Dirt Cookie, Bananas Foster and S'mores

What an interesting concept for cookies. It's a very small, nondescript building. Once inside, I was expecting a case of cookies. This is where it's different. You order the cookies you want from a pretty extensive selection. They then bake the cookies while you wait in your car!! They were hot and delicious!! The person who helped us made sure we understood how things worked. The cookies are reasonably priced.

Got this cookie delivered as a valentines surprise, but this place never fails at having the best customer service and amazing desserts, it was delivered still warm. Definitely better than any other cookie places in town.

July 2022: 8 cookies for close to $13-- brought to our window warm & delicious
    Kaitlyn S.

I seldom eat cookies, & when I do I'm usually disappointed. Today I was NOT disappointed. We took bites from all 8 cookies (under $13), and ALL WERE DELICIOUS even after they were no longer warm. The 5 STARS are for the cookies & for them being delivered directly to our vehicle. Even the VEGAN cookies were great! This business is SO UNCOMPLICATED & SO NOT FANCY. Patrons walk inside. All that's visible are the tall refrigerators that hold the cookie dough; the ordering counter; one staffer; & rudimentary white copy paper menus w/ black type taped to three wall surfaces. Patrons walk up to the counter; place their orders; pay the cashier; provide vehicle make & color; then retreat to their automobiles. Immediately after the cookies are baked & boxed, another staffer runs them out to the perspective automobiles. SO SIMPLISTIC, YET SO GOOOOOD! And there were approximately 12 cookie varieties from which to choose! Three of the twelve were seasonal/temporary cookies. If a Peanut Butter cookie is your favorite, as it is mine, you're gonna love the cookie made here. Yet, they were ALL EXCELLENT-- see pic! I'll be happy to return the next time I'm in town. This business is CLOSED ON TUESDAY. Hours are Sunday 3 PM to 12 AM, Monday 6 PM to 12 AM, Wednesday & Thursday 6 PM to 12:45 AM, & Friday & Saturday 6 PM to 1:15 AM.

Milk and cookies. A true classic midnight snack and a cookie restaurant that never disappoints. I've ordered from here several times and I always end up with a happy belly and a smile on my face. I order the cookie break special which includes 6 cookies and a 16 ounce cup of milk for only 9.79, plus delivery and taxes. Most cookies are delicious but the peanut butter with a Hershey kiss was a small disappointment. the cookie and chocolate ratio was not equal. It felt like I should have just ordered a regular peanut butter cookie. My favorite by far will always be the s'mores! You can never go wrong with this one. A new one I tried was the banana pudding and it kept true to its name. The actual restaurant if you ever get the chance to go inside is so worth because it smells amazing every time! The staff is very patient and kind! There's so many choices both classic and new kinds of cookies! My cookie craving will always be satisfied by Midnight Cookies!

This is the perfect place to go to if you're having a late night sweet tooth craving. Midnight Cookies is known for having amazing, fresh baked cookies available for you within 15-20 minutes. My favorite cookies are cookies and cream and the birthday cake. The cookies and cream comes with white chocolate chips which is always a great touch. I love the variety of cookies they have to offer. You are bound to find something you'll like. I also like the s'mores, dirt, and midnight cookie options. Although not my favorite, they're still pretty good. The dirt cookie is unique because it comes with pudding on top. So I would recommend eating that cookie fresh instead of saving it for later. Each cookie costs about $1.69 but they have specials too. Sometimes it's difficult to justify paying that price for a cookie when you can easily get 2 dozen at Publix for $4, but nothing beats a fresh, warm cookie. It's not a place I come to often, but I like coming here when I like to indulge. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for good, fresh cookies! I usually call ahead so I don't have to wait for the cookies to be made when I get there. Be sure to check their hours as they have unconventional hours.

Whenever you need that sweet tooth fix, midnight cookies is the way to go! I ordered a deal with 8 cookies and got them nice and warm. I called them in on the phone and it was ready within 15 minutes to pick up. I recommend calling ahead to save time since there is a special line for pick up. MC is located in a huge plaza so parking was not an issue. They do have different hours so definitely check their schedule to make sure they're open when you want them.

From top left clockwise. Bacon pecan, bananas foster (vegan), birthday cake, and chocolate chip.

Another cool concept for fast food. Individual cookies baked to order delivered in a pizza box. They should use some waxed paper as the oil/butter soaks thru the box eventually. For pick up, call ahead or you will have to wait while your fresh cookies bake. Very good cookies. Great marketing - order your college student some cookies and milk during finals week and have them delivered.

There is only one flaw with this place: the cookies. The service, the fast delivery, the "warmness" of the cookies are all great. The flavor of the cookies just was not there. It tasted very average compared to what I was expecting. The s'mores cookie was very tasty, but the other ones I ate all tasted the same to me. I usually am not picky. I am confident, despite the cookies being average, this is still the best place for late night cookies in town. Although it has closed down, CookieGazm was a better late night cookie spot in my opinion. Overall, if you are having a midnight craving for a warm cookie to munch on, this is the spot for you. But in my opinion, I'd rather just bake my own cookies for a better tasting treat.

    My cookies.

Milk and cookies might not seem groundbreaking when you first think about it. They are a classic pairing from our childhoods, especially during the holiday season. That is what is so brilliant about this little bakery. They provide a little comfort instead of the usual yogurt shop or smoothie place you typically find in Gainesville. The recipes are new twists on old classics. They don't leave out the vegans or lactose intolerant so no one has an excuse this year to jip Santa. They have toppings such as marshmallow and pudding for an added treat. I would recommend eating them while they are warm. If you don't eagerly gobble them up as soon as you get them like I did just pop them in the microwave.

Top two midnight cookie, two middles are s'mores, bottom left red velvet and bottom right lucky charms

These are the best cookies hands down anywhere. They bake them fresh it takes a minute but if you call ahead they are great. Its hard not to eat them then and there as you get them. The smores is my go to and any new specialty ones they come out with are really good too. Some chocolate milk and you are set.

Ordered a dozen assorted cookies and picked them up. Fresh warm, large. Favorite was oatmeal cookie and chocolate chip. Tasted s'mores and others. Homemade but didn't wow me. Late night ordering and delivery available. Won't rush back.

This is THE place to go if you're craving some sweets. A wide range of cookies, I purchased the 3 vegan cookies that they were offering (Banana Foster, Peanut-butter, & Oreo) they all tasted amazing! 10/10.

Get a drink and snack and get a dessert for free. Kiosk was a bit tricky, but staff was standing by to help. Drinks were decent. Red bean milk tea, large size, light ice, and 25% sweet. You get the idea--lots of customizations were available. There were a large selection of snacks on the menu. Tempted to get the popcorn chicken ,but went with the veggie ramen. The spouts were crunchy, leafy greens were fresh, and the soup base flavorful. Served in a plastic bowl. Lots of snacks to choose from too. The ube cream puff was pre wrapped. The comment was it was better than it looks. And it didt look that bad... Thumbs up for this place. Including the bonus star for family owned, top marks!

It wasn't too loud inside and there were plenty of places to sit. I think it would be a great place for a date or to meet up with friends. My order: The matcha green tea w. coconut milk (no boba). I also tried the tiramisu mousse cake. The green tea was really tasty, the tiramisu mousse was just okay IMO. Why I left a four star review: There weren't a lot of dairy-free milk options, the price point was a tad high, and there are too many other boba tea shops in Gainesville with a better price point and flavors.
