No accountability for their services. I used to go here so I fill my card to $100 and use it until it needs to be re-filled. Keep that in mind. Over the last 6 months, it has only went down hill. About a month or maybe longer the place has had a huge water problem. Water coming from ceilings and almost 20 machines are still OUT OF ORDER! So today I ask the lady if I can be refunded the $74.50 left in my card... She gave me the run around. Another lady mention how bout i just wait like everyone else. Why would i wait wen every TRADE WORKER use all the machines on the weekend. with their extremely dirty clothes... keep that in mind too. And there is 20 machines out of order. And she said I don't know if we can do that let me call the owner. And proceeds to do what shes doing. It took me 1 hr and 30 min to get my money and GO TO A REAL LAUNDRY MAT. I have not used a pay laundry for ages. I came to quickly wash a comforter and multiple blankets in their large load washers. The six-load washer cost $6.29 but you can't use change and can only add by one dollar increments. So I ended with 96 cents and no way to add the extra four cents to pay for the dryer large $1.00 dryer. The attendent, Veronica, was very nice and helpful. So I think all laundromats should take note from this place. I avoid at all costs the laundromat at my place and the other laundromats due to sanitary reasons. Here this place is clean and nicely lit. It's located in the side of a mini mall. It's almost as though it is well hidden. First, this place does not take coins. You have to use a card to do your laundry. In the back of the laundromat there's a machine where you use cash to buy your card. The owner was awesome and showed me how to use the machine. Then I went ahead and did my laundry. There's a little area where you can sit and arcade machines for the kids. There is also laundry detergent and bleach on sale. They also do the wash and fold service. The washing takes approximately 20 minutes while the drying takes approximately 32 minutes. Basically the machines automatically give you a set time and you don't have to go on guessing. They also have free wifi which is always a plus when you are at the laundromat. So, I don't know about you, but as a young(ish) person living well within her means, I take my laundry to a laundromat. And it sucks ass, no matter what you say to justify why it isn't so dreadful. Or so I thought. I sort of can't believe I am writing a flippin' review for a laundromat, but here goes: This laundromat is so clean that I would eat off the floor. For now, I mean it did just open. Most amazing, you use a machine on the back wall to be given a card that you put value onto (I believe you can use either cash or a card). When you put in $20 you get a couple extra dollars of value thrown in for free. This card can be used in all the washers and dryers. Of which this place has the largest I've ever seen. The incredibly sweet man who owns the place will be there, eager to show you the ropes if you are confused. Which is a little bit unreal. At the end of the day, my laundry was done in record time for an all time low amount of cashola. Win/win. This was the first time I'd ever gone to a laundromat and it was great. I recently relocated from Cedar Park to East Riverside and didn't want to use the nasty-ass washing machines in my apartment complex so I found this place. First of all it's clean as hell and smells great. When I walked in I was greeted by the owner (really nice guy) who walked me through how the place works. You put money on a card they issue (for free) and swipe it through the machines. They sell laundry detergent and bleach for like 80 cents a box too. I suggest buying your own stuff as this can get pricey. I paid like $2.75 for the washer and $1.75 for the dryer if I remember correctly. If you put $20 on the card you get a couple bucks credit for free. They don't accept credit cards to put money on the card so bring cash with you. I went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was pretty busy (there were still plenty of machines open). They offer machines big enough for 1, 3, 4, and 6 loads at once. There are carts to move your laundry from washer to dryer to folding table. I had about three loads worth of laundry and was done in about an hour. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future and I'm glad I have such a great laundromat just a couple minutes away from my crib. read more

And they are always cleaning. -Lots of TVs, good stuff in the vending machines. -Sweet swipe-card system for all washers and dryers. Make sure you bring cash to load up the card. Put on $20 and they give you an extra $3. -Dryers only $0.50 from midnight to 6 AM. Pretty awesome time to come, as well - it's usually empty during these hours. -Machines are sparkling clean, dryers fit massive amounts! -They have washing machines for 1, 3, 4 (and maybe even 6?) loads. -Yelp says free WiFi? But I've never used it. You can generally be in and out of here an an hour. Bring a book. Only negatives: -I brought hangers with me, for some of the clothes I don't like to put in the dryer. I set them down while I was loading my washer, walked away for a moment to re-up my swipe card, and somebody stole them! In broad daylight! In the afternoon! WTF? Spin City Laundry is clean, well managed, and has an attendant on duty. The machines are numerous, including high capacity up to 8 loads. All of the dryers are new and run hot. Even loads of towels and jeans dry on one go around. The only way it could be better were if it had a bar. read more

Let's face it. Laundry sucks. HARD. I hate doing it, and I always put it off until I have literally one outfit left. SpinCity has made this horrific process the most pleasant/effective laundry experience I've had yet!! Plenty of super machines that can knock out SO MUCH laundry in about an hour. The larger machines are $6 per load but if you have a lot it's so worth it the cycle is only 25mins to wash. The dryer is only $.50 It is kept extremely clean, and the staff is helpful & attentive. I will say it's way too loud in there between the washers, dryers, the Mexican TV channel blaring music videos and CNN on another TV. It just makes me want to get out of there faster! read more

I call in and the employee is rude, I speak with the manager who at one point had a drunk women answer his phone to talk to me. They never did a single thing to reimburse me! I have been using their wash and fold service since moving here a couple months ago, the first time my daughter who normally washes at her apartment complex was just baffled you could drop off dirty clothes and come back for wonderfully folded clothes (or hung if you provide hangers). Ihave never received anything but excellent service. I also tend to tip well making sure it goes to who is washing my clothes not when I pick up. I really don't think at .99 lb. it is that much more than doing it yourself considering they provide everything and my time is pretty valuable so its worth a few extra bucks to me. read more

I love this place. You get a card and if you load it with $20 you get $22. They have lots of machines and even have 6 loads washers for large loads. Just switch their hours to 24 hours and their current promotion is free dryers from midnight to 6 AM. The only issue is the parking lot. It small and I usually have to park further than I want. The attendants are so helpful and of course I always leave the house forgetting to bring my detergent and bags which they can sell to me for cheap. You do not have to worry about obtaining quarters, they have a card system and an atm machine. I was disappointed when I moved into my apartment complex and had a pathetic excuse for a laundry facility. I was a bit nervous about having to use the laundromat, but I actually prefer to come to spin city now. This place is always clean, and the staff is remarkably friendly when you treat them with the respect that all human beings deserve. The card system they use here allows you to add cash to your laundry card for use and even adds money for you after so many washes. They have tons of machines of various sizes for those weeks you have towels and bedding to wash as well, and with each wash, you get thirty free minutes of drying put on your card. It comes in handy when I do a couple loads because I don't pay to dry...EVER. Every once in a while there's your typical lazy bum asking for change in the parking lot, but I must say, I feel pretty safe here because it's always staffed and there's usually other people here should something go wrong. I've left my laundry to wash and dry every time since I live close and have never had any panties stolen so that's a huge plus. Definitely recommend this place. This is one of the best laundromats I have been to in any city I have lived in. I no only do the machines work but they are also clean and prices are good. The only problem is that they allow kids to damage stuff and get in your way. If it were my business I would kick people with children no behaving. I have had to yell at three mom's for letting kids mess with my laundry and playing in my way. I am sad I am moving soon but would recommend this place to anyone in the area. read more

The machine we used charged us twice and so we had to use the atm to do our other loads. It is ridiculously expensive and when they say the dryers are free it's pretty much because they have just screwed you for the wash. Its 2 stars and not one because it's fairly clean and the place is quite large so at least you will know you will get a washer, that is if you are Rollin' in the money enough to use it in the first place.
