Had some oversized comforters and bedding that needing to be washed. Next day turn around. Reasonably priced and nice service.

Great laundromat friendly helpful staff pretty straightforward the owners invested in quality machines that aren't always busted so you should only need to ask them for change or soap unless your dropping off your laundry for them to wash but they are very busy with that especially early in the week not overpriced like all the ones more inner city and the east side where you gotta worry about getting stabbed, robbed, or your car broken into VERY CLEAN place new machines and staff that's cool and welcoming in this rapidly growing city places like this are pretty rare definitely an old Austin vibe read more

Great establishment but one of the ladies was very rude. It seemed like she didn't want my business. I've never felt so unwelcome in my life. I always use this laundry but I guess I'm no longer welcomed because of her attitude towards African American men. read more

I went on a Saturday afternoon/evening to wash a large sized blanket. There were plenty of washers and dryers available. The oversized machines worked out perfectly. There's a coin machine to exchange money, but I brought my own quarters. For an extensive wash, it was $7-8 a load. $2-3 for drying. Last time I was there, the lady at the front desk was very nice. You do see all types of people there. I'd recommend going during earlier hours when more people are there. read more

Very unhelpful. Staff unwilling to even evaluate a request. Unless you need emergency regular laundry I would steer clear.

Needed a huge king size comforter washed, and found this Laundry place close to the house. Walked right in, greeted warmly 3 hours later, comforter was ready for pick up, all for $20. Will be taking all my bedding over here from now on. They also offer pick-up and delivery. read more

The place was clean and most machines were functional. But the point of this post is to shout out the associate Nora. She was incredible. I don't usually post reviews but I had to with this one. I don't have a lot of experience with laundry mats and she was very patient and attentive with me and helped me through and through. If the owner is looking at this, she deserves a raise. read more

Quik Wash Laundry - Laundry Services Near Me - Austin, Texas

The only issue I have had with Quick Wash has been trying to get my laundry done first thing when they open. I have been here five times and two of the times when they should have been open, they weren't. The first time I got there just after 7:00 and the person opening pulled in behind me and said they had forgotten their keys. They opened around 7:30 that day. The other time I arrived around 7:15 and no one was there, so I left and came back at 8:00 and no one was there, but people were waiting in their cars and at the door for someone to open. They are really clean, the machines are reasonably priced, and the people who work there are helpful. The location is also very convenient. read more

Quik Wash Laundry - Taken at 8:03 AM (no one has opened yet). - Laundry Services Near Me - Austin, Texas

the employees are really nice, BUT the machines SUCK. my clothes faded even when using low dry and cold water, most machines are down, and my clothes are still dirty and the detergent didn't fully wash out. The prices are ridiculous as well!! read more

This is the worst place to get your clothes washed. I got my uniforms washed though them and they ruined 2 pairs. I was so upset when I called and asked how we could fix this. I called to ask why they didn't tell me this when I went to pick them up. They than told me an elaborate story on how "it's not my fault what comes in your clothes" there was no apology they didn't even tell me when I went to pick up the clothes! Do NOT get your clothes dropped off here, super bad service and lack of accountability if something goes wrong. After working with them for months I won't be coming back. read more

The lady running the front was super sweet and cares about the facility. Would be nice if the machines could take card but they still do a good job. read more

Several years ago I began using the wash and fold service at Quik Wash. I took my laundry every week for almost 2 years. In January, 2021, I moved away from Austin, and now I've moved back. I called this morning and spoke to the bright and cheerful Nora, the amazing young woman at the front counter. Our reunion was like we had never missed a beat! Nora's morning service and Benita's afternoon service are always top notch. I would recommend them any day of the week to care for your laundry needs. Divide your laundry as you see fit, write out instructions for each pairing (clothes, towels, bedding, etc.) and let them know exactly how you need them washed. They'll take excellent care of everything for you. See you in a few days, Quik Wash! :D Sandy read more

The employees here are kind and helpful. They know their way around the machines and are always friendly.

I used to bring my clothes here all the time. But lately I have started using other laundromats due to many of the machines being unavailable due to laundry service orders or broken. The number of broken machines is a bit ridiculous for a business that is solely based on washers and driers. The workers there are very nice but the business needs to put some money into new machines. read more

Excellent staff!! I hope the owner of the Laundromat appreciates them!! I don't find it a big chore to go there and do my laundry. My dryer broke, so I go more than normal till I get my new dryer. But I will continue to use that place mainly because of the employees!! read more

This was a good place to wash clothes and get your clothes washed. Now that it's under new management, it's capitalized on the minorities and forces you to pay for the services that use to be free. And the washing machine prices have went up if you want a better wash. I feel bad for the people who work there. There's a way better place to wash your clothes on William Cannon and S.1st. read more

They are quick and efficient. Saves me time! We are so glad to have found Quick Wash on William Cannon! All our laundry is washed, folded, and ready for pick up quicker than I expect read more

My go to. Not the cleanest, but clean enough. Not the cheapest, but cheap enough. Quarters rather than card. Never had to wait for a washer or dryer and that's important to me. read more

I don't exactly know how they compare to other services as I've ONLY ever used them, but, They've never let me down. Always friendly, on time, and priced reasonably. read more

I was never told that I could wash my own laundry there. They was there asking how they could hep me when I come to do my laundry. I told them I had laundry I wanted to wash and they just said leave it there and their text me when they are done. And they wouldn't allow me to use my own detergent. (And let my guess they charge extra for that, which doesn't make any sense when I got my own detergent). That washed and fold service cost me about $12 and I didn't even want to pay for that. And I don't even like to make another trip over there, and I don't have a car and have to take the bus over there. I was only there because both the laundry and dryer and my old apartment was broken. I was expecting to pay $1.50 to was my clothes and the $1.50 to dry my clothes and wanted to use my own detergent. I later found out you could wash and dry your own clothes and I never knew that. I mean there could of been a miscommunication, but they could of asked and made sure I wanted this wash and fold service. I also found somebody else's old rag in with my laundry. read more

Quick and reliable service! Especially with me always being last minute with laundry, they still manage to get it done!

I also was unable to redeem the $20 for $10 voucher that I purchased. The kicker was I really needed to get my laundry done, so I ended up paying again. I'll be happy to give a better review when someone fixes this voucher debacle for me. read more

Quik Wash Laundry - Laundry Services Near Me - Austin, Texas

It's a laundromat. But sometimes you have to go so you can wash your dog beds that won't fit in your machine. Here's the breakdown: Silver HE Machines: capacity and cost 6 loads $6.75 4 loads $4.50 3 loads $3.75 Can use pods or powder but these you put in the machine with the clothes directly. Liquid you'd pour in the appropriate slot. White HE Machines: capacity and cost 2 loads $2.75 No pods. You must open them up and squeeze them in the tray if you are like me and chose the wrong washer and all you brought was pods. (Next time I will do one 4 load washer with 4 pods, that's the ticket). Single load machines: $2.00 The silver machines seem the best buy. They also seem to spin the clothes almost totally dry. My dog beds were still dripping wet when they came out Change machine can change $1, $5, $10, $20 Pepsi machine $.75 but has Dr Pepper too. Dryers 7 minutes for $.25 A lot of the machines are occupied by the businesses ' own Wash & Fold service which means it's less crowded with people but you may struggle to find open machines. Only 6 wheely carts in the place so be warned. Luckily I just had three dog breeds but if you were washing a month's supply of baby socks, you may struggle getting them from the washer to the dryer without a cart. read more

My first time here. When I showed up a lady named Nora offered to take my clothes in from the car for me (already a good experience). I figured with the amount I brought it would be next day pick up but 3 hours later they text me to let me know my clothes were ready! When I arrived Nora recognized me and brought my clothes out. She honored the $18 off $28 yelp discount and took my clothes out to my car for me. I will definitely be back!! read more

I'm warning you, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. THERE WAS NO AC!!! I regret going there when there are much nicer laundromats over been to in the past. ALL THE VENDING MACHINES WERE ALSO OUT OF ORDER. The representative at the front was super nice though. I feel bad he has to work in this place with no AC all day. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. read more

I wouldn't take my laundry anywhere else! THEIR SERVICE IS BEYOND COMPARE! I couldn't do without their pick-up/delivery and genuine care. Best in town! read more

Wish I had used Quik Wash earlier! My family and I got back from vacation and doing everyone's laundry was the last thing I wanted to do. They picked it up, washed it, dried it, folded it and delivered it all in the same day! So convenient and easy! It wasn't expensive either! I liked that I got to choose the detergent scent I wanted too. read more

All the reviews on this place are a lie! I just came from here and this place is nasty, dirty, small, the washers and dryers suck, AND someone took my detergent! Thank God I held my purse close to me the whole time or else that might be gone also! I'm so pissed I listened to the reviews on this place. It was nothing like other people say it is. There's barely any dryers and the place is so small and smells like cigarettes and garbage. I got fed up and just took all my wet clothes to a different washateria to dry them. The most horrible washing experience I've ever had. read more

Quik Wash Laundry - You call this clean? - Laundry Services Near Me - Austin, Texas

The staff at Quik Wash are so helpful, friendly and pros at what they do! My laundry has the softness I get from doing it myself but looks so much better! I cannot recommend them enough. The husband and I have had a very eventful past few months. We moved from an apartment with washer and dryer connections to an apartment that had a washer and dryer in the unit - so we sold ours. Shortly after, we moved back to the first apartment. We need to find a new washer and dryer, but in the meantime, we had gigantic piles of laundry that needed to be done. I was going to take our laundry to a place over off of Brodie, simply because I had been there once before to clean our comforters. Since I have started Yelping like a maniac, I decided to check Yelp and see if there was a place with good reviews closer to our apartment. Lo and behold, I saw that Quik Wash was highly rated, right down the street and had a Yelp deal. Yes please!! I headed over and went in to talk to the staff. There are several choices for walking out with clean laundry at this place. You can wash and dry it yourself, get it started and pay them to transfer your clothes to the dryer or just drop off everything and come back later in the day to perfectly clean clothes. I had a lot that I wanted to get done that day, so I chose the later. I purchased the Yelp deal and brought in my clothes as well as the detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets that I like to use. They gladly used my products and washed/dried everything the same way I would have myself. I also brought in hangers for my shirts. They called me when my laundry was ready. I went in to pick it up and pay. Wow! Not a single wrinkle anywhere. Our t-shirts were folded - and if I could fold this well, we wouldn't need so much closet space! I am just so impressed with the quality. The service didn't seem to cost that much more than if I had spend hours in the laundromat doing all of this myself. I highly recommend this place. Give them a try! read more

My dryer was slowly dying and also having injured my arm, my dominant arm at that, I was way behind on my laundry. And then, my dryer died. I started looking around for a laundromat and was not looking forward to paying a lot to do tiny loads (all I can handle with my injured arm.) A co-worker told me that some laundromats will wash your clothes for you, you just drop off the dirty clothes and pick-up fresh, folded clothes later that day. Life-changing. I had no idea. So, I joined Yelp, got a yelp deal to use and here I am with a whole bunch of clean laundry to put away, hahaha. The woman there this morning helped me bring my stuff in, and the woman in the afternoon helped me load my truck, as well. --If you drop off before 10 a.m. you'll get a text that day letting you know your items are ready. If you drop off after 10 a.m. it may be the next day that you'll receive your text. There are vending machines, ample parking and a few food places and a starbucks right there if you want to do your own laundry and maybe get a drink or a snack. They even have cool retro arcade games! Their prices are quite low, too, everyday, not just once a week. I am planning on having all my laundry done here; I probably won't be buying a new dryer, this seems cheaper to me, considering the cost of maintaining machines, the utility bills, detergent etc. not to mention my time. I can just drop off my clothes on the way to work, and pick them up on the way home. yay!! read more

This place is great. We dropped off two hampers of laundry and got it all back the next day neatly folded and very clean. They went the extra mile by hanging our work clothes up and air drying my husband's bike clothes. The cost for laundry service here is about ten bucks more than doing a crappy job yourself at a laundromat. Do yourself a favor and drop off your clothes instead of wasting your time on a beautiful weekend staring at strangers and dropping your clean tighty whities on the laundromat floor. read more

Super fast, and super clean. These ladies really took care of our clothes. Everything was neatly folded or hung, and done from start to finish is less than 4 hours. I've used other laundry services that were a huge let down. Not this time! They'll be our go to from now on. read more

Full service: Was fast, efficient, and modestly prices. The clothes were washed and folded very well, with the hanging clothes cared for appropriately. They let us know when the order was ready by text. (A+ for that) read more

This place was great. The woman that helped me was very kind. Great customer service. I dropped my clothes off for the wash and fold. I had a plastic laundry basket and one of the cylinder ones. It was a lot of clothes. Ended up being 22 dollars after the yelp deal. So freaking worth it. Best choice I've made in awhile. I was able to drop my laundry off and take care of other errands. After only a few hours I got a text letting me know my laundry was finished. Everything was folded or hung and then covered. I took in my own soap and hangers. The inside was nice and clean with plenty of machines. will definitely be returning. read more

If you are too busy to wash, fold and hang up your own clothing.... drop them off at Quik wash and normally, they will have everything ready before 6pm!!! I pay about $40 every two weeks! Well worth it! The staff is very sweet and helpful. read more

You would believe that the people who worth here own it!! Very friendly, personable and helpful to this retired bachelor!! They gratefully accepted my Yelp coupon! I have been going here weekly for the past year, wash and fold service. Prices are the lowest around; clothes are folded perfectly and shirts placed on hangers. I thought of throwing away my white bed pillows, but decided to give QuikWash a try, I was astounded at how white they got them! Very clean. Restrooms sparkle. Oh, yes they have WiFi!! Parking directly in front. If you are doing your own wash, a nice break as Starbucks is next door! read more

I used this places wash and fold service. I used the yelp discount and my total was $14. I paid someone else $14 to wash and fold 2 weeks of my laundry and it was def worth it. The kid who probably folded all my clothes carried it to my car as well, which is why this place gets 5 stars. read more

They washed my clothes. It was a super small little place if I were doing them myself. The staff was friendly. The clothes folded nicely. It was only $1 per pound. I used the coupon so it was $50 total. I had three huge baskets of clothes to wash. It normally cost me $40 to do that much. So paying someone $10 to fold and wash my things- so worth it. I'll probably do it once a month now that school started. read more

Quik Wash Laundry - Laundry Services Near Me - Austin, Texas

Our home washer was on the fritz and we couldn't wait any longer to do laundry. Bought a deal through Yelp and they were very helpful. Got all of my laundry done way more quickly than I expected. The place was clean and busy, but not a ton of frills like lots of seating, etc. I think that fits with the utilitarian ethic of this place: get in, get out, get yer stuff clean. No muss, no fuss. If our washer breaks again, I will come back and recommend this to anyone who needs to do some laundry. read more
