Food and service were excellent. Making good Steak tidbits is a dying art because most places get too fancy. This place does it the classic way and cooks them perfect. Waitress/Bartender was very attentive and conscientious. No beers on tap I wonder if that's a new thing or has it always been like that. read more

Literally waited 3 hours for our meal when NOBODY else was there...we were the only patrons. One person didn't get served until we were all done eating. All the burgers were super well done and they were requested to be medium. I mean hockey pucks. The soup was ice cold. Will never go back here. read more

Got chased out by obnoxious local. Not friendly. Place seemed ok. Bartender nice but was shocked at crowd. I was on a date so couldn't speak my mind in fear of a confrontation. I'll go back alone and see if I can update this review. I'd like to think it's deserving of more than one star read more

Donna the bartender has harassed me since I was 10 years old. I am now 35. My mother told her to stay away from me when I was a kid and even disconnected our house phone to get her away from me because she is so pathetic and crazy. She is trash. I walked into Good Times tonight with 4 other people for dinner and she immediately said she refused to serve me. I did nothing other than walk in and have her daughter's husband before her daughter did because we dated before they met. I am her daughters ex, the one that got away as he said himself and I guess that makes her mad? Her younger daughter had to have my ex too. What Donna just did what unprovoked, unprofessional, immature, and absolutely made a mockery of Good Times while giving me the middle finger like a child on camera, real professional. You lost the business money, and made a fool of yourself. Once trash always trash. read more

We went to good times pub tonight for the first time. We walked into an empty place so was a bit nervous, the reviews seemed good so we figured we would give it a try. We sat at the table and Kelly was our bartender and waitress. She was very nice, jomed with us about the crowd...and proceeded to give us some recommendations. I ordered a nice pumpkin ale with the sugar coated rim, nice.... For appetizers, we ordered the platter which had 2 baked clams, chicken wings, mozzarella sticks and fries. The platter was a nice start for us. The salads came next and were huge, then my onion soup, nice and cheesy hot. For dinner, we had the breaded coconut shrimp which were amazing, the bacon cheese burger, delicious and I had the rib eye, which was a nice size and grilled just right with fries. Good Times Pub seems like the go-to local spot in town. I must say, the service was very slow despite not many patrons at the bar or tables. The fish tacos were pretty watery, too. Personally, I feel the most noticeable element of Good Times Pub is the massive mural in the men's bathroom portraying a black man (labeled with the N word) shooting a horned, satanic Jew (labeled with a swastika). Upon exiting the restroom, I began to wonder why the regulars at Good Times Pub weren't perturbed by the creative illustration above the toilet. But then, taking a better look at them, I feel like that question sort of answers itself. Leaving Good Times Pub, I felt confused and dirty. But that's probably because the bathroom was out of soap and it took an hour to get 2 tacos. read more

Food is excellent and prices are extremely reasonable. Is the place a little run down or outdated? Absolutely yes. But the food makes up for it. Service is excellent. Very friendly staff, very attentive staff. I went there for the first time this week. The skirt steak was so good I went back 2 days later to try the chicken franchise Both were excellent!!! My sister and I were visiting family on Long Island and stumbled upon this spot, and we're certainly glad we did. As the name suggests, it was a good time! I usually don't love going to neighborhood bars that aren't in my neighborhood, since the regulars can often make you feel like a leper. But not here! Everyone here is so friendly and happy to be alive. My sister and I played the juke box and sang on the top of our lungs all night and had a genuinely great time. Everyone made us feel welcome and sang along with us. I felt like I made a room full of new besties! The beer was like $5 a draft which might be standard for New York, I really don't know. Gina the bartender was a delight and if I lived closer I'd insist that we become best friends because she's the coolest. If you're looking for a laid back night with cold beer and friendly people, this is the place! read more

This is truly a" Pub". Not a restaurant with a bar.. or a bar that serves food as a second thought. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is very friendly, and warm. Excellent tap selection and cocktails are mixed well. Steak tid bits were cooked perfectly and the baked stuffed clams were moist and flavorful. Did I mention the portions are quite large.. you won't leave hungry! Prices are very reasonable and wont break the bank. Check out the specials. . Great locals' pub that makes non-locals and non-regulars feel welcome as well. Ate here with a friend and three small children on Sun, March 12 around 1:00PM. Wasn't sure what to expect going to an unfamiliar locals' place with three young kids in tow but any apprehensions dissolved as soon as we stepped inside. Very nice server made us feel welcome immediately. Wasn't crowded when we arrived but more patrons were there by the we left. Didn't enjoy any brews but had a mighty tasty burger topped with pulled pork, cheddar and barbecue sauce. Just a relaxed, unpretentious place that's just a little off the main drag but easy to find. If there was a pub like this near where I live I would go there 2-3 times per week: Big thumbs up! read more
