Store manager Michael was rude, clueless, and couldn't even find my account using my phone number, claiming that I will get the package the same day. Michael doesn't know the difference between the estimate delivery date and a tracking number. After five days of getting nowhere, even going to the store in person I contacted headquarters multiple times and learned the order won't ship for another month. Total failure in service and accountability. The update: Marta, the ophthalmologist called me to come in the store today and she went out of her way to find a pair of monthly contacts that could work close to my number. I'm very thankful to her and I'm wondering why did the store manager claim repeatedly that they don't have any in the store, he even said that he did check, and they have nothing. Michael is so arrogant and unprofessional.

Prices are high for the glasses so only get the prescription and buy the glasses somewhere online…read more the workers are usually not paying attention to their jobs or to any of the customers. Last time I was there the ladies were all chatting while a customer waited to get their glass order in. After 5-8 minutes of me being there one for the girls stopped talking about their personal life finally and said to the other worker "oh I forgot they have been waiting to put an order in" and they were there before I even went inside the store. If you want good attentive service and inexpensive glasses don't come here. Feels like a deli counter.

Garnet Health Medical Center - My own little room in the ER.

As for the other departments, it really depends on which doctors and nurses happen to be working that day. Two months ago, my GI doctor sent me to the ER for a STAT CT scan. Even though he called ahead to let them know I was coming, I still had to wait about 3 hours to be seen. Once I was brought back, things moved quickly with a series of tests. Initially, I was placed in a large shared room with about 10 other patients, which was not going to work for me--I'm immunocompromised and very cautious about exposure. Thankfully, they were able to move me to a private room, which made a huge difference in how safe and relaxed I felt. They ran a bunch of tests, diagnosed a GI infection that had spread to my organs, they were supposed to give me IV antibiotics, but they ended up giving me them by mouth instead and monitored me for any allergic reactions before discharging me. I was very clear from the beginning that I have a complex medical history and that I know what I need. I've learned that being my own advocate is the only way to survive in today's healthcare system. The ER doctor even said, "You're really on top of things," and I reminded him, "I told you I would be." This particular visit was a somewhat positive experience--but that doesn't mean everything was ideal. The waiting room itself is honestly filthy, overcrowded, and... a bit scary.... I strongly considered waiting in my car to avoid picking up something else, but staff said I'd miss being called if I did that. It's disappointing that there aren't more accessible facilities in the area for STAT imaging like CTs or MRIs when you have a script and just need urgent outpatient care. That gap in care really needs to be addressed, but I know probably will never be.
