If there was such a selection of 50 Stars available, then I would enthusiastically post them on YELP with regard to the person and services shown below! At last! And for once, I found the computer guru of the decade! Ryan, of RL Computer Services was more thorough than I could have ever expected while upgrading my three systems from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and he did it remotely, especially in consideration of this global pandemic we are all experiencing, and it was easy to maintain phone contact with him as he started and followed through, allowing me to ask questions and point to some of the major problems that have plagued me for so long. In addition, he immediately addressed and fixed tons of problems and errors that I was getting in Windows 7 and now, all three systems are running great! I had spoken to so many people before I encountered Ryan, and I could tell that there was just something about them that was dishonest. Never once did I get that impression from Ryan from the moment I first spoke with him, and once I committed, he started in immediately to resolve my many dilemmas. For someone like me, who has limited experience in resolving certain computer issues, Ryan knew exactly what the problem was and corrected every one of the errors. All I can say is: "If you need to trust someone that really knows what he is doing, this is the guy! He was very personal, professional and patient, and those qualities are rare in today's society. Now, I will know where to go for any future computer service needs. Wes Shrader, M.A. The Aurora Gallery read more

Ryan came to the rescue of our server in only 90 minutes time! We didn't even have time to get frustrated before he patiently fixed our problem and explained clearly to us how to avoid it next time. He also suggested that we feel free to have him work on our system remotely as well. We would give him 6 stars, if only Yelp would let us. It was so handy to have Ryan at just a phone call away. He is a friendly guy and took the extra time to answer all our questions. What a professional! read more

We used Ryan's services to setup wired network for our office. He gave us the lowest quote of all vendors yet provided the highest quality of service. He under-esitimated the amount of work involved but didn't increase his price after. He is very responsive and passionate about his work. Would highly recommend him for home or office networking needs. read more

What a relief to find someone who is fast, reliable, and knows what they are doing! I found ryan on yelp after my office computers were having a network issue leaving me unable to do my work efficiently for almost 24 hrs. Within an hour ryan had scheduled me for a remote log in session, and one hour later not only was my network issue resolved, but he had fixed an ongoing printer error and an email issue i had been experiencing for months! He was easy to reach, quick to respond and an overall pleasure to work with! I highly recommend him. I will be using him for all of my future IT needs! Thank you so much again Ryan!! read more

Wow! So relieved to find someone who will come to your home and work on your computer that you fill you can trust and knows what they're doing. I have a Netgear router and did their requested upgrade. It messed up my PC. Netgear did resolve some of the issues, but said the others weren't their fault. (Funny, they worked just fine till exact moment I downloaded their upgrade.) Ryan was able to solve the problems quickly and checked out my computer for any other issues. He also answered some Samsung phone questions, helped me with me iPad mini and cleaned up my husband's PC. Plus, he even called later to follow up with some of the issues. Very personable, patient and willing to explain the problems and instruct you what to do. I've had several computer techs in the past and he's the best I've used. Just like my car, I just want it to work and he made it happen. He even came out the next day after I called. Thanks again! for making life simple so I can get back to work. read more

My experience with Ryan and RL Computer Services has been fantastic! As a relatively new small business owner, I am looking to expand my business, and a major component of that is setting up and expanding the business' computer/network infrastructure. After providing Ryan with a basic vision of what my goals were, and what my budget is, he provided me with a comprehensive written proposal which explained (in terms I could understand) what setting up the network would entail. The day he came in to set up the network was a hectic office day, and Ryan was able to work smoothly and seamlessly around our operations, to ensure there was no disruption in our business while he did his work. And even though there have been no issues or problems with the network since he set it up, Ryan has been diligent to follow up and make sure everything continues to run smoothly. As a professional services provider myself, I very much appreciate Ryan's professionalism, work ethic, demeanor, and understanding of the needs of his clients. Thanks to Ryan and RL Computer Services for a job very well done! read more
