Most of the adults were able to enjoy a beer or two and Maddie made sure that we were taken care of and had what we needed. My wings were good and the broccoli was well cooked. The broccoli was brought out about 5-7 minutes after my wings, but not an issue. My daughter ordered a burger with no cheese with lettuce and tomato. The burger came out with just meat and bun. No worries - Maddie was on it to get the items and bring them out. When the lettuce was brought out there were bugs - not just 1 or 2, but like 8-10 fruit fly type bugs crawling around the lettuce. Maddie immediately apologies and we wanted to tell them so they didn't serve it out to anyone else. She said she told her manager and they would be coming by. They never did. We had twins there celebrating a birthday and we wanted to celebrate. We were told they could only do one free dessert. No problem - happy to pay for one so they could both celebrate, but the manager was going to come out to talk to us. The check was brought to the table and still no manager. I would not stop back in at this location which is unfortunate since the servers do their best to help and get what is needed, but managers not seem to want to do much. We never once yelled or requested anything except to speak with a manager to make sure no one else would get served with bugs.

We were really happy with our meal and would definitely come back if we need a quick bite. I also think it's great that they give you a drive-thru number instead of rushing orders out the window. I'd much rather wait a few extra minutes for hot, freshly made food than get something that's cold or undercooked. Great experience overall!

She said, "oh no, she's a rare person and such a good soul. She's ALWAYS like that at work!"
