Sent my daughter to buy 4 drinks. Thought we would try one last time as there's always drinks made incorrectly. Sure enough, they made a drink so wrong, we couldn't stomach it. I'm not sure how you mess up an Italian soda that only needs soda water and flavoring. We were lied to about the soda water being fresh first off. Then they said they didn't carry the syrup anymore. We pointed out the bottle behind them. Somehow they also added 4 tablespoons of cane sugar on top of that. We asked for a call back from the district manager, but it's been a few days with no response. So here's mine. STAY AWAY! You're drinks will not be consistently made and will taste different every time, and if you question it they are rude. This place has potential, but as of now, it sucks. They have 2 drive thru's which you would think were there to make it fast, however they don't have any intercoms to take your order so you have to wait till you get to the window before you order... dumb . Then there the menu, it's more like a mix n match game. The menu is cut into an equal amount of boxes up and down just like an ice cream truck. One box will have a drink in it and the next box will be tell you about the health benefits of almond milk... dumb Fix those two things and this place could be much better. I got tired of Starbuck lattes ordered with lite whip, and still you are given a cup that has 30% whip cream.. I tried the Human Bean two weeks ago. I am hooked. Before Covid,I was a regular customer because I love that they offer so many varieties in sugar-free syrups and that they have more than soy or coconut milk as a dairy substitute. I always pay extra for macadamia milk which is rich and delicious and doesn't change the flavor of.your coffee or make it weak, wimpy and chalky. Most of their baristas are young and friendly college students. I reward them with a cash tip for their non bitter banter. The last time I drove through the Power Road store, the effervescent young guy wasn't wearing his mask properly. It didn't cover his nose and was under his chin. He was also not wearing gloves at the window where they pass a device out to customers to scan and pay. "Sometimes" it requires contact. I was told by phone prior to going there were masks and gloves. So,I passed on getting a coffee and have not been back. They added the annual Birthday drink discount to my app. So I will update my review if I decide to try and use it. Ok read more

I was really excited for this place to open, a change from the usual Starbucks. I've been 3 times plus today. The girls are always scattered and I have to retell them my order a few times before they get it. Today I ordered a 20 oz iced coffee with sugar free Carmel syrup and cream. I order this in a venti from starbucks and it's around 3 bucks. My total was 6.21 and my cup is all ice. Not happy read more

I am amazed at this little kiosk building that serves the best coffee I've tasted in a long time. I'm a Starbucks customer but lately my coffee taste burnt every time I get it. I decided to go to the Human Bean Try them out. I ordered the Granita hazelnut flavor. Delicious and they serve a little chocolate coffee bean with it which I find just added that extra touch that said we like you as a customer. The girls at the drive-through are always nice, polite and eager to please and make your coffee the way you want. I can't even begin to count how many times I haves passed this little coffee nook. Well, today was the day. I was at Big Lots and parked on the side closest and walked over. I purchased the Granita; half chocolate and half caramel. It was mouth watering; you could smell the Hershey's chocolate syrup. It's kept clean. That I liked. Move over the other well known coffee nooks, there's a new kid on the block that I've discovered. My only downfall was they had outside seating but in Arizona, you need umbrellas over your tables. read more

First visit the frozen hot chocolate was good but is more of a frosty chocolate milk, second visit ordered a cold chai and it was a couple of sips and gone; all ice cubes certainly not worth the money. Both time my husband ordered the Americano and he enjoyed those. I wouldn't go out of my to return but maybe will try something without ice cubes the next time around. I can't believe I just now finally tried this coffee shop! I have driven by countless times and always meant to stop in to give it a try. This place is great!! I had the French Dark Roast with cream and it was very good and reasonably priced (NOT $8 for a coffee like other places)...it comes with a dessert expresso bean that is very tasty.
