This placed popped up in my Instagram algorithm and I knew I had to go there with my friend for our monthly brunch date. It's very bright and welcoming inside. We both had the iced pretzel mocha latte and it was very yummy! For my meal I chose the crab Rangoon omelet as I've never seen that offered anywhere before and it's different and not your typical omelet. It was very tasty. It came with home fries and toast. The home fries were seasoned nicely. Portion was generous and I wasn't able to finish. My friend went with eggs your way and added avocado. She really enjoyed! Service was decent. I did have to wait a little for a water refill, but other than that, no complaints. I would definitely return!
We are visiting our daughter from Ca and I saw this place with such an interesting menu and she hadn't tried it either. This place is very cute, open and airy with a cool vibe that reminded me of home! Service was great and we were seated right away. I got the egg scramble on a scallion pancake with kimchi, daughter got the pupusas which I knew she would get because of all the great Mexican food we would get in Ca, hubs got the cornbread French toast with pork and my son in law got a typical egg/bacon/potato breakfast. Everything was interesting and delicious! I will say, everyone was head down eating so no one shared with each other but we all enjoyed what we got! Try this cute place with big flavors!!!
I've been back three times since my first visit. It's a great new spot for brunch. Whether it is a hot drink, fresh OJ, or mimosa all the drinks I've had are amazing . And the food ...delish! Service has been stellar and I love the lighting inside . Highly highly recommend . Side note, if you can't find parking on the street in front, there is a lot in the back. Metered . 50cents gets you two hours
Excellent all around! Went on Sunday and of course the place is packed. We were greeted immediately and didn't wait long at all. The place is super clean and bright and everyone was friendly. Our server, Steve was the best!! So friendly and knowledgeable and everything he recommended was superb!!! Presentation was beautiful on all the dishes. Will definitely be back.

I would give 5 stars except that you can't hear your table mate speak since the sound bounces loudly off the walls. Tje sun coming through the skylights can be so strong at times that you need to wear sunglasses. They need to install some type of remote control light diffusing shades. And this one girl keep trying to take our plates everytime she RAN (not walk by, where was the fire?) pass our table but we were still eating!! Obviously if there is food on the plate and we have a fork in hand, we're not done! Despite all of the above the food was excellent and reasonably priced. Seating on the main floor and more tables up on the second floor (access by stairs only). Parking lot in the back if you can't grab a space out front.

They only give you 10 minutes after they txt you that your table is ready. The staff were very friendly, and the mimosa menu is extensive with lots of creative options which is why we wanted to try this place and it did not disappoint! We tried the hibiscus and lavender mimosas--both were refreshing, and not overpowering. For food, we had the duck & truffle and the crab Rangoon omelette. The crab flavor was distinct and well-balanced, and the truffle on the duck was a great elevated touch. Delicious food, fun energy, and a great brunch spot--we'll definitely be back!
The wait was much longer than expected, and honestly, I felt like we may have been forgotten. That said, the food was absolutely fabulous and made the wait worth it! Hopefully the service improves because the food is definitely worth coming back for.

We waited roughly 20 minutes before getting seated; it was packed.. which is always a good sign. Millie's has a spacious downstairs area that looks like a court yard and decent size upstairs area. The staff were all so nice, even with being overwhelmed with all the customers. Now let's get on to the food. All the options looked so good but we decided on the chicken cordon blue scramble, blueberry crumble pancakes and The Aegean toast. The chicken cordon blue was my favorite dish; it came with a thick slice of toast that was so good. The fried chicken was flavored so nice and you get so much. The eggs were cooked perfectly and had so much cheese and ham. I would go back for this dish alone! The blueberry crumble on top of the pancake was so delicious and the pancake was very cake. The Aegean toast had smoked salmon and whipped feta on it with pickled green beans... Delish! The serving size for each dish is very filling. I absolutely enjoyed my time a Millie's and would recommend to anyone who want to try some yummy and delicious food.
Very friendly staff! The service wasn't the quickest but it wasn't terrible. The drinks....lychee mimosa was tasty but you couldn't really taste too much lychee. I was not a fan of the Millie's punch so I asked for the Daily Grind instead which was really good. The crab Rangoon omelette was delicious! The home fries also delicious! The chicken and the egg is a sandwich- the brioche was tasty, the chicken well seasoned...my only complaint would have been the sauce-you couldn't taste it at all! The coconut shrimp and waffle was just so so...also it only came with one piece of bacon?....but the sausage that came with meals was ALOT. I feel like they should give at least 2 pieces of bacon. The kids French toast with sausage was pretty good! Overall, it was good and I would give it another try! No reservations but they will text you when your table is ready.
Babylon Village has no shortage of restaurants. Some come and go and many are Main Street staples. I hope that Millie's Mimosa House is here to stay -- and if the crowd gathered on a Friday afternoon is any indication, the restaurant is quickly becoming a favorite! Inspired by the French Riviera, with Babylon beach vibes that can't be avoided given the location, the restaurant is bright, airy and feels like something special. Giant skylights in the main dining room illuminate the space, even on a cloudy fall day. And the food? Like nothing I've experienced. The meal started with a cream cheese and blueberry appetizer with toast to dip ... and from the first bite I knew we were in for something special. I had the ricotta and veggie scramble. So delicious and packed with fresh vegetables. My friend had the crab Rangoon omelette and it was also delicious! I try to eat Iow carb but I splurged on the home fries / fried potatoes. I don't know how they prepare them, but they were hands-down the best potatoes I've ever had! Reminded me of childhood and my mom's German style potatoes with a traditional Sunday breakfast. The cocktail and mimosa selection is awesome! I had the Razz which came with pop rocks. The presentation was absolutely adorable. You can upgrade from Prosecco to Moet, but we opted not to. Maybe next time! We finished off with blueberry pancakes we shared. You could tell the blueberries were fresh and the pancakes were perfect. The portions were giant and we both packed up half our meals to finish later. You won't be disappointed and you won't leave hungry. Honestly - for the quality of food and the ambiance, the prices are quite reasonable! I also had a beach club spritz which was light and fizzy and very tasty to start the meal! Our server was Jessica and she is an absolute sweetheart. The owner Rob also came out to say hello - he's just such a nice and genuine person - I wish him all the best with this business!
What a great spot. I went for breakfast and it gave cozy vibes. I felt like I was on vacation in the Hamptons. The decor was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. For breakfast I had a Mimosa, the Lean Back Omelette, Pistachio & Chocolate French toast and had a Caramel ice coffee to go. Service was excellent. Our waiter Steve was attentive. Highly recommend checking out this gem in Babylon. Definitely will be back!
Millies had a lot of potential, but unfortunately the potential did not live up to the hype I was expecting. The atmosphere was chic, but the food was underwhelming, and not appetizing. They start you off with a cream cheese toast starter, the cream cheese was sour and I just wasnt a huge fan. For the Entree, I got the jacked up quesadilla and the reality is the quesadilla was over flowing with tomatoes. I did not enjoy it.

Fantastic food, great service, and incredibly creative menu options executed really well. Our server was passionate about everything they had and made great recommendations. We ordered the Captain Corn & The Swine French Toast and Noemi's Pupusas Clásicas. Both were excellent, but the French toast was a standout. Not overly sweet, the cinnamon paired incredibly well with the pork and the cornbread, and the kernels of corn baked in were a nice touch. Love to see a creative menu like this. So many interesting options, it was hard to choose. The space is beautiful with great natural light from the high ceilings. If you find it a little loud, they have some high tops near the bar that are quieter and more private. We'll be back. read more

Food 2/5. We got the Haechi Scramble and the Lean Back Omelette Both were tasty, which makes the rest more annoying. The haechi had some kind pancake underneath which was soggy. Food took about 30 minutes to come out, and we were literally the only ones in the place. My wife had digestion issues after eating. Also, the coffee cups are very small. We needed about 3 refills instead of 1 which we would normally get. Service 4/5. Our server was attentive, friendly, walked us through the menu without being pushy. He checked on us. Ambiance 2/5. Cozy spot, good music playing. But the chairs are metal with zero cushion, and there's a bar across the back of the chair that digs right into your back if you lean back at all, so you end up sitting forward the whole meal. First floor flooring looked dated too. Cleanliness 3/5. Floor on the first level wasn't that clean. Given the digestion issues afterward, makes you wonder what's going on back in the kitchen. Bathroom was fine though, passed a quick swipe test. Parking 3/5. There's lots nearby but it's a bit of a walk, and you cross a street that gets busy. Street parking exists if you can find a meter. Value 2/5. $50 with tip for two people. For the wait, the stomach issues, and those chairs, that felt like too much. Overall 2/5. Service was solid but it couldn't make up for the food problems and how uncomfortable the seating was. Not going back. read more

My husband and I had a wonderful brunch at Millie's Mimosa House this afternoon. I really loved the simplicity and uniqueness of the space. They offer two levels for dining, and we chose upstairs. The tables were well-spaced, clean, and presented nicely. Our server, Taylor, provided excellent service. She was welcoming and attentive throughout our visit, answering questions and offering insight into the menu options. The food was delicious. I ordered the Crab Rangoon Omelette. It was light, well-seasoned, and the cream cheese and crab were evenly distributed throughout, making each bite enjoyable. And, the home fries that accompanied the omelette were cooked to perfection. I would absolutely order that entire dish again. As for my husband, he ordered the Onion Smash Burger with a scrambled egg on top, along with a side Caesar Salad- the burger was flavorful and the salad was outstanding on its own. Considering that Millies just opened last week, they seem to be doing a great job. We look forward to exploring more menu options in the near future. read more
Beautiful restaurant! Incredibly clean, reminds me of being in Greece honestly. Prob 15 tables or so downstairs, a bar and an upstairs For a party. The mimosa menu is one I've never seen before! Sooo many options. I asked the bartender what he recommended as far as a mimosa and it looked as though I was bothering him by asking. I ended up ordering a spicy Bloody Mary and an espresso martini both of which were excellent. As far as food I ordered the chicken cordon bleu which was very tasty! read more

What a gem!! This bright sun filled dining area served the most delicious food.We were greeted with a smile & our waitress was great.She knew which coffee I would like & decaf was not a problem.The menu is extensive offering omelettes,pancakes, waffles tho we both chose the Lemon Meringue French Toast. Just the right amount of lemon curd & the macaroon on top was delicious!! I had a chocolate pretzel iced decaf latte with a s'mores like topping..so delicious. If you want great choice, great service come on down to Babylon you will not be disappointed. read more

Very cute location. We came to try this place for the first time Saturday. The hostess were so friendly and sat us right away. The decor is so cute and it looked like they had more seating upstairs. We were sat in the back room with tons of sky lights. It was very pretty. I ordered the strawberry matcha it was so so good. My sisters ordered the pretzel latte and a caramel latte. My son had the fresh squeezes OJ. Pricey but he really seemed to enjoy it. We ordered the avocado toast which was very very good. Pistachio French toast and coffee pancakes. Our waitress was so sweet and very accommodating. They had coloring and a menu for kids which was a huge plus. I would definitely come back to try again. read more
This is a nice place to have breakfast & brunch. The place is open from 8a-3pm daily. The aesthetics is cute. There's an upstairs as well as the main level. The main eating area has large skylights. There is a vast array of different flavored mimosas to choose from. The service and food was good. I will definitely return to try out other food options read more
Finally got to visit and so glad I came on a weekday when it wasn't crowded as they don't take reservations. The place is super cute I think they have an upstairs but I was seated downstairs. They have an impressive drink menu including speciality coffees and teas and of course mimosas. Breakfast itself was delicious, I had a mushroom omelette and split the blueberry pancake with my friend. Staff was very friendly and I'd go back anytime! Definitely go go go ! read more

Ambiance was beachy, light, and calming. Our server was very friendly, attentive, and accommodating, and gave great recommendations. The food was very good, I loved the duck dish, with just the right amount of cheese. The chalupa was also tasty. The mimosas were the standout for me, I prefer drinks that aren't too sweet, and after mentioning this to the server, they were absolutely spot on. Will definitely visit again! read more

I love this new addition to Babylon! The food was good and definitely creative. I saw things on this menu I've never seen before. The color scheme is adorable and reminds me of Greece. All the staff were friendly and took good care of my cousin and I as we ate. Great place to have a brunch! read more

One of the best brunch spots I've been to! Amazing service, amazing food, amazing coffee and great mimosas. They are very creative with their dishes and I am blown away every single time. I tried the crab regoon omelette and 10/10 the cream cheese sounded weird to me but don't leave it out or you'll miss the experiences the coconut shrimp with waffles wow! And our server Stephen was great as well shout out to him! If you're looking for a good experience from start to finish please try this place it's soooo good! read more

Cute little spot with a vibrant vibe, but also pretty quiet. You can tell it's still really new. The server was nice, just never introduced himself and seemed super busy running around. Chairs were not comfortable at all. The Bloody Maria was insanely strong and basically straight horseradish. The quesadilla was kind of soggy and felt like it was half pico. The eggs benedict were actually pretty good, but the hollandaise was a bit too overpowering. It's a new place so maybe they'll figure things out, but honestly I don't think I'll be back. read more
A great new restaurant addition to Babylon's Main Street with dozens of great options. Millie's offers a Hampton style decor with great coffee, drinks, and food options. If you're looking for a traditional breakfast stick with the Eggs Your Way. Otherwise explore the menu with any of their signature dishes that add much more flavor and unique toppings. I went with the Smash Burger which was clean, non greasy, tasty. The Stacey's Mom, just like the song, it's got it going on. Eggs, smoked salmon, etc. Many choices with many flavors. The service was so friendly and attentive. It's the first week of opening so they are flying around and figuring things out wearing a smile and giving off welcoming vibes. read more

Fantastic vibe in this establishment. I came here for a birthday drink and loved the options. I requested a Porn star Martini. Dominic (bartender) was so nice to make this drink for me eventhough this drink wasn't on the menu. This drink is very popular in Europe. I hope this drink gets added to the menu. read more

We visited Millie's Mimosa House for a post-Valentines brunch and it was an outstanding experience. Beachy vibe, cute and airy. They have a wide variety of mimosas, Bloody Marys and other drinks. I had the blood moon Mimosa with blood orange juice. Not too sweet, potent and went perfectly with my duck confit eggs benedict which was absolutely delicious. My husband had the Stacy's Mom sandwich with eggs, smoked salmon, and cheese. He raved about his food and his drink as well. Place was hopping but they didn't rush us at all. Service was friendly and attentive. Really looking forward to going back and trying some of the other interesting choices on their menu. read more

The food was wonderful! My husband is on a diet and got the lean back omelette and was impressed with the amount of protein inside. My son is gluten free and had a kids gluten free pancake with sausage. I am pregnant and craving bananas and got the banana French toast and latte, definitely filled my cravings lol! It is very open and bright, and everyone was so kind and toddler friendly! We will definitely be back, this is a wonderful addition to Babylon Village. read more
