We love Kilwins! As Michiganders, we are not new to this! No other icecream shop that we know other then Michigan ones sells Superman icecream which is a staple in MI! We got a cup of icecream and a cone of two flavors-caramel and strawberry! So good! It was the perfect treat after having a great dinner!

Stopped here randomly on a shopping day at celebration pointe. My boyfriend and I had a taste for ice cream and this hit the spotttt

This is probably my favorite ice cream shop hands down in Gainesville! A must try is a season apple pie ice cream with actual chunks of apple pie! It's such an inviting, clean and bright atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and let you try almost every flavor! They also sell specific flavors by the pint, chocolates and candy apples! A must try for a sweets lover and in my opinion way better than decadent 2 stores down. Prices are reasonable and all of it is super delicious!

Opened my latte in the store and found that it was mostly foam, missing an inch of drink, and lukewarm ... terrible

Stopped in for some coffee today. They were pretty empty since it was a game day. I ordered a flavored latte. I received a very light cup of mostly foam and missing about an inch of coffee. It was also lukewarm. (See picture) I opened it before leaving because it felt way too light and tried to get their attention, but they were occupied with a large group and no longer looking in my direction by the door. I showed my husband and he said that the girl who made it seemed to not know how to use the machine and she sprayed foam all over the place while making it. Their ice cream is usually good but I'll never come back here just because of the customer service. If you don't know how to make something, you should not serve your "half attempt" to the customer.

This location is absolutely beautiful it's got so much charm and sweets galore! The bright white lights makes the shop feel modern and clean. The incredible waffle cone smell surrounding the air. I would've been content just walking in for a smell. But of course I had to try the ice cream. I sampled a few and they were good, nothing out of the ordinary. Until I tasted the apple pie ice cream. Let me tell you if this wasn't the best darn ice cream I've ever had! This place has sweets from fudge, caramel apples, sorbet and more! I'd love to try their other sweets but I don't know how I'll be able to convince myself not too get the apple pie ice cream because it was really that enjoyable. Throw in that it's located in Gainesville's beautifully built Celebration Pointe I can't really find much wrong with such a sweet place.

I am happy to see a Kilwins in Gainesville as i remember i first went to them in St. Augustine's. I got the cake batter ice cream and chocolate covered strawberry. I was having a stressful day so overindulged a little. If you're not sure what you want you can sample ice cream flavors and there are free fudge samples. This is the perfect place for chocolate lovers.

I don't always consider myself a connoisseur, but when I do I'm referring to ice cream. I don't many desserts, but I love ice cream so when I stumbled across this small ice cream shop in celebration pointe, I had to give it a shot. Kilwins is great because they offer more than just the traditional ice cream flavors: vanilla, cookies and cream, etc. They also have their own signature flavors that are just as good. As soon as I walked in the door, I noticed the crew making waffle cones fresh. That's always a good sign at an ice cream shop. When I took my first bite, I was genuinely surprised. What I thought was just another ice cream shop quickly became one of the best I've had in a while. The ice cream was delicious and the crew members are all very nice. This is some pricy ice cream, but the flavors are worth it in my opinion.

We ordered three different kinds of fudge. Each one was stale. It was obviously not stored properly. I would not recommend.

I selected a pound of various chocolates to get exactly what I wanted plus to avoid any possibility of the pre-packaged assortments being stale. These pre-packaged boxes however looked beautiful and all the chocolates were laid out neatly, with plastic wrap covering them so you could see what was inside. I figured the staff would place the chocolates I chose into a similar box and with as much care. Instead, to my horror when I opened the box at home, she had just thrown them into the box! You can see this in the photo attached. It upset my mom and is not the caliber of service you expect from a shop like this, furthermore, it easily could have been avoided: the girl who did it could have just placed a pound of candies into two boxes and tied them together with a ribbon or used a divider to create two layers in one box. There is no excuse, especially when something is clearly intended as a gift, for this sloppiness.

Answer: "Yes, we have these." (Clerk pointing to several small boxes behind a glass display case) Question: "May I see one?" Clerk retrieves a box and holds it on her side of the counter. Question: I extend my hand and ask, "May I look at it?" Answer: "No sir. It has alcohol in the cherries. I cant let you touch the box." Question: "The reason I can't look at the box is because it has alcohol?" Answer: "Yes Sir." Customer Departing Comment: "Enjoy your chocolates." Clerk Departing Comment: "Have a nice Day." Query: How does one read the ingredients without holding and reading the box? My wife visited several days before Christmas in a prior year to purchase some Marzipan. She was told they were making some later that day and to come back in the afternoon. When my wife returned she was told it had been made but all of it was sold. Overall, I do not feel customers are valued by this business and would never return!!

Perhaps, it's to keep everything fresh... Otherwise, this is a very nice Indian grocery store that offers beautiful fresh produce, authentic Indian food brands and a good variety of products. I could just go down every aisle and fill up a basket...easily! If I were a student, this would be one of my favorite spots to pick up pre-packaged Indian entrees and prepared meals. It's a tad bit on the pricier side, but there's a great variety and most of the staples are imported from the East. They even carry Satya Sai Baba Nag Champa incense and body products here among other wonderful home & personal care items. I love that they offer spices in smaller packages for around $1 each just in case you don't need pounds of cardamom. However, they do offer bulkier amounts of all essential spices for Indian cuisine. A few of the items you will find here are cardamom (fresh and green!), cumin, clove, cassia bark and cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg, mustard seeds, fenugreek, turmeric, garam masala, and a plethora of curries! Omg! And the RICE! They have a great selection of big bags of basmatis! My favorite part of the store is they have ready-to-eat spicy samosas and kachori. They were huge and only $1.25 each. You could reheat them in the microwave they provided in-store or save them to take home and either crisp them back up in the oven or refry. They are not made locally. The samosas did not come with any type of sauce and I was told that I would have to buy some if I wanted it, but either way - I would come back here for those again. They were really yummy! The greatest discoveries for me were the boxes of Girnar Instant Cardamom Chai Milk Tea and the Girnar Instant Masala Chai Milk Tea. Each box contains 10 sachets to make yourself a delightful beverage at home by just adding hot water. This milk tea was also offered hot, pre-made in-store, but you're going to pay $1.99 for a tiny little cup. Just buy the box of 10 ($5.99 each). There are more flavors...
