Great smashed burgers and loved those fries. They could use a bigger space as they seem to be very busy at lunch but I really enjoyed the food. I kinda get tired of your typical burger joint so this was a nice change. Eclectic menu that I wanna try more of so I will be back. read more

I've been here a few times and each time is better than the next. The food is great quality. The service is good. The cook is freaking amazing. She's always on point. No matter how busy it gets she always makes sure nothing leaves the kitchen unless it's to her high standards. Not to mention the coffee bar is absolutely amazing!!! read more

Thanksabrunch AZ was probably one of the best things I've eaten in a long time! Let's start with the food. Green Chili tacos and a mimosa flight. The tacos were DELICIOUS! The cheese was "burnt" on giving a very deep crunch, but my eggs and avocado soft. They were topped with fresh cilantro. If you like cilantro like I do, it's like a fresh little salad on top. Now, the green chili sauce was not spicy! I wanted a little more kick. Maybe just some diced jalapeño on top or in the avocado. The mimosa flight was Huge! I drank maybe 4 sips off of each and was stuffed. The "downside". There are reviews that state "great gf options". I would say this is true if you're expecting a salad as your option. However, there were 7 items available as GF. 4 of these were "potato based bowls" None of these included "bread". So, no French toast, avocado toast or even a substitute of bun on the burger. I LOVED my tacos but these may actually be the only thing I order any time we come here in the future. read more

Cruising through Gilbert, looking for a decent brunch, we found Thanks-A-Brunch in an unassuming little strip. What fun little space - plenty of bright ornaments and flair. And filled with customers (a good sign). Order at the counter, then find a seat - they bring the food out to you. I got the Green Chili Breakfast Tacos - two tortillas toasted with cheddar cheese, filled with scrambled eggs, green chilis, salsa, avocado & cilantro. The toasted cheddar made the tortillas a little crispy with some cheesy saltiness. And they were generous with the house potatoes filling up the rest of the plate. Thumbs up! If you're looking for great breakfast grub, Thanks-A-Brunch is a great place to go! read more

Been following on socials to support small business, came here excited to try. Place was full of people when we arrived. The girl who took our order was very friendly. The menu looks great and reads well. Waited in the middle of the room for a table to open for a few minutes, no big deal just very awkward as you feel like you're in the way. Table came open and we had to ask for it to be wiped down even after they removed the previous people's plates and drinks. Again, they are busy, no big deal. Order came out, I got the honey Sriracha chicken wrap, and asked for no onions. It came out and had onions as I have a sensitivity/minor allergy and sent it back. When the new one came out, there were still onions on the plate. The fries were cold and dry. The ketchup bottle lid look like it was gonna explode and hadn't been wiped off in a minute. We did like the cups that the drink drinks came in from Pepsi. My son got the classic breakfast burrito and it came out fine. My husband got the cookie butter tiramisu French toast and it was very dry and over overcooked maybe? My daughter got the kids French toast and had no complaints. The bathrooms were subpar. There was graffiti in one and some of the pictures look like they were falling apart or had fallen off the wall, easy fixes. The urinal had tape on it and was out of order. The other bathroom looked as if the toilet had flooded. We saw a young man go in with a mop and clean it up however, when another one of us went to use bathroom, there was even more water on the floor and it did not smell ideal. They probably should have just closed that bathroom. Overall, we give everyone a second chance as it could have just been a one off, but we came from San Tan Valley to try so it will be a while before we make the trip. Maybe next time. read more

Excited to try the French toast and sandwiches! We opted to get a savory option and each get our own French toast as well :P Had to do the seasonal Pecan Pie French toast and the Cookie Butter tiramisu French toast. Solid fast casual brunch/lunch spot! Stopped in for brunch on a Friday and it was fairly busy. We ordered the mix and match tacos and the elote breakfast burrito although the French toast options looked amazing. The food took some time to arrive but there were only two people working the kitchen. The breakfast tacos were overall good --the potatoes were cooked and seasoned well and my favorite taco was the sausage one. There was a solid amount of sausage and the pickled onions added a nice balance. The bacon taco wasn't my favorite but the green chili was decent. The breakfast burrito was ok --huge portion but too many potatoes. Overall a good little spot and the prices seem fair for the portion sizes. They also have local lemonade which is great! read more

I was greeted immediately upon entering. Server Taylor -- she was a very cheerful. She went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my order. I met the cook too. She did an amazing job with the delicious food. My eggs were perfectly over easy. Bacon just to the right crispiness. And oh my goodness! The cookies French toast was amazing. The ambience is casual. It is very cheerful and comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

This was my first visit here. Saw all the 5 star reviews. The location is in a small strip center with limited parking. You are greeted inside with a large sign telling you to order at the counter before seating ( that was a turn off)) I ordered the California eggs Benedict and sat down. Should have studied the menu more carefully because by Benedict was laced with sour cream not hollandaise sauce. The English muffin was as tough as can be. I chased it around my plate with a knife and fork. The overall taste was not pleasant. The eggs were prepared perfectly but with everything else failing they couldn't pull the stars any further Atmosphere was barren but clean. Upscale prices in a food truck like restaurant read more

I have been wanting to try the Cookie Butter Tiramisu French Toast after seeing Jon H.'s review and the photos and so glad I got to try today. It was so unique, delish and decadent! You get 2 pieces of French toast that's crunchy on all sides stacked with their cookie butter tiramisu filling. It's topped with yummy whipped cream and dusted with cacao and espresso powder. It's a flavor bomb in your mouth, and felt like having breakfast and dessert at the same time. It's a very generous serving and I could only eat half of it. Looking forward to eating the rest later:) The menu is very enticing with so many different, unique options. I thought it was a very efficiently run restaurant. You order at the counter and get your own soda or coffee, but the food and specialty drinks are brought out to you as soon as it's made. I can see why they have such a high Yelp rating. Definitely will be back to try other delectable items on the menu. read more

I've been missing out on this place. How come I didn't know about it sooner? Looking for a new spot to try and found this little gem. We were welcomed when we walked in and the girl at the front was very friendly and gave us their daily specials. We Ordered the: Hollan Daze burger; meat was juicy, fries super crispy and oh my the sauce on the side was delicious and has a little kick to it. Banana French toast with sides for an extra $5 which was worth it. The French toast was mouth watering delicious. Kids French toast - daughter loved her meal. My husband appreciated the music selection. He said that by itself makes food taste better. read more

The food was insane it was delicious and incredible. The lady helping us order at the front was so kind and friendly! She had great energy and was working so hard. We really enjoyed her and the food as well. That was the best brunch I've had in Arizona in 30 plus years and the French toast was amazing the best part for sure! The cold brew wasn't the best kinda sour tasting but that food made up for it. We loved this place and can't wait to go back with family!!!!!!!!!! read more

Our new favorite brunch spot! The food here is well seasoned, flavorful, affordable and comes in large portions good for sharing. You order at the cashier and they bring out the food to your table. They were helpful since it was our first time. Enjoyed the eggs Benedict here and the potatoes were so delicious! They have coffee and teas there too. Ambiance feels homey and relaxing. Great service !! Would come back a bunch ! Haha also loved cute book shelf for decor!

I don't understand the hype. I can only assume it's because they serve large portions and probably good for a hangover. First, it's counter service. Order and someone will bring the food out to you. But the price point is still like a sit down restaurant. They don't, or at least didn't, even refill coffee for you. You get a cup and it's serve yourself. There are two flavor profiles: overly sweet and too salty. Stay away from the gravy. It's greasy, onion forward and way too salty. I probably won't go back. read more

This is the spot for brunch if you want some yummy, savory comfort eats. Think French fry bowls, tacos, burritos, bennies, french toast, sandwiches, burgers....So good! You won't find any protein smoothies or yogurt bowls here. Lols They do have avocado toasts, a couple salads and wraps though! There is also a kids menu... My friend and I were greeted when we walked in and placed our order at the counter. We were given a number and sat down. Our food came out at a timely manner and looked goood. I had the pesto bacon egg sandwich and it was delish. My friend ordered the banana foster cheesecake French toast. I'm not a big French toast girl but this was sooo good! We split the breakfast bacon fries since it was huge and yummy! I will def be back because everything looked good on the menu and I regret not trying one of their crafted lemonades... read more

What a hidden gem. They have a very diverse and interesting brunch menu. I ordered their smash breakfast burger and it was so huge that I actually had a hard time getting my mouth around it. It was very juicy and cooked to perfection. The egg had a soft yolk that oozed out and halfway through I had to use a fork and knife. The sriracha mayo had just enough spice. The waffle fries were crunchy and tasty. What a great deal for $15. Service was great and I liked the casual ambience. read more

With all the reviews I was expecting more.... It's setup to order at the counter and then sit down. Wasn't expecting that being our first time. Ordered a couple of burritos and the American was super greasy and ended up giving my wife a stomach ache hours later. I got the Bennie burrito and it was just ok. Interesting spin on the eggs Benedict. They ran out of coffee and at the coffee bar most of the labels were faded so you had no idea what was cream or even if it was reg/decaff. Plus, coffee was barely warm which explains why they ran out(we got the last of it)! Overall, not sure we would return. Not because it was bad but because there are better options for us. read more

The toughest decision was picking what I wanted to eat....there are so many options I wanted to try, but the Cookie Butter Tiramisu Stacked French Toast volunteered as tribute and I couldn't deny its act of bravery. You order at the counter first and then pick a spot to sit. The store is small and they are busy, so keep that in mind...tables fill up quickly. The food was good! I'm not a fan of breakfast potatoes, I'm a shredded hash browns guy, but these were seasoned well and I mixed them in with my over-medium eggs and loved it. The French Toast was delicious...I now need to comeback and try other options. On a scale of 1 - 10, I'll comeback for a burrito, tacos, the Churro French Toast, etc, etc, etc..... read more

Decided to reward ourselves after a hike and try this spot out. Glad we did because it was top notch. The service was excellent. We came around 12pm and had no issues getting a table. Food came relatively quickly. The ambiance is perfect for a sit down quick bite to eat but like still make it brunchy. Loved it. Food: Boyfriend ordered the sausage egg sando and he said it was delicious. It came with a style of breakfast potatoes. He thoroughly enjoyed it. Portion size was generous and enough for a post hike refuel. I ordered the breakfast smash burger and it was SO DANG GOOD! I will admit I have never had a "smash" burger and burgers aren't typically my choice but I am so happy I ordered this. It was massive! Smash patties were cooked to perfection with crispy edges. My only teeny tiny complaint would be I wish my fried egg was a bit runny as opposed to overly cooked. Still amazing though. The cross cut/waffle fries were excellent. We unfortunately did not try any beverages but we will be coming back and hope to try more menu items! read more

Yum yum yum yum yum. One of the best breakfast burritos I have had in awhile. Perfect balance of meat and potatoes and the avocado made it!!! I got pork. It was so juicy and just perfect. Visited on Friday and had an amazing time at Thanks A Brunch! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming--truly some of the friendliest service I've ever experienced. I ordered the Cheesecake Prickly Pear French Toast Platter with turkey bacon, and wow, it did not disappoint! I'm usually not a fan of turkey bacon, but theirs had a fattier-style cut that gave it great flavor and texture. To top it all off, I had three Prickly Pear Tequila Sunrise and yes, they were as dangerously good as they sound. Highly recommend for a fun and flavorful brunch! read more

The food is good the sauces are flavorful and the prices are good for the portions the service is nice .

I came to brunch here with my family, so three generations gathered in one place hoping to find something for everyone-2 grandparents, 2 kids, 5 in between. That's a tall order. Thanks A Brunch delivered! In standard millennial style, I ordered the strawberry and feta avocado toast, and it was built just right. There were enough of all the toppings for every bite to sing--luxurious but bright. There were a few bennies and burritos on the table that were described as great, but my eyes went straight to the French toast offerings. As delicious as my avocado toast was, all I wanted was that bananas fosters French toast! I had a bite, and wow! Like, is it breakfast? No. Is it dessert? Absolutely. Would I eat it an any time of the day or not? Yes! My willpower is not as strong as I'd like it to be, friends, and I have to admit that I have ordered it for delivery on some of my weaker days. I don't regret it--and neither will you. Get that bread. read more
