Very pleasant atmosphere I enjoyed the view and the drinks too. They have a great selection on the menu and I would definitely recommend this place.

Came here for a a Birthday Party on Super Bowl Sunday. It was a great experience. It's located on the 29th floor of the 4 Seasons Hotel. You have the option for valet at $26 or self parking at 25. Since I didn't want to take that cold walk I did valet. The birthday celebration was held in an upstairs room. They were kind enough to bring a TV up so we could watch the game. The best thing about the Bygone was the views. Spectacular seeing the city lights at night. Only had drinks there. The Old Fashioned I had was a little on the sweet side. I also had a seasonal Checkerspot Brewery beer that was on draft. Service for the birthday celebration was impeccable. The bar tender was great. I wish I could remember his name. He was very knowledgeable and made some great drinks. They have a huge selection of spirits so you can get just about any cocktail you can think of. I would like to come back for a dining experience one day.

We chose to dine here to celebrate our move to Baltimore. We came on a Monday night so it was not very busy. I love a quiet, romantic restaurant with a view, this fit the bill perfectly. The views of the Inner Harbor from our corner table were fabulous. The decor is chic and old school glam, I loved it. We opted for the tasting menu. Each plate was artistically presented and thoughtfully prepared. The chef even came out and explained one of the courses. I sincerely enjoy all of the effort and talent that goes into creating this type of feast. So why only three stars? The service and the timing of the courses. The service was odd (by committee) some courses explained, others not. There were huge stretches of time between a few of the plates. We were not offered extra bread during these times. When we requested a bit more, there was a definite eye roll vibe. Certain courses that I am positive were meant to be served hot were indeed not. We were checked on frequently during the first half of the meal, the second half we could not even get water refills. Finally, there was a palate cleanser that was a bit tricky to eat, and one of the waitresses came by and made a snarky comment. We have enjoyed many tasting menus. At this point in my foodie life, my expectations are pretty high for both taste, presentation, and service. Especially at this price point. This place missed the mark.

Views, views, views!!! Did I mention full 360° panoramic views of the entire city? The Bygone is on the 29th floor of the Four Seasons and truly has one of the most breathtaking dining views in Baltimore. It's worth coming just for that alone. The ambiance feels glamorous and old-school Gatsby meets modern rooftop lounge. The service was attentive and kind, and the energy of the place makes it perfect for a date night or drinks with friends. The food (prime rib, bygone burger, and crab cake) and cocktails are good, though for the price point there are certainly stronger options in the city. Still, if you're going for the vibes and views, The Bygone definitely delivers

Went for brunch. The rooftop restaurant is gorgeous with great views and the service was prompt and thoughtful. The brunch buffet spread was lovely with items ranging from chilled seafood and charcuterie to standards like eggs and sausage to an omelet station, meat shaving station and caviar table. It was very chic and I definitely plan to go back!

Brunch at The Bygone is a *vibe*--think sky-high views, luxe decor, and a waiter with A+ banter. I booked a week ahead and scored a window seat, which was worth it alone. Tried nearly everything (caviar excluded). The carved meats? Stellar. That salmon? A love letter. Steak? Perfectly medium rare, with a DIY option if you're a well-done type. Fruit was fresh, desserts were meh. Downside: salty bacon, confused French toast (hard *and* soggy?), and forgettable sausage. Would I brunch again? Probably not. But dinner? I'm intrigued. Come for the view, stay for the steak. skip the French toast.

Special thanks to Ashanti and staff at the Bygone! My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary at the Bygone last night. We had an incredible evening. The food was exceptional and our server Ashanti was amazing. We arrived in daylight and were able to watch the sunset as we ate. The server even had a handwritten happy anniversary card from our friends at rhe Bygone! Thanks again for a wonderful evening!

Excellent views, okay drinks. Located on the top floor of the Four Seasons; must take back right elevator to get there. Definitely worth it to come for the gorgeous views during the day or at night, and might as well order a drink, which will be stronger than you expect and on the mid-to-high price range. Standard service. Rooftop bar and restaurant.

The restaurant was nice. The hotel entrance to get to the penthouse was lovely. When you arrive to the left is the host. To the right the have a wall full of wine. Beautiful bathrooms. I loved the photos of the different celebrities. The food was decent I wish the portion size was bigger for the price and bit more seasoned. But the experience was great. I was excited to see they had mocktails which was very nice and refreshing. You can also go outside on the balcony which had a great view.

From the moment I stepped off the elevator, I knew this was going to be a special experience. They greeted me by name--no need to check in twice. The attention to detail was impeccable. Our journey through the menu was expertly guided by our captain, who was knowledgeable, intuitive, and truly elevated the experience. She was so exceptional that I way over-tipped--happily. Being from NY, I took my daughter for a special dinner, not expecting the breathtaking views we had. But as stunning as the views were, the flavors kept us focused on the food. The shaved truffles over a perfectly cooked egg? A flawless bite. And that was just the beginning. It only got better from there. I'll be back every chance I get. While my daughter staying in Maryland after college is reason enough to visit, Beyond is a very close second.

This place has an excellent buffet style brunch. I was visiting Baltimore and we decided to come back here after 3 years. The quality of the food and service hasn't changed. If anything it improved (they didn't have caviar back in 2022). If you're into fresh oysters, shrimp, smoked salmon and all the components of a vibrant-looking tasty brunch I would highly recommend this place. Also, the venue is nice with beautiful views of the harbor. Totally worth the price!

Came here with some friends for dinner for the first time and had a delightful shared meal! The service was surprisingly pretty good for a busy Thursday night at sunset. Our server was kind and helped us celebrate many accomplishments! The drinks were yummy and the food was decent. Will come back to try more menu items!

When we arrived, we were the only ones there, and there was one staff member working. That said, she came over immediately, brought us menus, and made the experience feel welcoming right away. We had to ask about tastings and she poured us about four different wines to try, which was a really nice touch and made the experience feel relaxed. We liked a few of the wines and ended up purchasing a bottle of Honor Cava Brut Rosato for $32.99. Solid choice. Nothing mind-blowing, but enjoyable and fairly priced for the setting. The space itself felt calm and cozy, especially with the fireplace and wine displays, but at the time we were there it didn't have a ton of energy or buzz. To be fair, it was early in the day, so I can absolutely see this place feeling very different in the evening or on a weekend when the patio and waterfront vibe are in full swing. V-NO is a pleasant, low pressure wine stop with friendly service, a thoughtful tasting experience, and a beautiful waterfront location. It may not scream "vibes" during slower daytime hours, but it's an easy place to relax, learn what you like, and enjoy a glass (or a bottle) without feeling rushed. I'd definitely come back later in the day to see it come to life.

The ambiance was upscale but still managed to be relaxed and comfortable. We had a lovely dinner, the waiter was busy but was still attentive and patient. Our whole experience was awesome, so we were already going back in the future. Yesterday I realized a mistake on my bank account from the bar charge, so I called around 6 pm and spoke to the same gentlemen as before. He got all my info and promised he'd call back in 5 minutes. I didn't really expect 5 minutes because I know how crazy the dinner rush would be at an Italian restaurant with a Wednesday wine special. Not even 3 minutes later he called back, and explained what happened, fixed it and I got a follow up text immediately letting us know the refund was already in process. Now, I've been in the service industry and I was a bartender, so I understand that I'm going to be a little biased here but from beginning to end Benny's went above and beyond. My girl quite hilariously said that the bread was tragically authentic, LOL! She's not wrong, it was pretty hard but it was also very good. The duck confit and savory crépe I would have loved it if they made that into an entree because I'd have eaten a whole plate of it. It was delicious! Their menu might be classic French, but none of the entrees spoke to me. It was a warm late spring/almost summer night, and I found their menu to be heavy and not very seasonal. I wanted something lighter, something more spring. Since the entrees weren't calling to us, we stuck to the small plates/hors d'oeuvres section of the menu and shared: Potato & Leek Soup (butter croutons and garlic chive oil); Salad Lyonnaise (soft boiled egg, bacon lardons, endive, frisee, and radishes); tableside beef tartare (verjus mustard, capers, tomato, truffle); short rib pappardelle (truffled egg yolk, red onion, Parmesan, and short rib ragu); and Iberico Secreto (apple butter, macerated cranberries, hazelnuts, and microsage). Of these, I'd say we enjoyed the soup and the iberico the best. The beef tartare wasn't cut/diced or mixed very well despite the very fun tableside preparation. The pasta had a truffle oil pungency that isn't for us, so I wouldn't order that dish again, but otherwise the food was pretty good. I do think there is better French food in Baltimore, but Monarque offers something special. The service is great. The wine and cocktails are great. The decor is cool. But best of all? Thursday-Sunday, Monarque hosts Monarque After Dark. Burlesque, cabaret, live jazz music... At Monarque, it's dinner with a show. The performers we saw were great. Monarque After Dark made our night. If the food didn't blow me away, the experience still did. FYI the music is quite loud, so I wouldn't recommend dinner at Monarque if you prefer a quieter dinner! We had a great time at Monarque. I'd certainly return - next time for some drinks, oysters, and shrimp cocktails and the show!

The rest of the menu was so good I would still say you could skip the fries and order a double serving of hush puppies.

We immediately asked the hostess for a different table. She told as that the three booths and the six other two-tops were all reserved. She left us with no attempt at an apology and promptly put reserved signs on all the open tables. When we left an hour later, one booth and 4 two-tops had never been used. Much to our dismay, we saw people seated outside even though we had received a text before arriving saying the patio was closed for the evening. To add insult to injury, even half empty, the noise level was so uncomfortable since everything was tile, marble, or wood that the alarm sensor on my smart watch sounded because of the decibel level. We will not be back.

Located on the top level of Crossbar Biergarten, The Wurst is a true hidden gem. You would never know it was there unless someone told you. The entrance is literally a walk-in freezer door just to the left of the stairs on the second floor, which adds to the fun speakeasy feel. We stopped in for pregame drinks before a nearby Yelp Elite event, and it did not disappoint. We were the only ones in the bar, and our bartender was fantastic, quick, friendly, and clearly knew his craft. I ordered a Paper Plane, a whiskey based cocktail with Aperol, lemon, and Amaro Nonino. It was perfectly balanced and the ideal drink to have after work. My fiancée ordered the Pornstar Martini, which she became very familiar with during a recent trip to Paris. The Wurst's version was a bit unorthodox since they serve the champagne on the side instead of as a floater on top. Not a negative, just different, and more of a deconstructed approach that some might treat like a chaser. Overall, The Wurst is a really cool concept bar that feels unlike anything else in Federal Hill. Between the hidden entrance, relaxed atmosphere, and quality drinks, it is definitely worth checking out if you enjoy creative cocktails and a good story to go with them.

From the secret entrance to the moody lighting and curated cocktails -- the whole vibe is top-tier. I tried one of their signature smoky bubble drinks, and it was a full experience -- visually stunning and smooth to sip. The staff was friendly, the music was classy, and every detail felt intentional.
