Love the coffee and pastries from the coffee bar!! Small little shop adjoining the restaurant. They are always happy to make the coffee exactly how you like it and they always have the freshest, yummiest pastries. The staff welcomes you from the minute you enter and are always so nice and friendly. Does get a little busy at times, but so worth the wait!!

Scottish Salmon* sub fried rice

If this was a cafe they would have my order memorized and placed the minute they saw my face. I always get the Scottish salmon with fried rice substitution no mushroom. Found it when I was more restrictive and had a hard time with most meals and it's stuck till now.

Came here for our work team dinner. Sat on the patio and it was beautiful. Loved the comfortable benches, the water spraying in the air, the lights, and the chill vibe. Artichoke ricotta dip - the chips it came with were a hit. Tuna on crispy rice - winner! Potstickers - standard, nothing outstanding. Korean skirt steak - 5/5 entree. 5-6 strips of meat with an Asian flair to it. Lemon olive oil cake - lightest dessert, so delicious. Mac and cheese - good side! Service was on top of everything. Great experience.

The Henry has some of my favorite food ever. The salmon is the absolute perfect pairing of flavors, and sauces. The beets paired with the crunchy nuts and pesto make it a 10 out of 10 literally one of my favorite meals and all of Phoenix .Service is always phenomenal. The restaurant is always busy. I've also tried the mac & cheese here and it was delicious. The lemon cake for dessert is moist light and a refreshing way to end a perfect meal. The one downside is that they got rid of the fig mules, and those were my favorite especially on happy hour. Please bring those back. I loved them.

Egg white turkey omelette with breakfast potatoes

Thought we'd try out a breakfast Brunch place but better than the average. Good looking place and well staffed. We were seated immediately although not having a reservation. Might be best to do that next time. The waitress was kind and informed. I believe her name was Nora. She knew the restaurant's history and where other locs were even in other states. I digress. I got the egg white turkey omelette with breakfast potatoes for a protein hit since I just rode 22 miles on my bike earlier. My wife got a quinoa dish of sorts. Each came in a bowl and were delicious. The breakfast potatoes were on point. My omelette was well stuffed with turkey and cheese, so much so the outside the egg was browned although not to distraction. Afterwards we had a lemon Olive Oil Cake with mascarpone and strawberries Well done. We dined outside and had our dessert inside. We were not disappointed at all. Well done, bravo!

Went here for an early breakfast with a girlfriend. The patio is spacious and elegant. Our server was lovely. Brought dogs and they were given ice water. My omelet was very good and potatoes had a nice crispiness. The espresso martini was one of the best I've had in the valley. Will definitely try coffee next time.

They have valet parking for free as well as a pretty big lot, although this place gets really packed! Ambience is everything here and the design inside is very chic and modern and really really cute! They have a big patio for outdoor seating as well as a bar that seats a lot of people, and a pretty brig restaurant with two huge rooms for private event events. When we were there there was a bridal shower that was being held. Every single thing on the menu is so good and I couldn't wait to go back and try something new. I ordered the pomegranate hibiscus spritz, and my boyfriend has a pineapple guava mimosa. Both were really good, but the spritz was better! we ordered the turkey dip which was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life. Its served hot with a juice sauce on the side and a mild horseradish it was delicious! We also ordered the Aji tuna chop salad, which had an amazing flavor to it, and it was really really good and fresh. The bathrooms are beautiful and look like a work of art and I'm very very clean. All of the staff is super friendly, helpful and very nice.. We checked out the bakery on the way out and got a couple of danishes and I can't wait to try the fruit one because it looks so good! Highly recommend there are multiple locations so anytime you see the Henry go in! You have to try this place!

Loved checking out this location of the Henry. I've been to the other location many times so couldn't wait to see how this one compares. I love the outside covered patio area. I think this outdoor space beats the outdoor space of the other location. My server Taylor was super nice and made my visit a great one. I got the Chicken & Avocado Salad. It's truly the best salad on earth. You'll thank me later! I want to stop again to try their grab and go coffee shop. The Henry hits every time, and is always on my bucket list when I come to town. So glad they're opening more locations!

This location on Central needs some help in the kitchen. How you going to over cook a hamburger. Service was a 10 and the ambience was a 10 . The Henry is always good just bad burger

Seared Tuna Chop*

I've been to both locations of The Henry and I think this one is much better! First, the service was so great. We had an older person in our group who couldn't handle the loud noises of the main restaurant, and our server was great at finding a quieter, accesible table. The food was really great too. I thought the seared tuna salad I had was one of the top 5 best salads I've ever had! The dressing was well coated on every piece of lettuce but not overpowering! And the tuna was perfectly soft! I'd love to come here again.

Harvest Bowl with steak - delicious.
Tatiana R.

I enjoy The Henry - the food and drinks are consistent and the ambiance is nice. I usually get the Korean skirt steak dish but lately I've been ordering the harvest bowl with steak - the veggies have a nice char and I enjoy the pesto and cashew harissa. My only complaint is that the spicy tuna crispy rice is good but the price is pretty ridiculous for the actual serving size. I've always had good service and have enjoyed my meals here.

Cheryl S.

My breakfast was the Flower Child Scramble with eggs, roasted mushroom & brussels sprout, romanesco, kale, parmesan! Came with roasted potatoes on the side. I also ordered a side of crispy bacon. Everything thing came out well-proportioned, warm, and delicious. I wish I lived closer since I was visiting that day in Phoenix, but the rest of the lunch and dinner menu looked so interesting! Comfortable seating (we were in the booth), and quiet where you don't have to yell to hear the person across from you. One thing to note is to walk over and visit the pastry shop next door, pick what you want, and then go back and let your waitress know. Very delicious pastries. I got a berry Danish, and my friend got a red velvet small cake (moist). The Danish had lovely layers of pastry (think croissant).

Michelle D.

I've always loved The Henry, so I was excited to try the new location. The atmosphere and espresso martini were great, but the rest of the experience was disappointing. The menu felt smaller, service was slow, and our server rarely checked on us even though he knew we had a concert to get to. What should have been a quick dinner took almost three hours, causing us to miss part of the show. The food wasn't much better. The filet was just okay, the food was average, and the sides were below average. My Korean skirt steak was chewy and the rice tasted like microwaveable rice. For a higher end restaurant, I expected and remembered it being better. They have a huge restaurant and it would be good for large groups. Maybe it was because they were new and working out the kinks.

The charred cabbage is wood roasted with yogurt masala, shallot, romesco and pistachio pesto. My husband was a little iffy about the mention of yogurt masala but was won over after the first bite because all the flavors complement each other so well. Ambiance is great with lots of natural light due to the wall of windows along the street. A train passed by on this rare rainy afternoon, making our experience feel extra cozy. Fried chicken alone had great flavor and didn't need the side sesame dressing at all. It was a bit dry despite being thin. The pickled veggies were a nice palate cleanser. The waffle was moist and delicious as well. I would say I was still hungry after this so pairing it with some crispy tater tots would be solid. We even heard the "hands" announcements like you see on The Bear TV show! I believe the food here was on par with the West Hollywood location, so points for consistency. Unfortunately, I have the same qualms for flavor for their dishes. I tried the short rib pot stickers, the tortilla soup, and the Bolognese pasta. I would say that the flavors were not especially strong for each dish. I think they each needed a pinch of extra seasoning to really make their flavors pop! Moreover, I tried my girlfriend's Rigatoni Alla Vodka and the cheese had no taste! Nevertheless, the dishes were beautiful. Lastly, I had a bit of an issue with our service. Our server passed by our table multiple times as we tried to flag her down to ask for the check. I think she could have been more attentive especially in the context of this higher-end brunch spot. With all of these factors combined, it's an overall 4/5 for me.

I think I'm to the point where I only feel it's worth coming when you can sit outside - I prefer tables along the entry walkway which are picnic tables, and that level of casual really doesn't match up with the price dinner menu, so by that logic, it's boils down to worth it for happy hour. My main issue with the dining room, ever since my first time there, is the acoustics. There's always one loud table (if not more) and something about the building just amplifies it. I feel exhausted after eating there from having to shout to converse, and thereby also needing to keep topics of conversation pretty shallow. Also, a more recent phenomena is the portion sizes have become enormous. We most recently did the Arizona Restaurant Week menu, I tried to come with a big appetite for multiple courses. I opted for the ahi tuna small plate for the first course (for something more interesting than a salad but less substantial than the very large chicken wings that come with potatoes), the shrimp pesto tagliatelle for the second, and the chocolate cake dessert. The tuna would have been a suitable dinner; knowing there were still 2 courses to come, I had to call it quits before finishing. I managed a few bites of pasta and took the rest home, along with half the cake dessert. It made for a nice dinner the following night, although still went not entirely finished! Secondary to being mind blown by the portion size, yes everything was delicious. The happy hour dishes I've most enjoyed (these rotate a few times a year) include the various flautas, the eggplant meatballs, sun-dried strawberry and ricotta spread on grilled bread (bring this back!). The charred sweet potato, grilled chicken wings (with potatoes), and smoked beets are pretty good as well. I look forward to focusing my return visits on this menu!

Great Group Dining Experience, But Reservations Are Highly Recommended…read more I recently visited Brunch Snob with my fitness group after our weekend session. For anyone planning a visit, please be aware that the wait times can be significant if you do not have a prior reservation. Fortunately, our large party of over 10 guests was able to utilize an indoor corner space to wait comfortably until our table was ready. Once we were seated, the service was excellent. The staff was incredibly patient and attentive while managing a table of our size. The food and beverage options were generally well-received, though there were a few minor details to note. One guest mentioned that the options for mimosa flights were somewhat limited. On the food side, my order of the Mexican Cowboy Bowl was excellent and prepared exactly as expected. While most of our group's orders were correct, one eggs Benedict arrived overcooked despite a specific request during ordering to avoid this. Given the size of our party, the guest chose to accept the dish rather than send it back. Billing Tip: For transparency, an automatic 20% gratuity was included in the final bill for our large group. I recommend double-checking your receipt to keep this in mind before adding any additional tips. Overall, it is a great brunch destination with quality dishes, but making a reservation ahead of time is highly advisable.
