I've been here on a Friday or Saturday night and it was busy as hell. I decided to come on a Sunday and the bouncer that was outside completely made me feel comfortable looked out for me and was a total sweetheart. The waitress was beyond fabulous. The food here was trash.com had a steak sandwich and they added stuff in the sandwhich that wasn't listed on the menu. I had a allergic reaction to it and had to run home and stab myself with my Epi pen. My friend had a pork sandwich and quesadilla and it was OK. Not worth it though, Barrique has better food. The food was better than I ever expected from a bar. Yes they have a terrific beer selection, but better than that was their food! First of all this place a bar that gets a great crowd and it's very loud. Saturday night was packed and we were lucky to get a seat for dinner at 8pm without a long wait. We started with the smothered perogies and the Korean street tacos. The perogies were just incredible with just the right amount of potato stuffed inside a small lightly cooked perogie covered in cheddar sauce with the best tasting smoked bacon I've ever had. It was the best dish of the night. The tacos were incredibly tasty with plenty of marinated short rib to make it a must try. I had the French Connection which was incredible and loaded with flavor. This burger was one of the best burger I've had since GM Burger Bar. The best burger in Babylon without question. My wife had the Banh Mi Sandwich which she loved and was big enough for two people to share. I highly recommend this place for their food and their beer selection. Great place in Babylon Village to eat and have a few drinks! I have been here several times for brunch, football sundays and a casual lunch/dinner. Great upgrade to the place that was previously here (Twisty's). Nice atmosphere, especially when they open up the large sunlit windows in the nice weather. Food is better than expected as well. Only problem is that they are one of the only places I know that doesn't put the pricing alongside of the Beers on the Bulletin Board. They don't even have a Beer Menu with the Pricing on it. We went for some appetizers and drinks, I can't believe the transformation from the old places it used to be. Our waiter was great, he was around when we needed him but didn't haunt the table. We got the giant pretzel and buffalo chicken egg rolls, both appetizers were delish and big enough to share. Huge beer selection and the craft cocktail menu looks amazing. I wish we were told to read the specials on the board, we didn't see them until after we ordered. Parking in Babylon village. If you are visiting the Babylon village be aware that there is limited parking, and if you do not read the signs correctly, you may need to add $100.00 for a parking ticket. Unless the establishment has parking, I will not be visiting there again. Too much of an inconvenience to park. Not worth it. read more

We came here for dinner tonight. Everything was excellent. The weather was nice and they had the windows open which made you feel like you were outside. Kaylee was our server. She was friendly and answered all our questions about the menu - which had a lot of good options. I had the burrata burger and my husBand had the short rib grilled cheese. Both were delicious. We even got to meet the Chef Chris - who gave us some amazing fresh tomatoes and mozzarella to try. A great experience all around and we will definitely be back! read more

I was so excited to come here because I've never been before, I live in Babylon and I was hoping this would be my new local spot. We came in for our friends birthday, we tried to politely get a drink from the bar several times, I work in the service business for 12 years as a server and manager. I completely respect the hard work and late nights, however your bartenders paid absolutely no attention to us, I said to your bartender Brendan can I please get a drink he look at me and replied there's another bartender you can get it from I'm busy. I came here for a fun Saturday night out over the summer time and it was great. This Sunday I come for a birthday brunch, and it was low quality food and service. We were very disappointed. First, we get I.D'd for a boozy brunch meanwhile there was a 5 year old in the restaurant.. bit confused there. Not even like you get a bracelet or anything after showing proof of age... anyways- We sit down, got our drinks which was good (definitely a place to go at night for drinks instead), we order the Cinnabon's for the table which were good too - my friend and I ordered the Huevo Ranchero, my other friend orders the french toast with berries. 10 minutes later the waitress comes to bring us a bottle of ketchup telling us everyones orders come with home fries (which we never received), so we're all anticipating the food will come soon since she felt the need to bring ketchup to the table. 40 minutes later, still no food. The waitress definitely forgot to put the order in- We are all tired at this point and ready to go. We finally get our food and my friends french toast pancakes look inedible, the icing on top looks curdled, my friend and I that ordered the Ranchero has a sunny side up on it that was well over cooked and nobody's food was hot/warm- this must have been sitting in the back for a long time. We barely ate our food. Poor food and poor service. The waitress didn't seem to care. The restaurant wasn't crowded enough or large enough for the food to arrive 50 minutes later. Bizarre.
