My go to places for my online eBay store. Guys up in front will help you out if needed. I was here for a quick pick up for one of my irregular shape items. Cool that they have displays for you and sizes to make it easier on deciding what to get. read more

I had an usual request, I am from Florida and needed someone local in Orange to go pick up some items I have purchased on eBay and the seller not willing to ship. I decided to call The Box Zone as they where located within the pick up location. I was helped by Andrew, I explained him my needs and although they only do boxing and shipping, they promptly went the extra mile by getting in contact with the seller and going for pick up. Fortunately, at the last minute the seller decided to deliver it at their store. I had a stellar service at The Box Zone, they have a very helpful team there, and the boxes are already on the way to Miami now. I have never been there in person, but they left a very positive impression; this is the hard to find type of people you always want to bump into when looking for a professional. Thank you guys for your help on this, very much appreciated! read more

Large selection of boxes but not the cheap compared to PaperMart. Still a good place to buy boxes if you are in a time crunch.

This store was recommended to me by "It's about time" antique store on Glassell, (the best one on the circle btw). I purchased two large Maitland Smith vases from them, and I live in Atlanta. The vases arrived today and the Box Zone totally exceeded my expectations. i will say, I worried about these vases! I loved them and had looked online everywhere, so basically, to me, they were irreplaceable. Also, too big and heavy to go on the plane with me. The folks at Box Zone, double boxed them and used enough bubble wrap, foam wrap, and packing peanuts that if those suckers had fallen off the truck, they probably would still be ok. Thankfully, they arrived safe and sound and look beautiful in my house. Thank you, Box Zone. You are the best! read more

I would give The Box Zone more stars if I could! I went to a UPS store near by (which is where I've been going for the last 4 years) and they wanted to charge me $56 to package my item, then another $125 to ship it. There was no way, I was about to pay $56 to package my item, so I yelped packaging. I thought that the $125 was the standard shipping cost. I was planning on buying the boxes and packaging my gift to my friend myself, but when they told me that it was around $54 for them to package AND ship my item, I was floored!!! That was cheaper then me going to UPS and them just packaging my item, not even including their ridiculous $125 shipping fee! The gentleman at The Box Zone even went into detail how they were going to package my item, since it was fragile, and it was definitely more then what UPS would have done. They said they were going to pad it and box it twice. But that's not it! My item was a special gift that I was sending to a friend in the east coast and when my friend received my gift, they were so impressed with the packaging! I wasn't able to see how they packaged it, I trusted them. I just left the gift and they said they would take care of it. Well apparently they took VERY good care of it and packaged it very nicely, for my friend to take notice. I wish I stood around to see how they packaged it. My friend only mentioned the packaging, because they thought that I packaged it myself and how I did an amazing job. WOW The Box Zone, BRAVO! Thank you! This was a very important gift to a special friend. Thank you for taking care of this. I am thoroughly impressed and I'm pretty hard to please. You have found yourself a lifetime customer. Writing you a positive review is the least I can do. Thank you!!! read more

I love the Box Zone (the one in Orange)! I drive all the way from Westminster just to get my supplies here. Their assortment of boxes is terrific, but best of all is their customer service. The folks are super helpful and friendly. I sell misc. items on eBay and need all sizes of boxes. The Box Zone gives a volume discount on mix & match sizes - not just a certain amount of one size. That's a huge plus. I really appreciate the staff and the selection of box sizes. I always have a good experience here so thought it was time to spread the word. read more

Best source ever for packaging, shipping. Jerry helped me not only find the right gift box for a large gift program for my clients, but suggested easy-pull ribbons, colored tissue, the correct outer box for shipping. They've got it all! They're so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable that it's a pleasure to shop there. He made very good recommendations about packing materials overall. And he's good-looking, too! All the staff were very helpful, the prices were reasonable, and everything I needed was in stock. A very good experience amidst the challenges of moving. read more

I had an unusual sized hard to ship item I sold on ebay... I decided for the first time to have it professionally shipped since it was an $1800 item. After going to about 5 shipping place in Orange county, The Box zone was the best price by far. They helped me figure out the best and cheapest way to ship. They saved me over $200 on the shipping and the service was top notch. They are very confident about what they do. I left there feeling 100% confident the package would arrive safely. Needless to say...the package arrived safe and I received a great feedback on ebay....they said the item was packed incredibly well and fast shipping. Whew!!!! Big Relief! Thank you Box Zone!!!!! I'll be back. :) read more

Price matching, personal service, helpful suggestions I needed a special box to move and store a lampshade that's 27" in diameter and 7 inches tall. The helpful folks at the Box Zone found a box that would accommodate the 27" and cut it down in height for me - after watching the measuring, marking, slicing and folding, I'm thrilled that they did it for me. Finding out that I was going to a competitor to purchase plastic film wrap, they made me a great deal on the wrap (allowing me to skip an errand) and finally, learning that I am moving soon, they offered a huge cost saving alternative to packing a truck and driving it myself. They are able to come to my home, put everything on pallets, cardboard enclose and protect, strap down and then ship the stuff to be delivered to my driveway in my new location. I couldn't be happier with the service, the prices or the helpfulness. If you have a shipping issue, I think the guys here - especially the gentleman that I think was the owner (annoyed I didn't get a name) can come up with a solution... 'cause, ya know what they think outside of... read more

I like the fact that they literally have every size box that you need in one place. However i think they take advantage of it because the prices are a bit high for an individual box. Better deal to purchase in bulk. read more

Surfed the internet looking for cheap boxes and found the Box Zone. Immediately upon entering I was greeted by a very knowledgeable employee named Marco. He helped me select my boxes and only recommended the packing supplies that were necessary. When he rung me up, I joked about a discount and he immediately said, "let me check with my boss." Sure enough, they lowered the price on a few items. Marco helped load my car, which wasn't easy! I got all the way home and had started to organize myself for tomorrow's big pack, I realized that the metal bars for my wardrobe boxes were not in my car. I called at 6:15 (they close at 6:00) and left a message. Nearly 5 minutes later I receive a call from Marco stating that he had heard my voice mail and apologized for forgetting the metal bars. He then offered to bring them to my house. Seriously! He arrived nearly an hour later with metal bars in hand. Who does that! I would go back again and again based on Marco's service alone. read more
