I felt like a huge, clueless princess walking into my first laundromat and having no idea what I was doing. Paul saw how confused I was and immediately offered to help me. He walked me through how the machines work, all the different sizes of machines, how I can combine my loads, what I could expect to spend, and even how much soap to use. This business is one of the cleanest and best maintained laundromats I have ever used. And being that I am retired and have been travelling across the country for the last few years, I have been to numerous laundromats. This place is awesome, my washer flooded one night and luckily I found this place immediately. Clean, awesome, and for 4 dollars they will move your clothes from the washer to dryer so you can drop it off and pick it up when it is done. They can also fold all your laundry if you are really crunched for time. read more

After reading the reviews and feeling they were the best choice in this area, I am quite happy with my decision. I took my queen size down comforter in around noon. I was in no rush to get it back so I asked if I could just come back the next day during lunch. Later that same day, I received a call it was ready! The lady at the counter was super helpful and although I probably could have washed the comforter on my own, I had a peace of mind knowing it wasn't going to be ruined by my own laundering skills! Will definitely go back and if I'm in a pinch and need to drop clothes to get cleaned, this will be the place I go! read more

Love this place. The only suggestion is for them to have a sink available in the main area for hand washing, clean ups, etc. Currently the only sink is in the restroom, but it does have a deep wash basin for hand washing laundry if needed. Also, connect to the business with Belly! Some awesome rewards for loyal patrons. Plus $1 per pound laundry services...pretty great deal! read more

Love this place. The washers are speed queen and use a good amount of water so they actually get your clothes clean!! There are also a few top loaders which are awesome for smaller loads. I don't go to the laundromat often, as we have a washer/dryer at our house; however, when I had to wash our family's 4 sleeping bags after a windy, dusty camping trip, I searched Yelp to find a decent laundromat and found The Laundry Spot. I couldn't agree more with the positive reviews already posted. The facilites (including the individual machines) were immaculate, and there were a dizzying number of options of machine sizes (1-4+? loads per machine?). I had to ask for help with which machine to use for the sleeping bags, and found that the staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Part-way through the drying cycle, they even reminded me to stop the machine and rearrange the sleeping bags inside the dryer so as to more efficiently dry them and not create hot spots. The seating options were limited, but based on many of the reviews and the customers I witnessed coming and going, it seems like a good percentage of their business is for drop-off laundry services (and there's always La-La's!). Even so, I did not have a problem finding a seat, and was content to read my book while I waited (didn't care whether or not there was a TV). read more

Would give zero stars if I could. I dropped off my clothes at 10am to be washed and dried and was told that it shouldn't take long to complete. I called around 4pm and was told it would take a few minutes until it was completed and ready for pick up. I said great and that I would be on my way and I would be there around five and they said that's fine. Upon arriving, the clerk at the laundromat told me that they had not even started my clothes and that it would take another 2 1/2 hours to complete and there was nothing they could do for us. I just took my still dirty bag of laundry and went back home. I won't be returning and caution people who would want to come here. read more

I hadn't been to a laundromat in a very long time and went ready to just slog through a horrible experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and the attendant was very kind as well. At first I was going to use their Express Wash and Fold service but decided to do it myself so I didn't have to return late at night. I'll scrub the toilets with q-tips before I do laundry, so when I realized I was up to my eyebrows and was still actively avoiding it (buying new clothes instead of washing existing), I decided I should do something more. So I took a bunch of laundry to these folks for wash and fold services. They were amazing! I took stuff in on a Saturday and they said they could not have it done until at least Monday, which was fine by me, since I work in high tech and could always pull something out of the corner of my closet to wear. Cost is $1.15 a pound (tax included) which feels very reasonable to me. You can pay $1.50 per pound to get to the top of the pile, so to speak and get things done usually in 24 hours. Anyway, I had about 50 pounds of laundry and they got it back to me Monday- neatly folded and packaged- even mah panties! I can't believe I waited this long. I'll still do my towels, sheets and delicates at home (although they will even hang to dry for you!) but everything else, from skivvies to scrunchies, now goes to them! read more

I called ahead of time to price check what it would cost to have my comforter washed. The owner told me they charged $1.10 per pound for laundry. When I arrived, the attendant weighed my comforter, which was 8.52 lbs and said there is a $15 minimum. I agreed that was fine and she wrote me a ticket with the $15 fee on it. When I attempted to pick it up, a different attendant was there. She brought my comforter out and asked me if it was queen or king, when I said queen, she told me it would be $20. I showed her my ticket and she insisted it was still $20, so I called the owner. The owner said that she told me the comforter prices, which she had not because I wouldn't have paid $20 had I known ahead of time. When I insisted she did not tell me, she said, "well I'm not going to argue with you". I informed her I wouldn't be back. This place may be ok if you're doing your own laundry there but beware of the laundry service. It seems that prices, even if written down, can change on a whim and you're stuck paying more. How refreshing! I packed up all my dark clothes preparing to hang out for 2 hours or more because my 3 year old washer has stopped working. I was not excited but, wanting to get it over with. I arrived and was so glad to find a wonderful attendant to help show me how to run the machines. I spent a total of 5.50$ to get 4 loads of laundry done in under 1hour. (I actually did all my whites too but, this was after I realized how quick I was going to be able to get them done!) They have a nice seating area, great metal baskets to cart clothes from washer to dryer and folding tables. It was a nice location. No creepy people or filthy facility. So happy. Once I get my laundry machines fixed I will still come and wash large items here because it is so efficient to get items that may take longer at home done super fast at The Laundry Spot. read more

Good machines - change machine works, and it is well lit and clean. My only complaint is wifi and the lack of process to resolve. Wifi was down and attendant was unable to help resolve. Attendant claimed wifi was working so it must be my problem. I replicated the problem on both my PC and my phone. Attendant would not allow me to speak with manager to help resolve ( I'm a tech guy and felt usually a local router restart would fix most problems ) very frustrating as I cannot work. Another customer said wifi usually does not work. There does not appear to be a path to resolution when there is a problem. One other customer tried and could not connect. Another customer told me it is unreliable and he doesn't bother. ------------ Update: a few minutes after I posted the first version of this review, the attendant gave me a card to call the manager - not sure if this is a coincidence or not. Manager was very helpful, and sent a tech guy over to help. I had to leave before It was resolved - manager should get credit for being very responsive. Manager also offered to give me a free wash next time. I originally had rated them one star, but I have to say, once I got the manager on the line, he could not be more helpful, so I'm going to change to 4 stars. Many retail establishments don't seem to have the skillsets for wifi resolution, and also lack procedures for the attendants to know how to handle issues, so it is not uncommon for issues, but bottom line I need to be able to count on reliable wifi.. Be aware the Wifi may not be reliable, but I am optimistic after speaking to the manager - he seemed to get how important reliable Wifi is, so I am hopeful they will figure out how to get the wifi reliable at some point. read more
