It's been forever since I've been to Cheesecake Factory, but after seeing a bunch of TikToks, I started craving it and went for dinner. I knew it would be busy, so I made a reservation and didn't have to wait long. Loved checking out all the cheesecakes in the display case. The space inside was way bigger than I expected, and I was really glad we got indoor seating since it was cold out. The menu is huge, so it took a minute to decide. Bread came out first and the brown bread is definitely the best. So soft and perfect with butter. We shared the fried mac and cheese balls, and they were delicious. Super crispy, hot inside, and the creamy marinara sauce was good even though it was more room temp. The portion was great too. I definitely filled up faster than planned after the bread and two mac and cheese balls. For my entrée, I got the crispy chicken costoletta and swapped the mashed potatoes for angel hair pasta with extra lemon sauce. The dish came out piping hot. The chicken was juicy and crispy, the lemon sauce was amazing on both the chicken and pasta, and the portion was huge. They forgot my asparagus at first, but it came out a few minutes later. It was honestly pretty plain on its own, but way better dipped in the lemon sauce. I ate about half the plate so I could still have dessert. For dessert, I got the Peach Perfect cheesecake. It had raspberry sauce on top and peach pieces throughout. So good and very peach-forward, which I loved. Tried my friend's celebration cheesecake too and hers was a little more frozen. 4.5 stars. We came around 2:15 on a Sunday, and our party of 3 had to wait about 20-25 minutes to be seated. We were notified by text when our table was ready. We each ordered an entree which ranged from $20-25 per person. My son said he enjoyed his chicken Parmesan better than Olive Garden. My veggie burger was delicious, and I upgraded to sweet potato fries. I thought I remembered that it was served with garlic aioli in the past, but when my server checked for me, she said it was not, but she brought a small cup of it for me on the side. I would have liked to have more. We were sitting at a booth that was more quiet and secluded, which I was happy about. The tables in the center of the restaurant seemed to be more noisy. Overall, this is definitely a special-occasion restaurant since the menu is so pricey. However, i was pleased with the quality of the food we were served. read more

Good time and fun experience at this relatively new restaurant. Our waitress gets a 20/10, her service was stellar and she was easy to talk to while at our table. The ambiance was vibrant and loud with fun music playing. The food was superb- the side order of green beans were crunchy not overcooked and with thin slivers of lemon rind. The ginger steak was the star of the night with the well seasoned meat that was perfectly cooked. The chicken and Parmesan was good paired with broccoli and fries for variation in textures. We had the worst meal and experience at the one in Gainesville. Cassie the manager said she would make it right and take the nasty sour clam chowder and salads off or bill and She did not. She took 4.00 off each meal that we couldn't even eat and nothing off for the nasty chicken taquitoes. We had gone for lunch after a long drive to Shands Hospital for treatment and expected a nice meal like we had 2 weeks before, but this was not good at all... we were so hungry on our 2 hour drive home after that and had to stop at another restaurant to eat and that was less than 2 hours later... we won't go there again. read more

This place try's to be all things to all people. And it sort of succeeds. The restaurant is huge, and pick up a clean, and the staff is really nice. The free bread service is nice. drinks are plentiful, and there's more types of cheesecake than you can even count. I guess the only thing that would keep me from coming back is the price . Well, nothing is unreasonable it just a little bit too much for your typical workday lunch. The physical restaurant is as huge as the menu. This is the case where there may be too many choices on that menu. Maybe if they were to specialize and increase the quality of the dishes and not focused on the number of offeringsI might be more inclined to come back. Don't get me wrong, there's really nothing bad, it's just not spectacular. My burger was perfectly med-rare, my wife's salmon was also perfectly prepared. The past few times I have gone to Cheesecake Factory I have been thoroughly been satisfied with my experience. Bread comes out pipping hot. I usually get the roadside sliders or the smokehouse bbq burger. This recent time I got the roadside sliders and the manager on duty came to us to apologize regarding the wait time for our food . Granted, we didn't complain or anything just waited patiently and felt like they were taking longer than usual but just stayed to ourselves. She let us know that our sliders turned out bigger in patty size and that it would be on the house. She asked us if that was ok and we didn't care we were just hungry and appreciative of her coming over to let us know. I didn't take a picture of the "sliders" , they were more like the French dip burger and realized they formed then a little bigger. We did not complain once and were presently surprised . Bill came out and it was $0. I wasn't expecting them to comp it . Truly such a nice gesture from the manager. We tipped the server well and she was so sweet with us the whole night. If you can, ask for Jessica M. , she had a great attitude even though it was such a busy Friday night and came by to check up on us periodically. Would 100 come back and give them my business again. We stopped by here on the way back home from a recent trip to Disney World, and were really pleased. I'd only eaten at a Cheesecake Factory one other time in New Orleans, but we don't have one close to where I live. Despite being busy, service was quick and our waitress was fantastic. My drink never went empty, food came out fast, and everything was accurate. The place was a bit noisy inside between all the customers and the music, but that's to be expected. My wife and I shared an eggroll appetizer that came with four different pairs of rolls and sauces to go with them. They were really good, but kind of small for what you get. For lunch, I got the truffle honey chicken which was amazing and perfectly cooked with a subtle layer of honey that didn't overpower the flavor and still kept the chicken very crispy. My wife got an asian shrimp dish that was loaded. Lunch portions were huge and neither of us were able to finish everything. The bartenders here are EXCELLENT. They are clearly very skilled and knowledgeable with 10/10 attitudes towards customer service and customer experience. I came to Cheesecake factory a few months ago and had a really bad experience. I didn't want to come back. I asked my son where he wanted to go for his birthday lunch with just me and him and he said to my surprise The Cheesecake factory! I asked him why and he said the cheesecake of corse lol. I said okay and was prepared for not a great experience but I was happily wrong. I got the shepherds pie and it was delicious! My son got the kids cheeseburgers and this time he thought they were really good! He got his celebration cheesecake to go but he tried a bite before we left and he loved it! He also loved the bread that was warm this time not hard and cold like last time. The only sad part was he wanted something special because it was his birthday and I told the waiter a few times that it was and asked if they could sing him happy birthday but he said no. To celebrate my wife's birthday, we got everyone together at Cheesecake Factory in Gainesville. Even without reservations, we got a table for 8 right away. Even though we could have ordered brunch, everyone basically had lunch orders. Two salads, three Cubans, Evelyn's Favorite (pasta), steak tacos and a Thai chicken dish. Only got a few pictures. Full transparency. I had written this place off years ago. After my visit tonight, it's back on the good list. Party of 5 started with Mac and cheese ball appetizer. Excellent. I had pizza style chicken parm and Jess had parm crusted chicken. Both were great, but hers was the best!! Kids all liked their dinners too. Ended with 5 different cheesecake flavors. Wonderful place. In Gainesville one Saturday and we opted for an early dinner. Place was packed at 4:00PM but we were still seated promptly. Beautiful spring day do we chose outdoor seating. Service staff were impeccable. Menu was huge. What I really liked is you could get smaller lunch size or larger dinner size for each entree. We had the Pretzel Bites with Cheese Fondue for an appetizer. The spicy mustard served with the Pretzel Bites was as good as the Cheese Fondue. Entrees were the Steak Tacos, Italian Sausage and Mushroom Rigatoni. The dollop of Ricotta on the Rigatoni was spectacular. Of course we finished with some Coconut Cream Cheesecake. I loved the Vegan Cob, it had beets, one of my favorite ingredients, avocado, a variety of lettuces, beans, and lots more healthy ingredients. I did this takeout, they always include a couple pieces of their yummy bread. I can't even eat it all the portion is so big, so I have it for 2 meals. Their sandwiches are great too, although I find the avocado a bit light on the turkey avocado sandwich so ask for extra. I hate to say but I usually skip the cheesecake. My friend and I are both cheesecake lovers, and so we were very much looking forward to visiting this cheesecake factory together.  We were seated after a short wait; we each ordered a cup of coffee and a piece of cheesecake.  Unfortunately, our server wasn't happy about our selections; he didn't come back to offer us either coffee refills or to check to see if we wanted anything else. This made my dish around $30. There were maybe 8 bites of chicken that were not even the size of nuggets. Loads of noodles. The food was good but not at all with the price. Once a go-to spot for a satisfying meal and generous portions, the Gainesville location has now fully embraced the corporate greed playbook: sky-high prices, laughably small portions, and the kind of service that makes you wonder why you even bothered leaving your house. Let's start with the prices: outrageous. You'd think they were flying in the ingredients on a private jet. Every dish -- even the basic pastas and salads -- now costs as much as a fine dining experience, but what you get is about the size of a child's plate. Gone are the days when you left here with a full stomach and a take-home box. Now? You're lucky if you don't leave hungry. The portions have been slashed to the point of absurdity. For example, the "full" entrée salads look more like overpriced side salads, and the pasta dishes come with barely enough sauce to coat the noodles, let alone flavor them. It's almost impressive how little you get for the price. And don't even think about ordering appetizers -- unless you enjoy paying $18 for six soggy, underwhelming bites. We booked a reservation the day of for my birthday and chose of of their specials entrees and wasn't disappointed. The Chicken Bellagio with Spinach tossed in the noodles was good. The noodles has their own sauces so if you want to add a little more you can do that. We also tried the new Oreo Cheesecake and it was delicious! This is the second time I've had "Brandon" as our server. Saturday the 19th were had a large party the manager was great about the short wait time. Service was great , the food was great. There wasn't a long wait for anything. Brandon was very attentive and met all our needs. The ambiance is always nice in Cheesecake factory.
