For years, WFIT hosted our website and our business emails. We didn't have that many problems, but when we did, they were right on it. We shut down our office and are mostly retired now, although we still maintain the company. They provide help immediately and always seem to fix whatever issue we reported to them. They access our devices remotely and that has never been an issue. The prices they charge us are by far the most reasonable we have ever paid to an IT firm in the 30+ years we have been in business. They were unable to retrieve any data from a failed hard drive. I was unable to recognize the obvious clues.....So, I took a new, in the box computer to them to set up, with disks for software that I run. I had an external drive with a backup..... Long story very short. I picked it up, many days after it was promised.... No software had been installed, no needed files. Every file was left, uninstalled as an icon on the desk top. Nothing worked... Nothing. It was surreal.... Like a bad dream. After spending 150.00, and reading the glowing Yelp reviews, I really expected more. Don't be stupid and hopeful.....I'm just not sure why one would consider using this business.
