For a restaurant serving a full meal, we expected much better quality and flavor. To make matters worse, while eating the fries, we discovered a huge, long hair embedded in the stack. We called the restaurant, and they immediately replaced them without any issue, which we appreciated. And our waitress was attentive. However, the service overall was very slow. It took quite a while to get our drinks and then our food. After we finished dessert, we sat for approximately 15 minutes talking with our family. At that point, a man approached our table. I initially thought he was coming to apologize or check on us regarding the hair, but instead, he told us they had a large party coming and wanted us to leave. That was extremely disappointing. We had already spent a considerable amount of time and money there, and we were not lingering excessively. A simple check-in about our experience or even an apology for the hair would have gone a long way. Instead, we felt rushed out the door. The food was underwhelming, the service was slow, and the way we were asked to leave left a terrible impression. Unfortunately, this is not a restaurant I would recommend based on our experience.

We also rarely saw our server throughout the meal, although his assistant was very kind and attentive. The potatoes and asparagus were overcooked, lacked flavor, and overall the sides were underwhelming as well. What surprised me most was still being charged for the steak after it took two attempts and I barely ate it. For a restaurant with such strong reviews and a high price point that comes with it, I expected much better quality and service. I understand many people seem to love this place, but based on my experience, I would be unlikely to return and personally would not recommend it.
