We took a bite of steak before setting it aside. We did end up bringing the steak back for our dogs tho. Definitely won't be going back and definitely do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The host and servers were friendly tho. But I think they need to hire more staff, make food that actually tastes good and revamp their service flow because it was a MESS. read more

Updating my review after trying Jetty's happy hour. There is a 2% kitchen service charge added to each tab. Happy Hour is offered daily from 4pm-7pm in the bar only. Happy hour consists of $3 off specialty cocktails, $3 off bar sharable food, $2 off draft beers and wines by the glass and $1 off well liquors. The bar seating area feels nothing like the restaurant. The bar atmosphere felt like a cafeteria. While chatting, my girlfriend and I each sipped on a glass of Alki Cabernet Sauvignon for $10 (hh). My girlfriend and I wanted to share a bottle of wine since it would be cheaper than ordering by the happy hour glass prices. We were advised only after asking that on Tuesday's, all bottles of wine are half off. When I asked where that was stated/advertised I was told that it wasn't. It would have been nice to know that detail up-front before ordering overpriced wine by the glass. We ended up sharing a full bottle of Alki Cabernet Sauvignon for $20. My girlfriend and I shared the Smoked Salmon Croquette (qty 5) for $14 (hh). The menu stated "house" smoked which led us to believe these treats were made in the kitchen. They may have been; however, ours were cold in the center which led me to believe they were of the frozen variety. We also shared the Tomato Bruschetta for $12 (hh). This appetizer consisted of a piece of sourdough bread topped with marina sauce, cooked tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and basil. This Bruschetta did not provide the "fresh" taste that one expects from Bruschetta. Overall, Jetty is serving subpar food at inflated prices. read more

Pretty disappointing across the board. They seemed understaffed for a busy Sat night so we regularly had trouble flagging our waiter down. The only good thing was the overpriced oysters which were why we chose the spot. I ordered a mocktail as soon as we were sat and it took almost 30 min to come out and tasted like a skittle. I don't understand why bartenders assume because you need something zero proof (I'm pregnant) that you must just not like how cocktails taste and give you liquid candy, I managed to rescue it by adding some of the oyster vinegar to the drink but it did not impress. We shared the Caesar salad and lobster fettuccini and first, you could tell they'd both been sitting for a while - the salad was not chilled, it was room temp, and the pasta was lukewarm not hot. Second I wanted to asked if they'd accidentally used thousand island instead of Caesar dressing because it was oddly sweet but we couldn't find the waiter and were too hungry to wait even longer to replace the salad. Finally the lobster was over cooked and needed a knife to cut into bites, the flavors of the dish were nice, just wish it had arrived hot and not been over cooked, especially for a $50 entree. Portions are also small, which is fine if it's michellan quality...which this was not. Definitely wouldn't go back and disappointed to have spent so much on a meal that did not live up to the price tag. read more

We went there on Thanksgiving. As we had a family member staying there for work. Brief summary; There was only a buffet for $75.00 which we knew about, so okay. The buffet it was luke warm. The Brussel sprouts were over cooked and the carrots had a vinegar taste. The gravy was almost cold. The thing that got me most was for a table of three there was an automatic gratuity tip of 20% for a BUFFET which was not printed or mentioned at all!! I'm normally a generous tipper but for a buffet? When we didn't need anything as we really only had one plate and water! I've been here before and the food was okay though pricy. The waitstaff in the restaurant is much better than the bartenders or the servers in the bar. I've always gotten sub par service in the bar area. Overall, I will walk to any of the other restaurants in the area before giving my business. read more

I met a co-worker at the Jetty B&G for lunch recently and...YUM! I loved the clean, light, modern space with plenty of seating and a view out to the lovely Everett waterfront. We weren't super hungry so we decided to order a few appies rather than lunch entrees, and it was all delish. We shared a trio of arancini, steamed clams, and poke. It was all quite delish, although I gotta say the clams stole the show! Everything was fresh and tasty. The arancini were pretty small compared to others I've tried, maybe this is a new style or maybe I just don't get around much (both are entirely possible). The poke was delish, as were the clams (which were served with a delicious, fresh-baked mini loaf of bread). The restaurant is large, with an adjacent patio area that was just SCREAMING "Yelp Event" to me! Sadly, I'll have to leave that up to the next CM to plan. But if I'm in the area again soon, I wouldn't hesitate to visit here again - maybe even a little later in the day to partake in their happy hour. read more

We just ate their Thanksgiving buffet meal. Having gone to other holiday buffets at places like Arnie's in Seattle, I expected much, much better, particularly for the price. The food was adequate and consisted of the types of dishes that one would cook at home, nothing special whatsoever. We love eating here when we stay at Hotel Indigo. The service is always fast and the servers are friendly and always wonderful. The food is wonderful. I've tried many dishes and they are all great. The kids love the chicken tenders and fruit cup. They provide crayons and a menu to cool it while we wait for our food. The drinks are also amazing. Overpriced and average food for sure. The only reason we dined here was due to convenience. We rolled out of bed, headed downstairs to grab brunch and it was pretty meh. The restaurant was moderately busy and service wasn't great. It seemed like there was only one server working and she wasn't particularly friendly. I had the croissandwich with bacon, eggs, cheddar and aioli, while my husband went with the American breakfast (bacon, eggs, toast, potatoes). Nothing was particular noteworthy and my sandwich wasn't actually even made with a croissant, just some sort of square bun. Lol. Unfortunately, the reservation process for said buffet is less than ideal. 20% tip, plus service fee added to the BUFFET reservation on Open Table? 20% tip for a buffet? Prepaid reservation, with a NON REFUNDABLE cancelation policy if canceled after 12/18...for a buffet at a restaurant, ok? I called and asked if walk-ins would be allowed...no, they will be too busy. Once again, OK? The menu sounds nice enough, but not a single beef entree...for $100 per person. Reviews for the Thanksgiving buffet were mediocre. So, we decided to reserve our Christmas Eve dinner elsewhere, where a reservation is still just that, a reservation, not an event that requires we purchase a nonrefundable ticket. read more
