The service was great -- Mario was attentive and friendly. We sat outside and the view was very pretty and peaceful. The food was good. The spinach artichoke dip appetizer was enjoyable. The fish & chips were nicely cooked and flavorful. The mac & cheese was basic and ok. It was a good, easy option since we were staying in the hotel.

The food was great! Everything about it. Juicy tomatoes, buttery fettuccine, and tender lobster! The cocktails were so good. Best ive had ever.

What a great hotel restaurant. Super delicious food and the service was top notch. Best omelet I've had in a very long time. Hashbrowns were were perfection. Waterfront views and a table by the window. Super morning ambiance. Toast ...yeah, actually perfect. What a superb way to start the day. Best part..included with my stay. Thank you IHG!

We had a really great experience on the patio. Crab cake was excellent, coconut shrimp were great, fish and chips were humungous and the shrimp scampi was all delicious. The drinks were excellent as well. The star was the view & the crab cake! Our service was fast and friendly. Would go back & would recommend.

Torn between a 3 and a 4 on this place. Mario is a great reason to go during dinner hours. He's so much fun! We were in Everett on grim business - death watch at Providence which resulted in one dinner. Sad for two reasons, not just one. I had the chicken fettucine for a whopping $26. I guess you come here for the convenience of eating where you're sleeping if staying at the Indigo and for the ambience of having almost the entire dining room to yourself. There were only two other tables occupied during any of the meals we had. (Fisherman Jack's a very short walk away had a waiting list pretty much from the time it opens until it closes.) I only took a pic of one of my brunch items, the Jetty Benny. Service in the morning is a lot more sporadic. One of the ladies had a very low stress tolerance and was easily flustered. The other two were -well- normal. Lol. None of the meals were in any way spectacular or worth the colossal price point, but they're open fairly late, around 9 or 10 and that's not a statement you can make about a lot of places surrounding the hospital. The view of the waterfront is probably the other selling point. I did see at least one group that drove in to eat and were not staying in a room so maybe this is considered great dining in Everett, WA.

First we had a great breakfast here, love their sourdough served with my made to order fluffy tasty 3 egg omelet with spinach and cheese served with a huge helping of home potatoes. Since we were staying at Horel Indigo, we also had a delightful dinner on the patio. Great cocktails served with a flourish, including our grandson's mocktail. My salmin fettucine was delicious, our server carefuĺly researching whether there were onions and if salmon could be substituted, which yes it could and was delicious. We sat on their outdoor patio which is quieter and scenic.

Apparently this place likes to host themed dinners for holidays? They need to stop doing that. We had 7 PM dinner reservations for Valentine's Day. They had a set Valentine's Day menu, $25 non-refundable deposit per person for a total $95 meal. We got here at 6:58 PM and were told our table would be ready in a few minutes. We ended up waiting until 7:40 PM (!!) before we were seated. It wasn't just us though, there were at least 5+ other 7 PM reservations crowding up the lobby waiting to be seated. When we were finally seated, it took another 12 minutes for a server to come back with one (1) fountain soda. We finally got our appetizer at 8:20 PM, 50 minutes after we were seated. The appetizers were barely warm. Entree surprisingly came out 10 minutes later. I was getting nervous sitting and waiting. We noticed not a single table had food on it - I didn't see anyone eating. I did see plenty of people looking grumpy and hungry though. By the time our food came out, we were starving. And you know how when you're starving, everything usually tastes good? This food was still NOT it. We took a bite of steak before setting it aside. We did end up bringing the steak back for our dogs tho. Definitely won't be going back and definitely do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The host and servers were friendly tho. But I think they need to hire more staff, make food that actually tastes good and revamp their service flow because it was a MESS.

    Happy Hour Specialty Cocktails.

Updating my review after trying Jetty's happy hour. There is a 2% kitchen service charge added to each tab. Happy Hour is offered daily from 4pm-7pm in the bar only. Happy hour consists of $3 off specialty cocktails, $3 off bar sharable food, $2 off draft beers and wines by the glass and $1 off well liquors. The bar seating area feels nothing like the restaurant. The bar atmosphere felt like a cafeteria. While chatting, my girlfriend and I each sipped on a glass of Alki Cabernet Sauvignon for $10 (hh). My girlfriend and I wanted to share a bottle of wine since it would be cheaper than ordering by the happy hour glass prices. We were advised only after asking that on Tuesday's, all bottles of wine are half off. When I asked where that was stated/advertised I was told that it wasn't. It would have been nice to know that detail up-front before ordering overpriced wine by the glass. We ended up sharing a full bottle of Alki Cabernet Sauvignon for $20. My girlfriend and I shared the Smoked Salmon Croquette (qty 5) for $14 (hh). The menu stated "house" smoked which led us to believe these treats were made in the kitchen. They may have been; however, ours were cold in the center which led me to believe they were of the frozen variety. We also shared the Tomato Bruschetta for $12 (hh). This appetizer consisted of a piece of sourdough bread topped with marina sauce, cooked tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and basil. This Bruschetta did not provide the "fresh" taste that one expects from Bruschetta. Overall, Jetty is serving subpar food at inflated prices.

Plenty of parking, great food options and lovely staff. Outdoor seating is an option in nice days. They take reservations and accept walk-ins. If you want to spend time near the water this is a great option.

Atmosphere & location 5 star! Food 2 star…read more Summary: do not come here. I went here with my uncle and extended family to celebrate my cousin graduating nursing school. Parking is quite challenging. I entered the restaurant and was confused because there's a big sign outside that says "fisherman jacks" but it bridges two building and there's like an odd walkway and the only real entrance was this Chinese restaurant with Chinese characters on the door. You walk in and nothing says fisherman jacks. The signs, the menus, the host area. Anyways it is the place. The resultant is really nice looking and it's right on the water and it was like a nice hot day with baby blue sky and the restaurant fully opens up so we're indoor but it's kinda like outdoor patio seating. So I was really impressed at how nice this restaurant was. I used the bathroom and it was kinda sub par with only 2 stalls and 1 sink but whatever it worked. I ordered an espresso martini and a water since I had arrived last and wasn't sure who's water was who's. They never brought me a water. The martini was really good. We order family style and my uncle orders us a feast with like 6 appetizers and like 10 entrees. But the food was totally lack luster. It was at the bare minimum level of acceptable. Every item was like this. I was totally shocked. I couldn't help but be totally disappointed and I was trying to remind myself to be grateful because I'm at a family event and it's a beautiful day and I have a meal that is being provided for me and I made the best of it. But seriously I cannot stress this enough; The flavor was slightly worse and more dull than Panda Express and the quality of the food was on par with Panda Express. I know my uncle paid an insane price for this dinner and I appreciate it and had fun but I can't quite shake the feeling that this place charges top tier pricing for Panda Express level of food. I don't recommend it and I won't be coming back.

The cioppino was good and price wise maybe a better value than the rest of the menu. Came with lots of seafood. Apparently there is no point in making a reservation. We had to wait for a table despite having made a reservation, which brings this restaurant down to the level of fast food or greasy-spoon diner - very disappointing. I see this as a huge failure of management. If someone arrives on time for their reservation, they should be seated immediately, no excuses. Failing this shows a complete disregard for and disrespect of the customer. It is a reservation, not a general comment that we might arrive. Kudos to the chef(s) for very good food and to the busser who seemed to grasp customer service better than others. There is room for improvement on table / reservation management, to put it mildly.

Our dining experience began with cold appetizers, including a mixed black fungus dish with a satisfying crunch and tangy vinegar flavor, alongside pickled lotus root vegetables with a garlicky and subtly spicy taste. For our main courses, we opted for the Deep Fried Fish Szechuan Style, which was filled with cod fish, had a lighter batter coating, and a pleasing crunch, but beware of its savory and fiery flavor, which intensifies after several bites. We also selected the Szechuan Hometown Tofu, which offered our taste buds a savory flavor, enhanced by chili sauce, a crunchy exterior, and a soft, silky interior. On the side, we ordered a bowl of steamed purple rice and white rice. This exceptional culinary experience combines the perfect balance of crunchiness, chili spice, garlicky freshness, and sweetness, rich flavors of Szechuan cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant for an authentic Szechuan-style dining experience.

The sweet and sour chicken was drowning in sauce even though we asked more than once for the sauce to be on the side. We liked the bell peppers and onions in the sauce. The chicken pieces were of decent size. I did not care for the sauce. The white rice was well made and fluffy. The rice was probably the best part of the dish. About an hour later, we ended up throwing up the food. A complete waste of $31 dollars (which is pricey for what was supposed to be a lunch special). Also, vegetable chow mein and chicken chow mein is the same price which we found out after we had paid. Lunch is pictured and mention to include soup BUT you only get soup if you dine in. The place looked clean the the people seemed friendly. We may give them one more chance bc of the friendly service.

Very disappointing. I had the chicken remoulade which was very overpriced for the quantity of food. It consisted of a single "smallish" chicken thigh with cauliflower and sauce. I'm not afraid to spending money, but I can say you must be paying for the view, and I get it. But the overall price we paid. Idk.
