Just passing through town, searching for the elixir of life... and let me tell you, I may have found it at Watershed Restaurant. These people know how to set up a great bar for everyone to have a good time! Beers were cold, pool tables were true. Most importantly, the kitchen was on point!!! Beware! This is a place that makes you order food from your cell phone. There are no waitresses. Just the food runners. Ordering the food and then having to pay for it and tip before you ever experience the service and the food!? Now to the punch line... The food was terrible. The service was worse, and I tipped generously thinking that the food would come in a timely manner. This place is running a Shell game. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. When they first opened I wasn't happy with the service or food here but they have certainly come around. Today the service was excellent and the food really good. My party of 3 all enjoyed their food. I had the grouper sandwich with sweet potato wedges. They were delicious. I will go back. read more

They advertised a $12 beer and burger special. The catch - you have to order the food and drinks separately and there are no servers so there's no way to get the deal. You have to seat yourself, order from a website to get food and stand in line at the bar to get drinks. No itemized bar tab so you have no idea what you're paying for. Very bad experience. Two hours to get apps and a burger. Don't waste your time. read more

Dear Watermark Owners, I'm all for restaurant owners embracing technology to make money; the more the better. Unfortunately, I can't see how the Watershed will ever profit from the customer ordering system my party experienced last night. It would have been nice if a staff member greeted customers, showed them to their table and offered a brief explanation of the ordering system. We had no idea that we had to order for ourselves from the QR pasted on the table. We ordered and submitted our payment information with a request for a tip before food arrived. My question is what would we base our tip on? It certainly couldn't have been for the service because there was none. How could we tip for the food if we had not yet been served? Needless to say the whole protocol was not clear. read more

The three of us were very disappointed in the whole dining experience. The customer was expected to do all the work. We ordered from a scantron on the table. That was fine but since we each wanted to pay for our meal, there was absolutely no coordination in the kitchen. One of us didn't get her meal until the other two were finished. No one asked if we would like a drink. We had to go up to the bar to order our own while our food got cold. Then we were asked to cover a tip when we made our initial order. Stopped in yesterday late afternoon before the evening rush. No queue to order food or drinks like I have seen previously where the line is out the door. Interesting style for ordering food. There are no servers/wait staff. You line up and order, pay for the meal and they provide you a number for the table. The staff finds your number and delivers the food. If you would like an alcoholic beverage you need to get that directly from the bar. The signage is quite clear that the queue to order food starts in a specific place. After waiting in that line and being the next person the staff kept taking people from some other magical queue. I don't understand the point of the signage if there are other places to stand and get served. Decided to leave as it's clear the wait staff was not interested in following their own signage. While the restaurant looked interesting, had a different menu for the area and had a fresh decor I won't be returning. read more

Just WOW! There few places anywhere around that offer this level of food , service and ambience ! The smell of the smoker and their amazing smoked wings greets you at the entrance located through the lively outdoor dining courtyard. The menu is small but perfected through a fine selection of American smokehouse traditional fare , from burgers to wings and a mouthwatering perfectly cooked filet mignon wrapped in bacon . The house salads is drag crisp and delish with an assortment of greens and crsips , ripe tomatoes and purple onion topped with shredded cheddar ! I got the blue cheese dressing paired it with the Filet and a crisp semi sweet apple slaw that all completed very nicely . Joel was the bar this evening and he knows his cocktails . Not your average beer and wine slinger but an absolute pro and he recommended a twist on a drink I never had before , "the last word " a yummy gin cocktail !! I would love to refer desert but I'm stuffed !!!! Oh and the prices are GREAT ! My filet which be two to three times the price anywhere else and smaller . This is a real culinary delight with a great ambience and service ! PS they have a brewery too but I haven't been to that area yet ! YET! Heard about it and wanted to try it out. A little different in the way they do it but the food was excellent. Jalapeño poppers as an appetizer and they were awesome. We shared the pulled pork sandwich. Had the traditional sauce and it was really good. Came with seasoned fries and they were excellent. The Apple slaw was really good, too. You order as you come in and then sit where you want. They bring the meal to the table. Not any contact after that though. We didn't need anything but if we had I would have just gone to the order desk. read more

We dropped in on our way to Orlando. It was Father's Day and Watershed's first anniversary. I couldn't have been more pleased. Great live music outside and nice tunes around the bar inside. The food was fantastic with huge servings and low prices. All the folks were super friendly. I will definitely keep this place in mind next time I'm traveling that way. read more

Really good food and the atmosphere is very relaxed. You order at the window then they bring to your table. Sit where ever you like and there are different seating areas inside and out along with everything from booth to table top. We had jalapeño poppers as an appetizer and they were delicious. Then we shared the pulled pork sandwich with regular sauce, they have others just ask, which was really good. Came with their seasoned fries with parmesan and black pepper and I really liked them. Comes with a small apple slaw which was really good. We were there late Saturday afternoon so the crowd was not a big one. They have inside and outside dining and play some really good music. The service is very poor. This was my first and will be the last time here when I walked in I asked a waitress if we order first and she said no just on Fridays and Saturdays. So me and my daughter at down and 25 mins later noone came and brought us any menus, took a drink order or nothing. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. Not only did we have to send back food because it was partially cooked but no one comes to check on you. The system they have is to give them an excuse to be lazy and not have to talk to their customers. The manager was argumentative. And all the waitresses except one, who's name was Madi was actually helpful. All of the other waitresses had an attitude problem. Not impressed at all; it's just a local place for the locals to come and get drunk. I wouldn't call this place a restaurant at all! And the decor is confusing; bohemian light; tiki straw over the bathroom; deer taxidermy and bayou decorations. Just terrible. Will never go back. read more

Reply to owner: I understand that meat is prepared in the kitchen, just like my own kitchen. There's no such thing as a vegan kitchen, there is food that is prepared without animal products. It isn't like food being kosher. Vegans are looking for options, especially when they go out with others, and by excluding options from the menu, you exclude everyone in the party. I don't accept that having a vegan protein or cheese substitute is prohibitively expensive. I can't take my family to your restaurant, and I live less than a mile away. I hope that you will reconsider offering something so that we could visit. It looks like a very nice restaurant. read more
