It's a sleeper hit! The place was super clean. Considering the tasty food I was shocked the place was nearly empty (but it was 2 PM already). The creamed corn is like casserole type, and savory. The ribs fall off the bone, the brisket is not dry, sausage nicely smoked. The sauce I could drink it honestly. I love that it is not a super sweet bbq sauce it's got that vinegar taste and it really compliments the meat. The sides are a pick and choose thing the potato salad not so great but the other side was was good. The prices are just wonderful most places will charge you and arm and a leg for bbq but this place is absolutely worth it. If I were to give them a recommendation, I would say to turn up the music put some music on the stage create dance floor and have three dollar beers on Friday night. Fill up the joint get people inside make it feel exciting instead of empty. The space is really big and it's pretty empty. You may need to close off parts of the restaurant to make it feel cozier and add decor. The bbq here is on point!!! I ordered the 3 meat entree with pork ribs, chicken and jalapeño sausage. All of them were well flavored and the chicken was cooked to perfection. Brisket was perfectly tender and the ribs fell off the bone. The sides collard greens were delicious. YUMMY.
