Food is good, the service and ambiance is even better! There's live music everyday. You can't beat that!

Came in for espresso martinis and had a great time! We sat at the bar and were warmly greeted by the bartender. It was Sunday, so lots of football on! A great spot to watch a game at. Apparently their food is amazing, so definitely wanting to give that a try next time I'm here. The first thing you'll notice are the lights strung on the ceiling. I love touches like this, details like that make spots memorable. The drink itself was delicious and probably one of the better espresso martinis I've had! Highly recommend!

You know who should get credit? Restaurants that are open on Mondays!!! "Will dance for pizza!" The Hi-Hat was the office for the afternoon! Hi-Hat's pizza is Sicilian pizza! She thick! She hearty! Our guy told us the pizza chef here started out of his house during Covid! Loving the progression into a restaurant! Great for lunch, happy hour and dinner! Located in Soulard!

We've been here for drinks and dinner a few times. The bar, itself, is so cool- dark, historic interior, awesome bartenders, a 2nd floor that hosts bands on Fri/Sat. There is jazz on Wednesdays. The craft cocktails are very affordable, very strong, and very good. A couple of those babies and you're tipsy. I'm a huge fan of the Pineapple Ryesing and the Soulard 75. They also have Hi Hat Cocktail draft, which I believe changes from time to time. It was a strawberry lemonade, which was fabulous. We've had the Hi Hat burger which was outfreakingstanding. That thing was huge, cooked to order, and well worth the $14. A fries are deeeeelicious. We've had the margherita pizza as well, which was soooo good. The staff are super friendly and lovely to chat with. Plenty of room to park your golf cart out front. Highly recommend this place. It's a terrific addition to the Soulard bar/restaurant scene.

Mmm-mmm good! Had the pleasure of eating here for a quick bite and boy was it worth it! Good news if you're a fan of Sicilian pizza! The pizza was bursting with flavor, while still having crispy edges and a soft inside. I haven't had too many Sicilian slices in St. Louis, but it is by far the best I've had! The Caesar salad was unlike any I've ever had, as it was a curry Caesar dressing! I know you're thinking curry based? Really? Don't worry, I thought the same but was surprised at how flavorful the dressing was. I thought it was a nice twist in the usual dressing that those salads have. It was rather refreshing and was a good amount, especially for not being that hungry. Oh, and the croutons are nice as well! I can't wait to come and try the rest of the food, esp. the meatballs!

I really liked the Hi-Hat. We sat at the bar and was greeted right away. I had heard about their good pizza so I wanted to check it out. They bar was really nice, clean, good lighting. The bartender/server Kit was informative, friendly and a little silly. She listened to what we wanted and helped us place our order. I have never ordered this type of pizza, I would say it's more a Detroit style. It was so good!! Kit told us the dollops of ricotta elevate the pizza, good recommendation. Would go back in a heartbeat. My only bit of criticism would be once the band started playing it was too loud to hear each other speaking.

The pizza was amazing & so was the dill lemon salad! The service was great, our server was on top of it! & the vibe is a cool low key atmosphere plenty of space to work with WiFi.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, which for me is always the biggest indicator of whether I'll enjoy a place. I arrived during their daily Happy Hour (4-6 PM) and ordered the crab dip with homemade crackers, while my friend tried one of their cocktails. Everything tasted delicious, and the staff remained very attentive throughout our visit. I was also impressed by the cleanliness and the interior design. I noticed a beautiful mural on the wall and later learned it is a portrait of one of the owner's mothers, how sweet is that? If you're thinking about stopping by this new downtown spot, don't hesitate! My only feedback is that the entrance can be a little difficult to find as the signage wasn't very visible to me, but that's it. Highly recommend!

They were just opening up for the evening and it took a few minutes to get served, but everyone was super friendly and I was impressed by the design/vibe inside. I ordered the strawberry rhubarb pie mixed drink which came with a little side of dessert. I loved the drink itself but the fruit in the dessert was definitely past its prime and I ended up eating around it. We also got the wash ave flatbread for the table. We all loved the crunch of the giardiniera on the flatbread and it was a great plate to split for the table. I do wish prices were included on the menus just for visibility. Would definitely stop in again to try another drink from the menu!

We arrived a little after 11 and found a space in the back parking lot. The lot is convenient as it's pretty well-lit and is diagonal from the CF. We entered through the back where the deck is and walked right in. Upon first glance, you'll notice the hanging lights above the entrance and then after a few feet, the bar is immediately to the right. The tables are all along the left side as to make a walkway for the bar (super convenient). Due it being their anniversary, it was a bit crowded but not too bad where you couldn't get a drink or walk through. My usual go-to is a flavored vodka (three olives grape) and sprite. While they had a plethora of spirits, sadly this wasn't one of them. They had other flavored vodkas but I opted to get a simple Cosmo while my friend got a makers and coke. The Cosmo was just what I needed and might I add, well made! After we got our drinks, we did a quick walk through of the other side called The Oddities (coming soon), as well as the upstairs that overlooks the entire place. The stairs are steep, so it would behoove you to hold on to the railing. While I love trying new places, I was a bit apprehensive because I thought I'd stick out like a sore thumb. Turns out, everyone was friendly, the drinks are great, and the music wasn't bad! They had different acts going on for this particular evening (I'm not sure if this is the norm), but I know my friend is a regular on Tuesday's for karaoke. I do intend to come back and try out some more drinks and food and check out the other place once it officially opens.

We arrived right on time for our reservation, stood for quite a few minutes in a half-empty house before being seated, then waited a very long time between visits from our apparently over-stretched waitstaff. The first cocktail I chose wasn't available; nor was the first entree. I settled on the "red wine flight", and it arrived in three glasses. The server recited their names, but I didn't catch them. Food was middle of the road. A smoked sirloin sandwich was tasty, though rather well-done. And the order of "salmon cakes", which the menu says is made of "smoked salmon, roast corn, tomato, cucumber, creme fraiche, and capers" was in fact just one cake (not cakes!), smaller than a hockey puck (about 1/2" thick max) and seemed to be made of canned fish, not the bright orange of smoked salmon. It was accompanied by five thin slices of cucumber and three or four halved grape tomatoes. No corn, no capers. It was so boring, and an overpriced disappointment at $23. If this Bridge is actually closing and focusing on the event space, they've gone out with a whimper. And if they're actually continuing service, I hope they get the food a little closer to the menu descriptions. Our drinks and water glasses were empty for long stretches. Our server was very pleasant and polite, but must've had way too much to do.
