In short We haven't had this kind of shopping around here, let alone focused in one store. This is where you get the super-nice meat and fish that supermarkets and big-box stores don't have. And their house-made fish dips are amazing. In long It's a little strip mall by the Speedway that would be kinda sleepy except for the drive-through coffee line constantly forming around the whole building. E&O have the end unit. You walk in to a shelf full of solid-value wines, mostly local, aimed to pair with whatever you might take home with you to cook. The ceilings are high, and the walls and floors are all spotless white. No decorations, very little merchandising, if any. There's a long butcher case on the left full of all kinds of crazy treats. Prawns the size of bratwursts. Steaks, roasts, different fish. They skip most of the stuff that supermarkets carry and focus only on more-specialty stuff. Their stock is either a nicer version or it's something that's unavailable elsewhere. You do pay for quality like this on some of the stuff, but if you're cooking a meal you're really looking forward to, the value makes it reasonable. Not everything is expensive, either. They had fresh lemons on the case for 40% less than the supermarket up the street. They had reds, whites, bubblies, and pinks in the wine section with every bottle under $20. And those fish dips, man. I'm surprised they don't sell out by afternoon every day. We had wild salmon and black cod dips before dinner last night, and both were fantastic. They're very well balanced, so maybe you could add hot sauce or fresh herbs to taste, but we've had them several times and never felt compelled to tune them up. The dudes behind the butcher case have decades of industry experience, and they couldn't be nicer, more patient, or more helpful. I love shopping here. read more

Went in today and grabbed some fresh halibut for my wife, she loves halibut, and a nice big Dungeness crab for myself - and OMG, they were both fantastic. The halibut tasted amazing, and the crab was a real treat, I wish I would have grabbed two. This is my third time in and I'll be back. They also have some mighty fine looking steaks in there as well, we just happened to be in the mood for fresh seafood tonight. Highly recommended. read more

We got a few pounds of clams and every single one was good to go, unlike when you get them from the grocery store and you have to toss a 1/4 of them. The service is top notch! I gave them an idea of what I wanted to make and throughout a detailed conversation they ended with a suggestion on a cheaper cut that would fit my needs better. The store is clean and the meat delicious. The customer service was very good. We asked about brisket and they said they could get some the next days. However they are large ( nice size for a party). We did pic up a couple rib eye that we smoked in the Bbq. They were very tasty. The rib eye steaks were large enough for leftovers the next day. The only hesitation to frequenting here is the price. They are a bit spendy. However for a special occasion they are worth the cost. read more

Have been in several times now and stopped by again a few days ago. This time I got some of the boneless, skinless chicken breasts...oh my! This is some of the best chicken I've had in recent memory and maybe ever. I pounded out the breast to a uniform thickness, lightly dusted it with seasoned flour then fried in a mix of extra virgin olive oil and butter. Cut it in thick slices to put on top of a beautiful salad with fresh greens and berries. The chicken was tender and had a wonderful flavor. Just top notch. Thanks guys! read more

Just bought 30 pounds of flank and skirt steak recommended by the owners for a carne asada cookout and, let me tell you, it was the best meat I, or any of my party goers, have ever had! Loved this place! Staff was very friendly and they have restaurant grade fish and meat! They even have have fresh live big lobster, clams , and oysters. The fish is obviously rotating , which is nice because they are constantly keeping it fresh! They have a newsletter you can follow to stay up to date of what's coming in. They also do have a frozen section with like some shrimp in it for sale. We tried out their crab cakes and they were 10/10. Very fresh, full of crab meat. Exactly what you want out of a crab cake! Air fried nicely! Also. Tried out their lime chili marinated chicken breast and they grilled up beautifully and were so moist and flavorful! The prices were great, and you can tell the quality is there! They also sell sauces and rubs and different things to go with the fish and meat. I bought a umami salt, and a pesto aioli and the pesto aioli was only 7.50 so they are not up charging here! You can tell it's a small business and I will 100% be back, I totally recommend checking them out and supporting! read more
