He was very thorough, took his time with me and listened to me descibe what i was seeing. Im so grateful, moving forward, the eye requires a serious surgery. Heather was my initial experience at Luxe. She helped me navigate the different lenses they offer and explained in detail how each one would provide a slightly different view. Not a pushy salesperson, a delight to work with. The customer service at Luxe is outstanding from the moment you enter. The exam is state of the art. Fast forward several years and after being unhappy going elsewhere I called Dr Feder office and was told they've always accepted my insurance! I was so happy to find this out I made an appointment on the spot. My wife and I both just had exams and are extremely happy with how we were treated! Dr Feder has all new staff that was a joy to deal with. The whole office has been remodeled. And best of all he still sits and takes the time to do a very good and through exam including taking digital images of the eye to detect future onset of glaucoma much earlier. He sits and answers any questions or concerns you have as well and you never feel rushed! I would highly recommend that if you need a good eye doctor that you give Dr Feder a try. Also if you haven't been to him in years due to some of his past staff, I'd say try again as they are new and awesome!

I've been a patient at Tri State Eye for over 10 years. The past two months I have been advised…read morethat I need surgery to control my eye pressure. I contacted three eye doctors to get their opinions and requested Tri State Eye to fax my records to them. Tri State Eye faxed two but refused to fax the third one. My appointment with this last doctor is on Monday. Tri State Eye calls me Thursday at 5 PM to tell me they are NOT faxing it over but I can pick up copies of my records for a small fee. Then she adds on Friday they are open till 12 PM. Which by the way on their website and phone greeting message says they are open 8:30 - 4:00 Monday - Friday.. It' s obvious that their patient care office doesn't priorities patient health. Apparently saving money on faxes is more important than their patients eye health.

I was seen at the appointed time. The technician, I don't recall her name, she asked a few questions and took notes, and began the preliminary procedures for the doctor. Sanitizing the equipment and wearing PPE. The opthamologist, Dr. Scheer, came into the examination room a few minutes after the technician was finished. The Dr continued with certain tests and measurements. Then went over the prognosis, suggesting corrective procedures to be done in the near future. I feel I was with the doctor, a sufficient amount of time; informed of what was to be done and a follow up appointment made next month. The office runs in a very efficient manner. They are considerate of the patient's time, informing the patient, in plain English, what the condition is, the prognosis, and treatment, if needed, The front office submits Medicare approved amounts for treatments, as well as Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Anthem medical Coverage. Some patients may have copay's depending on their plan. It's a joy, and relief to be able to see an operation that runs smoothly and efficiently.
