Every time I come here I'm very impressed. I have to say they have some of the best cocktails in STL. I'm also obsessed with the taquitos.

This place was amazing. It shares a kitchen with Yellowbelly, so what can you expect other than perfection. This place didn't disappoint. Let's start with the food/drink. We started with Brussels sprouts and holy mother of god they were amazing. The fried rice with all the fixin's added in was also divine. The other dish we got was the steak which was good. We finished with the dessert espresso martini. The service was great, our waitress was so attentive and sweet. There was a large group next to us and the whole place was booked and full. The space is small and I'd suggest getting reservations. Also final note - the branding is absolutely ON POINT here, so cute. The vibe of the whole place is very much aesthetically pleasing to a restaurant named Lazy Tiger

We love this place. It's definitely worth checking out during their happy hour which is Monday through Friday 5 to 630 where they have $12 cocktails and a small discounted food menu. Definitely, definitely, definitely make a reservation because they are usually booked on the weekends. We love to sit at the lazy Tiger bar because the bartender is awesome and it's much quieter than the tables in my opinion and great for just two people on a date night . My favorite cocktail is the "too much mustard". My husband rotates, but he likes the "lazy tiger". Off the happy hour food menu we always get the duck fat fries which are absolutely to die for we also love the mini spicy chicken sandwich and the nachos . We have tried the salmon mini slider off the happy hour menu, but weren't as big of fans of that sandwich as we like everything else not on the happy hour food menu we have tried the coconut shrimp which are crispy and have such a unique flavor. We've ordered these twice and really love them. My husband also tried the Caribbean chicken sandwich and felt that it was good but he liked some of the other items better. We love the cozy, dark, sexy atmosphere of this bar/restaurant. Our service is always stellar. Definitely recommend.

Fun weird moody tiki vibe inside. Excellent creative cocktails, very good food. We especially liked the tomato watermelon salad! The menu is small but high quality. Mostly overlaps with its sister restaurant Yellowbelly but I think the vibe here is much better for dinner or a date. Yellowbelly is more brunch/ lunch vibes.

I went here for the first time recently and it did not disappoint! Their current "Toxic Spill" menu is equally visually appealing as the cocktails are delicious and dangerous. I enjoy when a server is knowledgeable about the menu, and it's more appreciated for seasonal menus. They share a kitchen with Yellowbelly, and all the food I got is worthy of reordering: crab fritters, beef fat fries, Brussels sprouts, and the charred carrots.

I had such a great experience at Lazy Tiger in STL everything was truly 10/10. The service was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcomed from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely incredible! Highly recommend. The place was even decorated so cute!

Really cute little restaurant. Would be great for a date. I felt like I was taking myself out since I sat at the bar and great conversation with the bartender. He helped me on my mocktail. I got the Spaghetti Western, it was so weird and good. As for food, I got the crab fritters. They were delicious as well as really cute.

We really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately for us, the obnoxiously loud rap type music ruined the entire experience. As we walked in, we were shocked at how loud the music was blaring. We probably should have turned around and walked out, but we already paid for parking and didn't have a plan B. Oddly enough, the unique drink menu had a spaghetti western theme. And how does that go with loud rap? Though the drinks and food were overall tasty and our server was pleasant, we were looking to relax after a long day and just couldn't enjoy it. We did speak to the waitress about it but they never turned the music down. The place was Jess than half full if that tells you anything. If you like extremely loud music at dinner, this is your place. We won't be back.

Saddle Up for Happy Hour at Lazy Tiger! We hit up Lazy Tiger for Happy Hour and it did not disappoint--especially with their current Spaghetti Western menu in full swing! Every cocktail we tried was totally unique, served in quirky, fun glassware that matched the bold flavors in the glass. Think: orgeat sweetness, Italian herb earthiness, a hit of tahin on the rim--it was like a flavor adventure across the wild, stylish West. And let's talk about the $8 Happy Hour nachos... absolute game-changer. Crispy, loaded, and perfectly balanced--these might just be some of the best nachos in STL right now. If you're into playful cocktails with serious craft behind them (and a killer snack to go with), Lazy Tiger's Happy Hour is calling your name. Go now while the Spaghetti Western vibes are still pouring! #STLBougieBites #HappyHourVibes #LazyTigerSTL #SpaghettiWesternSips #CocktailAdventure

I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant (I sat at the bar). A truly delightful place experience from start to finish! The ambience was modern and vibey yet totally inviting and cozy. The cocktail menu and execution rivaled my fave places in Los Angeles. I had the fried oyster app, brussels, scallops and tiramisu for dessert. Highly recommend!

Overall it was a pretty great experience from beginning to end. I was a little confused upon arrival because it's not easy to spot the entrance with it being connected to Yellow Belly. Walking in the lighting was a nice dim set, it was giving intimate date night vibes. The artwork in there was absolutely gorgeous. I loved all of it! The hostess and well as the other staff was extremely friendly and did not mind providing several recommendations. All the food I had was stellar, cooked to perfection. The seasoning in everything was on point. We sid not care for the drinks at all which is the only reason I have it a 4 star.

Dimly-lit, lowkey vibes. Would feel more intimate if the music was a tad quieter. The drinks were a little pricey, but were quite good and strong. Overall enjoyable experience. Favorite dishes: Lazy Tiger, Humble Brag, beef fat fries

I tried the Pretty in Pink cocktail, which was well-balanced and enjoyable, though the pour felt a bit light for a martini. Normally one martini gives me a slight buzz, but that wasn't the case here. We started with the onion rings as an appetizer. The portion size was generous, and they were tasty overall, though they had a tangy seasoning dusted on top that seemed a little odd at first. Surprisingly, it still worked. I ordered the Good Burger, and it was honestly one of the most flavorful smash burgers I've ever had. I was genuinely impressed. I got the sauce on the side since it also came with the onion rings, and unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of it -- it was a bit runny and lacked flavor. My friend ordered the vegan burger and absolutely loved it. The inside of the restaurant was cute and had a great atmosphere, though there was an unusual smell indoors, so I was very thankful we were able to grab one of the outdoor tables. Outdoor seating is pretty limited, though, so keep that in mind if you prefer sitting outside.

Hidden Gems in St. Louis -- and darling, the name is not exaggerating…read more I had the absolute pleasure of attending a birthday celebration here and let me tell you... this place is a vibe, a moment, and a whole sparkling experience. The space is intimate, stylish, and perfectly appointed -- the kind of place that feels like you've stumbled into a secret little jewel box in the city. It's cozy in the best possible way, with an atmosphere that invites laughter, celebration, and maybe just a little fabulous mischief. The bartenders? Absolute pros. Warm, welcoming, and clearly masters of their craft. Naturally, I ordered my classic gin and tonic, and it was perfection in a glass -- crisp, balanced, and exactly what a proper G&T should be. I heard from the birthday boy and his wonderful wife that the owners were incredibly accommodating, and you could feel that hospitality throughout the entire evening. Everything felt effortless and welcoming -- the kind of place where people clearly care about creating a great night. And then... the party truly began. We had drag queens serving glamour and joy, music, laughter echoing through the room, and pizza delivered from the birthday boy's favorite local pizza spot that honestly deserves its own standing ovation. If you want to know where that pizza came from, drop a comment -- because it was outrageously good. By the end of the night I couldn't stop thinking: this place really is a Hidden Gem. A perfect little pocket of St. Louis where good drinks, great people, and a bit of fabulous chaos come together. Sparkle-tastic. Gem-tastic. Pure joy. I've been to a few, and most recently attended the "Taylor Swift: Bejeweled" experience. The space was decked out in all things Taylor, with every era clearly represented. Giant friendship bracelets hung from the ceilings and lined the walls, which was such a fun touch. And of course, there were plenty of photo ops with my close personal bff, Taylor herself! The drink menu was themed to match the eras, with tons of creative options. My friends and I tried several cocktails, along with a few NA options as well. I really appreciate that they offer non-alcoholic drinks as I've been cutting back on alcohol over the past few months, and it's nice to still have fun choices that actually taste good! The Mirrorball was easily my favorite drink of the night. It tasted just like an orange creamsicle and was served in a disco ball...so good and so fun.
