We really enjoyed the popsicles here during our visit to St. Augustine, and had to drop in a second day at the other location to try some different flavors. Definitely some super-creative combinations here. I really liked the Blackberry Clove, and Blueberry Goat Cheese. Pineapple Cilantro was an interesting combination, which was unique but really tasty. I've never been a Popsicle fan, but The Hyppo has a wide array of Popsicles and every day trees something different. They're selection is crazy with flavors like "Mango Habanero" and Strawberry Basil. My friends and I don't live close to The Hyppo, but we make the 30-40 drive whenever we have the chance. read more

So good. It was bloody hot in St. Augustine, near 100 degrees and we were dying. This was the perfect place to stop in and take a break. I had the wildberry-limeade popsicle, which was delicious. The staff was very friendly and asked if we had been there before. Upon learning that it was my first time, they proceeded to talk to me about how their menu worked, what the stars and dots meant, their product, and asked if I had any questions. I appreciate that because the menu can be a little overwhelming! I had the pistachio rosewater popsicle. It was delicious. It had crunchy pistachio bits on the bottom and it was creamy and had the perfect hint of rosewater. My friend had the eggnog popsicle. She described it as the eggnog flavor but without the thick texture which is a big reason why people generally tend to not like eggnog.
