This restaurant is a gem! I truly enjoy the ambience and atmosphere. It gives a different and unique vibe. I ordered the breakfast burger and it was a 10/10. There were some candied jalapeños on the sandwich that really took it over the top. It was such a simple burger but it was really good and had great flavor. I also enjoyed the breakfast potatoes which were crispy and seasoned. It was a little busy during the time we went so the food did take a little bit but not too long.

What rock have I been living under? Came here with a friend for brunch on Sunday around 11am. I made a reservation on Thursday night and they called Saturday to confirm and let me know that the elevator was down and that it would be a 5 flight stair climb. When I arrived I was greeted by a cheerful host and my waitress Camyrn was nice as well. They mentioned a few options and I settled on the biscuit and gravy with soft scrambled eggs and potatoes. I had an orange that was good too and there are free refills on that. The biscuits and gravy was the star of the show. The cheddar biscuits is different and pairs well with the gravy. The kitchen was a bit behind so we waited for about 35 minutes for our food but it was worth it. The inside of this place is decorated beautifully, staff is friendly, and it is clean. As always folks, until next time...

Fantastic family baby shower brunch at Bellwether yesterday. The food was delicious! I was too distracted to take pictures but we had buffet style with scrambled eggs (they were cooked perfectly), giant fluffy biscuits, fresh fruit, two types of sausage, two types of gravy for the biscuits, roasted crispy potatoes and waffles! Coffee was awesome with all types of cream, juices and soda. The two ladies running the event were lovely and accommodating. The event space is charming and still has the effects of being an old power plant building. I highly recommend The Bellwether for your next event. Thank you for making our celebration so special!!

What a neat space! Very romantic and modern. And what a view. Our server was incredibly sweet, and was excited we were there for the first time. We opted for the diver scallops and the sun dried tomato & fennel pasta. The scallops were cooked perfectly. My husband loved the pasta but i thought it was a bit spicy. They had quite a few things on their menu I'd try, so we will probably come back!

I was very satisfied with my experience at the Bellwether. I have only been here for brunch in the past, so this was the first time I've experienced their dinner menu. I started with a cocktail that was lovely. We also ordered the wagyu bruschetta as an appetizer. Overall, it was good, but the flavors clashed a bit. However, the entrees blew us away. I ordered the pan roasted duck breast. Typically, I do not like duck but this was amazing. The exterior was crispy, and the crispy herb gnocchi was a perfect complement to the rich flavor of the duck. Our waitress was kind and attentive. We were seated downstairs, and the ambiance gave dark academia. I loved it! I'm excited to come back and try more.

I visited today for the first time and it was a last minute decision for a galentine's brunch. We initially picked another place but due to unforseen circumstances we had to quickly choose another location. It was 6 of us, The Bellweather was able to accommodate us. I had the bacon fried rice and it was sooooo good, it was recommended by Jacob. He was amazing btw, my son had the cinnamon roll and even that was delicious. The icing was definitely made in house. I really liked the overall vibes of the place, my son kept saying it was luxury lol. I would definitely attend again for dinner. This would be a perfect date night place.

Went in about 8pm for dinner & a drink. The service was amazing. The place was fairly empty but the hostess & bartender were great. Its such a cute space. Love all the lanterns hanging. The cozy booths. The patio! Food menu is limited but what they do offer is delicious. We had mushroom pasta & the peach bourbon bread pudding for dessert. The cocktails are also stellar.

A delicious brunch for sure! Went to brunch about 12:30 on a Saturday and it wasn't busy at all. We sat upstairs and it felt very intimate which i love. Our server was sweet, fast and attentive. She made our mimosas - grapefruit for me, Delicious. They also do bottomless for those who want to enjoy more than one. The food was - mmmmm yes. I had the fried rice, with a medium egg. The sauce was delicious and it was cooked very well. I also had the smashed potatoes which were okay, i like them a little more crunchy so the re heat was phenomenal My date had the new cinnamon waffle and cleared the plate! Honestly a wonderful meal, we were both ready for bed after!

WELL! When pulling the Bellwether up to do my review, old pictures showed up! I knew I'd been there before, but I didn't have a review, so decided to go again. This time with a group of 5 of us. The Bloody was very tasty, though not dressed up very well IMO. I ordered the Farmer's Breakfast (over easy, turkey sausage and biscuit). It was all DELICIOUS! And more than I felt I should eat in one seating... Somebody talked me into ordering another cocktail that I can't find on the online menu. Something with rye.... VERY tasty! All in all, I enjoyed the visit a lot and would love to come back during better weather for a happy hour on their patio.

The restaurant has a charming, cozy atmosphere with a unique library-inspired vibe, complete with bookshelves filled with books that add character. The food was delicious, and our server was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.

What a beautiful day for a nice brunch! I came here on Sunday, 8/3, to celebrate our friend moving with some friends. We had a late reservation at 1:30 and while we initially sat outside, we decided to move inside. Our server was stupendous in every facet. He was extremely attentive, never letting our water get too low and always there for anything we requested. I came in quite famished and went with the farmers breakfast and talk about bang for your buck. Drink wise, I went with the blueberry lavender sparkling cocktail. It wasn't long before our food came out and it far exceeded my expectations. The eggs were fluffy, the potatoes were seasoned and a lot better than expected and best of all, the turkey sausage was some of the best I've had. I can't speak enough good things about the food, the service, and how beautiful the restaurant is both inside and out. I'll def. be back.

My best friend said this was the best biscuits & gravy she's ever had! The biscuits were a little crunchy for me

We were visiting the Lou for a candlelight concert, stayed overnight and found this delightful place for brunch. Perfect patio weather! We loved our waitress, Liz. She passed along suggestions for other things to do in the area. We will definitely return & have already recommended this to other friends!

The Bellwether is a real treat for brunch. Nice menu offerings to include every taste and diet imaginable! No gf breads( which would be nice) , but gf dishes as well as vegetarian and vegan and plain old good food! Service was courteous, helpful without being overly solicitous. Some very well done cocktail and bar options. Nice open space for dining and conversation. Elevator up for a good dining experience.
