Unequivocally a cool spot. Came to The Henry mid morning for coffee. $4.50 for self serve, I thought it was a joke when I was rung up. When I went to serve myself coffee, it was cold, dribbling out. Regretted my choice. Not a coffee option for me.

The Henry always delivers an amazing meal and I can't recommend it enough! Their short rib is always a huge hit! We had some amazing drinks the espresso martini is so cute with an H on top and very tasty!

The Henry has some of my favorite food ever. The salmon is the absolute perfect pairing of flavors, and sauces. The beets paired with the crunchy nuts and pesto make it a 10 out of 10 literally one of my favorite meals and all of Phoenix .Service is always phenomenal. The restaurant is always busy. I've also tried the mac & cheese here and it was delicious. The lemon cake for dessert is moist light and a refreshing way to end a perfect meal. The one downside is that they got rid of the fig mules, and those were my favorite especially on happy hour. Please bring those back. I loved them.

They have valet parking for free as well as a pretty big lot, although this place gets really packed! Ambience is everything here and the design inside is very chic and modern and really really cute! They have a big patio for outdoor seating as well as a bar that seats a lot of people, and a pretty brig restaurant with two huge rooms for private event events. When we were there there was a bridal shower that was being held. Every single thing on the menu is so good and I couldn't wait to go back and try something new. I ordered the pomegranate hibiscus spritz, and my boyfriend has a pineapple guava mimosa. Both were really good, but the spritz was better! we ordered the turkey dip which was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life. Its served hot with a juice sauce on the side and a mild horseradish it was delicious! We also ordered the Aji tuna chop salad, which had an amazing flavor to it, and it was really really good and fresh. The bathrooms are beautiful and look like a work of art and I'm very very clean. All of the staff is super friendly, helpful and very nice.. We checked out the bakery on the way out and got a couple of danishes and I can't wait to try the fruit one because it looks so good! Highly recommend there are multiple locations so anytime you see the Henry go in! You have to try this place!

The Henry is a staple that I come back to whenever I'm home. My favorite is the Brussels sprout salad. If you're looking just for coffee they have that as an option as well. I would always recommend the Cleo to anyone. Service was five star as always.

Pure class. This place is simply stylish, classy, clean and wonderful. The service is impeccable, the ambiance is very relaxing, and the food is wonderful!!! I have not one single complaint.

Loved checking out this location of the Henry. I've been to the other location many times so couldn't wait to see how this one compares. I love the outside covered patio area. I think this outdoor space beats the outdoor space of the other location. My server Taylor was super nice and made my visit a great one. I got the Chicken & Avocado Salad. It's truly the best salad on earth. You'll thank me later! I want to stop again to try their grab and go coffee shop. The Henry hits every time, and is always on my bucket list when I come to town. So glad they're opening more locations!

Appetizers and entree were good. Friendly service and attentive from waiter, mgr, and hostess. Cool vibe of decor -- clean. Easy parking

This location on Central needs some help in the kitchen. How you going to over cook a hamburger. Service was a 10 and the ambience was a 10 . The Henry is always good just bad burger

I've been to both locations of The Henry and I think this one is much better! First, the service was so great. We had an older person in our group who couldn't handle the loud noises of the main restaurant, and our server was great at finding a quieter, accesible table. The food was really great too. I thought the seared tuna salad I had was one of the top 5 best salads I've ever had! The dressing was well coated on every piece of lettuce but not overpowering! And the tuna was perfectly soft! I'd love to come here again.

My breakfast was the Flower Child Scramble with eggs, roasted mushroom & brussels sprout, romanesco, kale, parmesan! Came with roasted potatoes on the side. I also ordered a side of crispy bacon. Everything thing came out well-proportioned, warm, and delicious. I wish I lived closer since I was visiting that day in Phoenix, but the rest of the lunch and dinner menu looked so interesting! Comfortable seating (we were in the booth), and quiet where you don't have to yell to hear the person across from you. One thing to note is to walk over and visit the pastry shop next door, pick what you want, and then go back and let your waitress know. Very delicious pastries. I got a berry Danish, and my friend got a red velvet small cake (moist). The Danish had lovely layers of pastry (think croissant).

I've always loved The Henry, so I was excited to try the new location. The atmosphere and espresso martini were great, but the rest of the experience was disappointing. The menu felt smaller, service was slow, and our server rarely checked on us even though he knew we had a concert to get to. What should have been a quick dinner took almost three hours, causing us to miss part of the show. The food wasn't much better. The filet was just okay, the food was average, and the sides were below average. My Korean skirt steak was chewy and the rice tasted like microwaveable rice. For a higher end restaurant, I expected and remembered it being better. They have a huge restaurant and it would be good for large groups. Maybe it was because they were new and working out the kinks.

Short Ribs w/ Spicy Fried Rice (instead of mashed potatoes)
Natalie D.

I drafted a review back in August that was pretty bad. I basically said that I'd give this review 2 stars if the food and cocktails weren't so amazing. My friends were baffled and kept saying that the extremely slow service (like 45 min to get an appetizer and an hour to get our entree) was an unusual experience and they were also disappointed. I gave it another shot the other night and the service, food, and cocktails weren't phenomenal. Our server was named Chandler and he was awesome. I was indecisive about substituting the mashed potatoes for the spicy fried rice in the short ribs entree - Chandler gave me a resounding 'oh yeah that would be delicious ! Best decision ever. I'll never go back to boring mashed potatoes when I order the short ribs! Enjoy!

Huge empty valley parking lot.

Right on Camelback, in a little nook of a building with a book store/coffee shop attached. We entered and were seated immediately. If you read any of my previous reviews, you'll know that my wife loves oysters. Per usual, that where we started. We got the oyster and a bottle of prosecco. A few mimosas to start the day. My friend arrived almost exactly when the oysters and bottle came out. We chatted and perused the menu. We were in no rush as we drank through the first bottle. My wife got the pizza that was on the menu. I forgot what they called it, but it was good. Nice crust, a savory sauce, and just the right amount of cheese. My friend ordered avocado toast I believe or something very similar. She's a psycho path that runs 20 miles every morning so she was ready to take in carbs. She tore through it like a starving cheetah tears through a gazelle. I had an omelette which was pretty good, but nothing that knock me out of my seat. It could have used a bit of seasoning but in all decent. We ordered a second bottle and that is when their DJ began playing music. He played soft jazz which definitely was not the vibe we were looking for. None of the aforementioned mention brought this rating down to a three star review. It was all 4 star worthy accept the service was not great. Far from it actually. Don't worry I still tipped 20% as I feel it's a bare minimum, but he didn't deserve it. As I stated we were seated immediately, but it took our server nearly 15 minutes to even acknowledge us. I didn't know who it would be, but when he finally did all I could think is that he passed our table numerous times prior to stopping. Once he did there was a serious "I do not want to be here" vibe in his body language and tone. My friend who didn't arrive till the oysters and bottle were served missed that initial interaction but immediately noticed it. She an A type and wanted to complain to the manager. I got her to let it go. I know every has there days and this might have been his. Through out our stay here, he rarely checked in on us. As a matter of fact I believe we drank through each bottle before he checked in. This is the sole reason my rating went from a 4 to a 3. I hope the guy was ok, but I wish it could have been something he didn't bring to work with him. No pictures again. Sorry... I really just like to enjoy the moments with the people I am with and forget to take pictures.

We arrived without a reservation and were told the wait would be about 25 minutes, which was totally reasonable. We waited the full time and checked in once, only to find the wait continuing to extend while several outdoor tables sat open. When we politely asked about our table, the host (a woman with glasses) responded with a noticeably rude and dismissive attitude. At one point, she muttered under her breath something along the lines of, "If you guys are so anxious... you can head over there," which multiple people in our group heard. It felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional. We were eventually seated at a table that was partially in direct sun, and when we asked about moving to one of the shaded tables, we were told they were unavailable and "reserved". However, those tables remained empty for over 30 minutes, which was frustrating given the situation. To be fair, there was another older woman on staff who was warm, attentive, and fantastic, and the food itself continues to be a highlight. The menu is creative, thoughtful, and one of the reasons we've come back multiple times. That said, this isn't the first time we've experienced service issues here, and it often feels like the restaurant is understaffed, which may be contributing to the inconsistency. I really want to love this place and continue recommending it, but experiences like this make it hard. Great food can only carry things so far when the hospitality side feels off. It's one thing to occasionally be understaffed (I understand people call off in this business) but there's a consistency here which points towards management issues and then on top of it, when your hostess is unnecessarily rude, that's a real bummer. We live in the Willo nearby and I don't think we're going to keep coming here if this restaurant allows the constant service issues and the rude staff like this.

It looked pretty busy when we got there, and we heard live music would start at 7:00pm. For drinks, the menu says to ask about mocktails - I would prefer that they list it on the menu so that I have more time to decide. I forgot what was in my mocktail other than yuzu, but I enjoyed it. I think my friend's mocktail was blackberry with ginger beer. For food, they are known for their Aftermath Burger, but the Jalapeño Bacon Burger sounded even better. We told our server that we were going to share everything. We didn't ask to split the burger, but I guess he told the kitchen to, so that was a nice surprise. Did not see an up-charge for that either. The burger was SO good - loved the crispy edges of the burger patties. It was so flavorful, and I would definitely go back for it. The crinkle fries were extra crispy. The Rigatoni Alla Vodka was okay, though I wouldn't order it again. Same with the burrata - I was okay with the sliced almonds for some crunch, but the fresh strawberries did not pair well with the burrata for both my friend and me. Overall we had a good dinner with decent service. The live music was great and interactive too - the singer asked questions at a nearby table, then picked a song to sing based on the responses.

For an entree I got the Chitarra Clam Pasta, it had a really delicious light white sauce, and it was a delight to eat. The pasta itself was cooked well, the clams seemed fine, and the flavors were great. For dessert, two of us split the Brown Butter Cake, and because there was no menu we didn't realize it would be $17, but in the end it was worth it. The cake was topped with ice cream and there was caramel drizzled across the dish, really delicious and more impressive than I would've expected.
