The ladies at the counter are very friendly and polite; made conversation and provided suggestions. The menu is expansive! So many things sound good! And all the food I saw being served looked fantastic! My friend ordered a breakfast sandwich with bacon and said it was quite appetizing. I chose the special, corn cakes with fried egg, crème fraiche and shrimp, served with potatoes. My meal was fantastic and I ate from it twice. The corn cakes weren't too heavy...just a nice base for the other amazing ingredients. The egg was cooked perfectly. The shrimp were big and flavorful. The creme fraiche brought it all together. I didn't love my drink, but it got better as I drank more...lol. They offer the numerous mimosa flavors as freezes, too. updated review. After giving this restaurant almost a year to settle in I decided to come back in and try. Unfortunately it has been my worst experience yet. Front and back of house were having major problems. Front of house forgot about our drinks for 20 minutes. kitchen was messing up multiple orders for other customers as I sat and observed while I dined, while front of house was rude and snippy with me twice. Not sure if it was due to the volume of people and stress or what. Food was the worst i've had out of the three times I have been here; potatoes hard as rocks with no seasoning and bacon burnt and raw at the same time.. interesting. Also, it is a weird concept that you tip at the counter while ordering before you even get your food. My suggestion would be to get rid of the counter and just serve people, this way they can order more food or drink if they want without having to pay the tax multiple times and tip at the end of the meal for what the customer deems right. read more

Such a cute location! My husband, a few friends, and I came here a couple weeks ago for breakfast. I definitely thought this was a sit down place, it's not. Entirely. You order before you sit down, but can only sit if there are tables available. The location is pretty small, but the staff are incredibly friendly. The food was great as well! I had a prickly pear mimosa while here, but the flavor wasn't there. I also was surprised to see orange juice with pulp, I wasn't a fan. I ordered the Churro Stacked French Toast - Stacked French Toast stuffed with Nutella, peanut butter and dusted with a churro mix, topped with our sweet cream drizzle & fruit. It was stacked alright all gooey sugary and delicious. It was more than I could eat so I brought some home, just show you the double stacked french toast layers. The bottom layer has the peanut butter on it and then next layer up has the Nutella on it. My friend and I we'll have to go back and try some of the other things on the menu. read more

My scrambled eggs weren't hot when they were delivered to the table and they were overcooked (which isn't unusual for brunch places in town). My husband ordered the cookie butter French toast, which I tried. It was just okay. He did enjoy the side of sausage. Orange juice is not fresh squeezed and my strawberry lemonade wasn't blended (I had to stir the syrup into the lemonade with my straw). We go out for breakfast/ brunch regularly and have been to most breakfast places in the greater Phoenix area, so, by comparison, it didn't quite measure up -- I'm also not a fan of counter-ordering and that was a factor for me, personally. They have tons of vegan options too. The dishes aren't your typical breakfast items. We ordered the elote breakfast burrito and the cookie butter French toast and it was SO DELICIOUS.
