We were a group of 11 ladies and came here for brunch over a weekend. We made a reservation in advance. Really big space inside with tons of seating! We took notice that some of the tables around us had a huge tower of mimosa... we followed suit and ordered one for our table, of course! It's bottomless mimosas - you pay per person drinking - and you can refill your mimosa glass yourself using the huge tower, but if even that isn't enough, they can refill it. But trust me, it's enough haha. We barely finished ours! I didn't partake in the drinking but the ladies loved it, though some said it was too much OJ. Super fun thing to do though especially if you're here celebrating something! And fun for photos/videos. For food, I ordered the Yolko Ono omelette without the cheese. Great find. First and foremost Andrea P our server. WOW what a treat. She is a real benefit to the place. So sweet she could dip her finger in your coffee if it's too strong. (She wouldn't do that but you get the idea). Great ambience and what looks to be a pretty nice beer and cocktail selection. We were there for breakfast and they had endless mimosa which I would have liked to challenge but I was driving so the club soda was delish. The bottomless mimosas are a great deal, and they always have daily specials that make it easy to try something new. Ok let me start with the biscuit, haha. Omgoodness it was absolutely amazing. I am still dreaming about it. I had it plain with the apple butter. Beyond yummy. Ok now to the rest of the food, ha. Their fried pickles were cooked to perfection. If you have never had them please try them you will not be disappointed. The shrimp and grits were tasty but for my taste I could not finish the grits, hence the 4 stars. I personally am not a fan of sweet grits so that took away from the dish in my opinion. The Lobby is a nice, convenient, and typically consistently reliable place for brunch. I have been going here a couple years. The service is unfortunately inconsistent. Generally the service is good but you have to watch out for busy days. Like any restaurant things can get kind of dicey. It isn't abnormal to have a long wait on weekends. Food is tasty I typically order the hangover. There are bottomless mimosas during brunch at $20 +- I believe for just orange and $28 for other flavors like guava, lemonade or mango lemonade or cranberry I believe are the options. I go pretty often and I have to say my last visit was not the best we were seated outside at about 130 and we were chatting just like any other visit, however once we were ready to order, probably 20 minutes had passed. The waitress. I believe her name was Ali but not 10 - she had checked on us a couple times by then which I think was great. However not until after we ordered and had a drink did she advise us that there were a couple of private parties and that last call was basically in 15 minutes from the time that she had told us. That is pretty frustrating because it seems like we weren't given the opportunity to choose to go somewhere else before we ordered $30 worth of bottomless mimosas and $80 worth of food. Great space for a large event. Friendly, helpful, professional are all words that can describe the staff at The Lobby . I had my first experience with the Lobby for a private birthday event over the past weekend and they know how to throw a party. The staff are on top of big events and they do a great job, down to the littlest details. Highlights of the food catered from the kitchen: Deviled Eggs, charcuterie board, and meatballs. Sliders were just ok - meat is a little overdone and the bread was a tad bit stale. They serve up a mean cocktail as well. Try out their Nitro Cold Brew Coffee (Queen City coffee) with maple whiskey, and cream--is amazing! Great venue - upstairs, downstairs, and outside on the patio and in the courtyard were all very nice. While in town, we got brunch at The Lobby. Our server was attentive and even pushed two of us to get the bottomless mimosas. For $20, it's a pretty good deal! Perfect for a girls brunch or get together. You have a 2 hour limit but can drink as many as you want. We don't have anything like that anymore in NC! We all enjoyed our food. We started off with fried pickles. The sauce they came with was delicious. I got the chicken and waffles and it was also very tasty! Highly recommend. This is such a cute spot for brunch! There's a fun courtyard outside that I def was enjoying while taking a phone call after my meal. Bottomless mimosas in downtown Denver had me inebriated on a Wednesday morning. This restaurant has such a cute courtyard. Everyone chose to dine outside that morning. Went for lunch to preview the venue and later in the week for an event. The event manager was a pleasure to work with and made sure all our needs were taken care of. The space is nice, with both indoor and outdoor seating. When I had lunch, I opted for their special which was a burger topped with green chile, poblano peppers, and fried onion strings with a side salad. There was no option for how the burger was cooked as it was medium-well (I prefer mine more pink.) The chile had good flavor. Came for my sister's birthday and I think quality here has gone downhill. Our waiter could have been new so trying to give him some grace here. We were greeted but then getting our water and drink orders in took longer than it should. My sister's water had foreign substances in it, as if the cup wasn't washed right. That wouldn't have bothered me as much but shortly after my mom got her coffee, we realized the spoons they gave us for the cream and sugar were not washed at all! There was an obvious mayonnaise substance on them as if those had not been washed at all. Next disappointing thing was the drink, the "pick me up". It was hard to drink. This is a special spot. The food came out fast and the service is really spot on. The chicken and waffles were crispy and tender, and the spice blend was unique and tasty. The yogurt parfair was very satisfying, but the way it's served requires some deconstruction prior to enjoying since it comes in a tall glass that you can't eat from directly without overflowing it. I also wish there was a better description of the veggie chili on the menu, because it had onions and green peppers and that would have influenced my decision. I love the puns on the menu. The Lobby seems like a super popular brunch spot for many Denverites; we tried to stop in on a Sunday previously and were t aware that reservations were a must have... oops lol. Our second try was on a Friday a few weeks later, and it was the exact opposite; we were one of two or three tables dining inside, and it was honestly super laid back. The interior of the restaurant is super cute and has a totally vintage feel. There is a whole downstairs area that I didn't get the change to look at, but if it's similar to the top floor then I'm sure it's just as cool. There is also an outdoor patio that seems nice to hang out on when the weather is nice. Parking in Denver can always be a challenge, but there is a paid lot right across the street that you can park in for convenience. Otherwise your best bet is looking for street parking at a meter, which might end up getting you further away from the restaurant. We started with a couple of mimosas while chatting and got a couple of carb loaded appetizers to start lol. The pickle Rick and loaded tots - both were amazing and came out of the kitchen piping hot. My sister got a bagel sandwich for her main course, and I got eggs on toast (forget the name of the exact dish though) that came with a side of fresh fruit. While the appetizers were bomb, the breakfast dishes that we had were just okay; my sister's sandwich was kind of bland, and my dish came out room temperature and had a bit of a weird combination of textures. I wasn't really a big fan of the flavor combinations either. The stars of the show were definitely the appetizers. I think I'd like to try something different if I were to come back, but the staff is super friendly and the dining area is clean and well put together. This would be a great spot for a group brunch or an early date, as the Lobby is near lots of areas to walk around and explore read more

I've tried this as a local living here, the food is ok and a little overpriced, but service was decent so I never felt the need to leave a poor review until today. They have a sign on the street that says "pets welcome on our patio," but upon entering with my dog I was greeted with questions by a tallish white man with a ponytail about whether I lived in the apartments above and was told not to bring my dog here anymore because it would it was hard enough to keep the grass nice. Not sure how people would get to the patio area without walking through the courtyard...anyway, I just left. No reason to try them again if this is how the employees are addressing people when they come with their pets that are supposedly welcome. I have walked through this courtyard for almost a year in front of other staff without issue, so this might just be an issue of a single employee, but not a great look when you clearly market your patio to pets and I was actually looking to grab something to eat there today... read more

Only downside is the prices and parking of course. We also had a large party reservation and they were very accommodating when we asked to add more people to the reservation even for a Saturday brunch time. I was searching up and down for a place in denver that had super good reviews and bottomless mimosas and came across The Lobby. I set a reservation for 9AM on a Saturday because I read that it gets super packed on the weekends and I can definitely see why. The place is very huge and can definitely seat a lot of people. When I got there at 9, there were already people waiting to be seated. If I go to a place with bottomless mimosas.. i am definitely going to order that. You're limited to a max of 2 hours of bottomless mimosas but honestly, you might not make it the entire 2 hours. These mimosas are absolutely gigantic (see hand comparison below). Now, I am a pretty heavy drinker and I could get down 5 of these within the span of an hour or so (definitely helped that I had asked for a straw) and I will admit, I did get pretty buzzed. Bottomless mimosas here are worth your money even if you can only drink one. The food here is amazing. I have no complaints about anything that I had. The chicken was seasoned very well and the gravy complimented it also. The waffle was nice and fluffy. Usually I have so many things to say in these kind of reviews but the only thing I will say is to please give this place a try!
