I am better when i concentrate on a said object (the ceiling). tried again concentrating on the ceiling worked! Also doesn't recognize the effect of eyedrops, on occasion my eyes would be red because i either cried (because doc was giving me trouble and sometimes allergies. With eyedrops, you are putting a foreign substance in your eye, so allergies are possible!. Also she will refer you to other providers if something is off- but not ask if it bothers me first. Got to the appointment and the doctor told me off for having pink eye for the first time in 12 years of CL wear. The contact specialist tried to strong arm me into buying daily wear contacts and after I refused ordered them anyway. I never got a call that my incorrect lenses were in, when I stopped to check on them found out they ordered the wrong ones. Got the correct lens ordered, and was called to pick them up but only half of the order was in, and did not have trial pair on-site to hold me over to when the correct lenses arrived. The first time I went there I ordered glasses. I've been wearing glasses for 23 years so I know it usually on takes a week or two for them to come in once ordered. After three weeks of waiting for my glasses I called to see where they were. One of the ladies told me they lost my order but re-sent it the previous day. After waiting two more weeks I called back and spoke to mike who told me that the reason for the major delay was because my prescription was too high. You don't tell someone that! I'm 28 years old and have been having issues with my eyes since childhood. He was naive to the fact I had already spoke to a nice lady prior who told me my order was lost. Way to lie right to my face mike. And then, to make matters worse, he tried to sell me ANOTHER pair of glasses while waiting for the pair I never received. Why would I want to buy another pair when I spent money on a pair that I've been waiting for over a month to receive and have yet to receive? He came across as very money hungry, lacks compassion, and not accommodating. Months later I bought contacts, and were not happy with them. After seeing the doctor she said I could change brands if I felt I needed to. When trying to switch brands mike (who is not a doctor) told me to take my contacts out and place them on his dirty FINGERS for him to examine. When I told him the doctor said it was ok to switch brands he told me he needed to text her for confirmation. Left me waiting almost 30 minutes, told me he would get back to me and never did! Also, I spent 65.00 on my box of contacts AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. I will never go back to this place.

When you get there, you see people on their personal cell phones. Am a long-time patient, but when calling to get a sick visit on Friday morning, you get told 'we are closing at noon', and our urgent care is not open Friday's. They are open Saturdays. I got advised to go to an urgent care in the area. Forget about getting timely care from your provider even when you are a longtime patient when you have an emergency.
