Aweful! Purchased an iced chia latte and an iced mocha. Big mistake, the ice mocha was so watered down and had no other flavor other than straight water espresso. The chai had no spice to it and tasted like brown sugar and skim milk. They also asked if I had a rewards card, I said no and they didn't offer for me to join. Will not be going back when there is Black Rock and Starbucks around the corner. read more

The snowy iced white mocha here is delicious! I've worked for a number of different coffee shops in the Northwest and I was so excited to hear about this one that opened up on my way to work. They use Ghirardelli white chocolate powder which is the best! I had yet to find a coffee shop that uses it aside from the local coffee shop I use to work at back in Oregon. The workers here are friendly and get you through quickly. If you don't see a drink you normally get on the menu, tell the Barista what you want and they'll make it for you. They have a ton of flavors and will whip you up whatever you want. An added bonus that I love is they give you a chocolate covered expresso bean with your drink order. Also, make sure to get their app! You get $5 for every $55 you spend and a free birthday drink. read more

Went there for the first time on 2/11/21. Although the coffee was good, they did not make my husband's coffe the way he asked them to, use almond milk, not regular milk, and they did not offer his coffee for free, reduce the price, or give him any compensation for their mistake. Not a good business move. read more

Well this is literally the most expensive coffee I've ever bought. It's good coffee. I got a large cold brew, it was over $7!!!! More than $7 for one cup of coffee! I'm not a coffee guy per se, but I've been branching out a bit and hit these guys up a few times now. I tell them to give me whatever they like best and so far, they're killing it. Homie threw a honey lavender breve (breva? Brevei?) at me just now that's bomb as hell. And they're super cool. I really love this place! They have amazing coffee. I get the snowy mocha or the granita (ice blended coffee) and the baristas are all very friendly. This will be my new treat on my way to work each day. Much better than Starbucks and the price is about the same. Less expensive than Dutch....and I am 35 so I don't go there anymore lol. Good coffee and wonderful service. I feel that most places have coffee that is way too sweet therefore I appreciate how their coffee doesn't make you feel like you just ate a donut. I might suggest an extra shot if you like a strong coffee flavor. read more

This is my favorite coffee shop. I live in flagstaff and come to Mesa to visit family sometimes. I ALWAYS have to stop here and bring some drinks back up to flagstaff! Came upon this place by chance and so happy we did! Great coffee, great service! Loved the little chocolate covered coffee bean that was on the lid of my coffee when they handed it to me. I hope that comes w/ every drink - super cute & yummy! The orange-cranberry muffin top was delish. I had a coupon for this location, which is conveniently on my way to work. The baristas were friendly and made suggestions based on my preferences. I ordered a chocolate granita and I was not disappointed. I've had many variations of a "mocha frappuccino" and this is one of my favorites. It's not too sweet and you can taste the espresso. I don't see how this place is in business. I was excited as it closer to me than the usual Starbucks or Dutch bros, but this place is not worth it. The drinks are way overpriced for the size. Over $4 for a drink that's fit for a child. The employees aren't very friendly. I've given them two tries and that enough. Let's see if they can stay in business. read more

I hope the management reads this review. I have owned a coffee shop a few years back and consistency is an important part of being successful. I have visited your shop about 10 times counting today and today was the worst drink I have had. I have really enjoyed the first few times but has gotten worse each time i visit. The staff is great and friendly but when I pay for a drink I expect to have the same drink I had the last time I was there. The last 3 times in will keep me from returning. It is a tough business but Starbucks and Dutch Brothers are successful because you can depend on getting the same product every time whether you like it or not. Good luck! read more
