Although it is a process, the results could not be better. I never anticipated the quality of vision this implant gave me! The consultation was maybe 30 minutes, and the actual procedure didn't feel long at all, maybe 15 minutes tops. Afterwards, his eyes felt a little sore and sensitive, kind of like having something in your eye, but not unbearable. The soreness started easing up after a couple of days, and he experienced little hemorrhage. It had taken about 1-2 weeks to fully clear up. Nothing too crazy though--it all felt very manageable! He's so happy to not have to deal with glasses getting dirty, scratched up, heavy on his nose bridge or fogged up. He feels free and His eyesight is now 20/15.

Before seeing the surgeon who did the operation, the technicians check eye functions and dilate the pupil. Everyone is so pleasant and at the same time professional. Late afternoon I received a phone call to ask how I'm doing. Monday I called because I noticed something floating in my field of vision in the right eye. I was a little concerned. They told me to come in as soon as possible and they will have the surgeon check it. I really didn't expect to be able to see him so soon. The Doctor was very reassuring.
