Looked for a good nail salon by me and this came up! I saw reviews and pictures and the nails all looked so good! I was able to make a same day appointment! I came in and showed Mimi a reference photo and she did my nails exactly how I wanted them! They came out amazing and flawless! Highly recommend and I'll be going back! Thank you The Nail Studio! She even took pictures on my phone for me! Super friendly!

I have never gotten acrylics done before and after coming here I don't want to ever stop going back! I decided to try this place after seeing the amazing reviews and they did not disappoint!! Nini is amazing I will show her a design and she can copy it perfectly and can also help customize it to make sure that I am in love with my nails each time. She is so patient and while I am very rough my nails and they stay very well for over 5 weeks! This nail salon is amazing and below are photos Nini took of my nails she did!

10/10 would come again, it's hard to find good nail places with Cat Eye polish in Riverside area but this place had it & was perfect for me. They had all the colors and were able to do my designs no problem. Pricing is also reasonable!

I was serviced by Lucy who no longer works here but she did an outstanding job with the tiny, intricate details on my nails. I came close to closing when it was already dark outside and the owner/ manager (not exactly sure) walked me out to my car when I was finished. I just moved to Riverside from Long Beach and was in search of a new nail spot, which was pretty nerve-wracking after going to the same nail tech for over 12 years. NINI exceeded all my expectations!

I absolutely love this nail salon. The service and response time are amazing. I sometimes bring a bit of a challenge in my design choice, but there hasn't been a set that I was disappointed with! The prices are fair and affordable which is also another reason I love coming here it is THE nail salon to come to in Riverside

It was my first time visiting The Nail Studio, after recently relocating to the area and a tireless search for a good nail shop I found this gem on yelp. The pedicures are soak-less, which I thought would take away from the relaxing experience. But, the girl who did my pedicure who's name I did not get, was nice and gave the best massage I've had during a pedicure in a long time. Overall I was happy with the pedicure and didn't miss the soaking part of it after all. John did my full set. I loved that he acknowledged that I was a first time customer and thanked me for coming in to try out the shop. I don't think I've ever had any place say that which was comforting. The shop is small and it's only a few people in there at a time as it is appointment only, which I liked because you don't have people starring at you while you're getting your nails or feet done. They also don't try and nickel and dime you the prices are very reasonable and they are fast without compromising the quality of service. Can't wait to come back! read more

The absolute best. Came here after a horrid experience at another nail salon nearby. John fixed my broken and brittle nails and went above and beyond to fix them. Definitely not what yuh would expect of a nail salon but I'm really glad I gave this place a try! John was super friendly and talkative which made me feel comfortable. He had great music playing from the 80's and 90's and did great work! He gave me exactly what I asked for and even made some good recommendations. His station is located in the back of a hair salon so just walk straight back! Thanks again John! I will be returning! read more

After living here for 2 and half years I have finally found my nail spot. I found the hidden place on yelp and quickly went to his Instagram and I immediately called to book an appointment. John was so kind very humble and speaks great English so no worries about miscommunication and language barriers. His spot is super comfortable and you definitely get your one on one without feeling rushed out of his chair. Best of all his prices are very affordable I got my gel taken off from a previous gel mani, new almond shaped set, with acrylic soft white powder and tipped for under $50. A great place to get your nails done. Excellent service, works by appointments only. John is great attention to detail and he really does deliver. This nail shop feels very exclusive and personal, having one client at a time. The owner is very pleasant and makes you feel very comfortable. The process of doing my mani/pedi was different than any other place I have ever been to. It feels very sterile and clean. I truly record me this place to anyone looking for a different experience than the usual place where there are 10 people waiting and the employees talking $hit about you in another language. read more

I have been getting my nails done by John for over a year. I go every 2 weeks. Being a hairstylist I am working with my hands constantly and my nails are constantly in product, water, and color. Before I went to John my nails wouldn't even last a week. I started with acrylic and have transitioned in to gel nails. My nails now have never been as strong or as long as they are. And they are MY nails! No acrylic, all gel. He has the best prices in town, and his customer service is unbeatable. read more

The most pleasant customer service I have received! Welcoming from the beginning, friendly yet so comfortable, amazing service-offered drinks and asked how I was throughout the pedicure-, and so clean! All items used were sterile and packaged. They also had amazing massage chairs and spaces apart to feel so comfy even during this covid time. And of course, most importantly, loved the outcome! In the city where I was born and raised I went to the same man for my nails from the age of 14 until I divorced at the age of 31. I have been in Riverside for 11 years now bouncing around from shop to shop, driving near and far just trying to find a good nail tech and I think I found the nail tech of my dreams. I came to this shop after seeing the Yelp review. He was the ONLY shop that had 5 stars I had to try. So I went to see John for a full set, for a special event, and a pedicure. I'd never had a dry pedicure but I must say it was MUCH more relaxing than a water pedi. And my nails, I have a base color of blue for the event and he mixed it up and my nails are fire. I was so impressed and the other tech Christina was chatty and friendly as well. If you're looking to be treated well and quality work, this is the place to go. John did a very nice job. I wasn't happy with the shape of my nails and he fixed them. He was also able to give me an appointment the very next day that I contacted him. His work area is in the back of a hair salon and it is very quiet and peaceful back there. He also has a variety of gel colors to choose from and can make all sorts of designs. I have been searching for a nail person for a long time. I haven't had nails done in years and found the nail studio on yelp. I'm so glad I did because my new nails look amazing. I brought in a picture and he knew what to do right away. I think it is called ombré nails. Again I haven't had nails in a long time and wow has stuff changed. The nail shop is located in a beauty salon in the back. He was a great conversation and amazing at his job. My nails look better than I expected and are so shiny. Not one cut or pain and I remember from other places always getting cut. This was such a pleasant experience and he answered all my questions. I'm so excited to finally have found a nail person who takes their time and listens to the customer. I will most definitely be back to keep my nails up. Awesome and attentive. read more

This is the best place to get exactly what you want and to hang out with the most easy going people ever. I'll start off by saying how I found this place I was on Yelp looking to see who was able to do what I had pinned on Pinterest. So I looked up places on on a Saturday morning and then I messaged them and they responded immediately! I was shocked and they had an appointment available around 1 pm I showed up a little early and was greeted immediately with a smile. They were running a little behind but it was not a big deal and they offered me and my sister drinks. So much good customer service! Christine was my nail tech and she was the coolest person literally can talk to her as if you've known her your whole life. So down to earth and she does impeccable work! I showed her a picture and she knew exactly what to do and it came out better than I could imagine. Needless to say so happy I came here and will be returning to them they are my only nail place now. They are also reasonably priced $40-45 for a full set. They are great people and the work is the best in the inland empire. Go here and thank me later! read more

However, they are expensive!! I asked how much these nails would be (picture) and they quoted me $170!! Lmao. That's why your salons are hardly ever full. It used to be that you walk into a nail salon and it's packed with back to back appts and you had to wait for walk-ins. Now, I only see 2 or 3 people every time I go. Gone are the days when techs were good with nails because it's their job and that was the standard and they didn't price gouge every step of the way. There is no standard with all of these nail salons. Will do a crap job and just take your money but when you go somewhere that's actually good and can do what they're supposed to do, the prices are astronomical. So if you can't do your own nails and you want to splurge then this is the place to go to. It's a shame they think they're better off charging SO MUCH for nails when they would be getting way more customers and way more money if their prices were fair. Thank god I can do my own nails because it's getting ridiculous. And I get it, it costs a more for the extravagant designs and XL nails but not hundreds of dollars. Especially when people do their nails every 2-3 weeks. My guy, you're not saving lives here. You're also not Picasso. You're just painting the tips of my fingers. Also they need to fix their sewer problem. I went in there and I could barely tolerate the smell it was so bad and they're acting like they don't smell anything. Don't get me wrong, it's a pretty salon and I'm glad to finally win the lottery-- I mean, find a place where they do a good job and the people seem nice but with these prices I won't be able to get my nails done on the regular anymore. And I was a weekly kind of girl too. And I'm sorry but if you think it's ok for prices to be this high, you are part of the problem. Charging a little more because product pricing has gone up is one thing but price gouging is another. Designs and fun stuff was always an extra 20-30 bucks. Not 75-100+!! Oh yes, and charging a lot for a pedicure that they still rush through and do a mediocre job with, just as they have always done. GREAT. 3 1/2 stars.

I had a nail appointment scheduled for 2pm and arrived 4 minutes early. When I entered, Lucy was just beginning a full acrylic set on another client. When I approached her, she acknowledged me by saying, "Bobbi, 2pm appointment," to which I confirmed my appointment. However, she then returned to attending to the other customer's nails. I expressed my dissatisfaction to John, who simply replied, "I don't know what she's doing; I guess she is running behind or something." This level of service is not acceptable. It would have been better if someone had called to inform me of the delay and to provide a new appointment time. I finally found Tee. so I wanna just say I was never satisfied with getting my nails done anywhere I tried different salons. I tried self-employed home based nail technicians and nobody was able to work on my nails because I have a curve to my nails and Tee has been the only one that has manage to make it work my nails last over a month no lifting her nail art is just amazing . When I was going to NYC for vacation, my friend recommended me to get my hair done at Giovanni Sacchi Salon. I stopped by to get cut & color and it was great. Sacchi cut my hair and Giovanni did my color. Both did superb job. The price was very reasonable and great decor, music and atmosphere at the salon.
